228. Divorced women shall wait by themselves for three periods. And it is not lawful for them to conceal what Allah has created in their wombs, if they believe in Allah and the Last Day. Meanwhile, their husbands have the better right to take them back, if they desire reconciliation. And women have rights similar to their obligations, according to what is fair. But men have a degree over them. Allah is Mighty and Wise. 228Талоқ қилинганаёллар уч қуръу кутадилар. 236. You commit no error by divorcing women before having touched them, or before having set the dowry for them. And compensate them—the wealthy according to his means, and the poor according to his means—with a fair compensation, a duty upon the doers of good.

No person to whom Allah has given the Scripture, and wisdom, and prophethood would ever say to the people, “Be my worshipers rather than Allah’s.” Rather, “Be people of the Lord, according to the Scripture you teach, and the teachings you learn.” 79Бир кишига Аллоҳ китобни, ҳукмни ва Пайғамбарликни берганидан сўнг, у одамларга: «Аллоҳни қўйиб менга банда бўлинглар», дейиши асло мумкин эмас. 4. They ask you what is permitted for them. Say, “Permitted for you are all good things, including what trained dogs and falcons catch for you.” You train them according to what Allah has taught you. So eat from what they catch for you, and pronounce Allah’s name over it. And fear Allah. Allah is Swift in reckoning. 4Сендан уларга нима ҳалол қилинганини сўрарлар. Сен:«Сизларга пок нарсалар ҳалол қилинди. Овчи итларга ўхшатиб, Аллоҳ сизга ўргатган нарсалардан уларга ҳам ўргатган овчи ҳайвонларингиз сизга тутиб берган нарсадан енглар. Уларга Аллоҳнинг исмини зикр қилинглар. Аллоҳга тақво қилинглар. Албатта, Аллоҳ ҳисоби тезкор зотдир», деб айт!
44. We have revealed the Torah, wherein is guidance and light. The submissive prophets ruled the Jews according to it, so did the rabbis and the scholars, as they were required to protect Allah’s Book, and were witnesses to it. So do not fear people, but fear Me. And do not sell My revelations for a cheap price. Those who do not rule according to what Allah revealed are the unbelievers. 44Биз Тавротни нозил қилдик. Унда ҳидоят ва нур бор. У билан У зотга таслим бўлган Пайғамбарлар, Аллоҳнинг китобини муҳофаза қилишга мукаллаф бўлган роббонийлар ва аҳборлар яҳудий бўлганларга ҳукм юритарлар. Улар бу китобга гувоҳ қилинганлар. Одамлардан қўрқманглар, Мендан қўрқинглар. Менинг оятларимни арзон баҳога сотманглар. Ким Аллоҳ нозил қилган нарса ила ҳукм юритмаса, ўшалар кофирлардир.

45. And We wrote for them in it: a life for a life, an eye for an eye, a nose for a nose, an ear for an ear, a tooth for a tooth, and an equal wound for a wound; but whoever forgoes it in charity, it will serve as atonement for him. Those who do not rule according to what Allah revealed are the evildoers.

45Биз унда уларга жонга–жон, кўзга–кўз, бурунга–бурун, қулоққа–қулоқ, тишга– тиш ва жароҳатларда қасос вожиб, деб ёздик. Ким у(қасос)ни кечиб юборса, бу унга каффоротдир. Ким Аллоҳ нозил қилган нарса ила ҳукм юритмаса, ўшалар золимлардир.

47. So let the people of the Gospel rule according to what Allah revealed in it. Those who do not rule according to what Allah revealed are the sinners.

47Инжил аҳли унда Аллоҳ нозил қилган нарса ила ҳукм юритсинлар. Ким Аллоҳ нозил қилган нарса ила ҳукм юритмаса, ана ўшалар фосиқлардир.

48. And We revealed to you the Book, with truth, confirming the Scripture that preceded it, and superseding it. So judge between them according to what Allah revealed, and do not follow their desires if they differ from the truth that has come to you. For each of you We have assigned a law and a method. Had Allah willed, He could have made you a single nation, but He tests you through what He has given you. So compete in righteousness. To Allah is your return, all of you; then He will inform you of what you had disputed.

48Ва Биз сенга китобни ҳақ ила, ўзидан олдинги китобни тасдиқловчи ва унинг устидан назорат этгувчи қилиб нозил қилдик. Бас, улар орасида Аллоҳ нозил этган нарса ила ҳукм юрит. Ўзингга келган ҳақни қўйиб, уларнинг хоҳишларига эргашма. Сизлардан ҳар бирингизга алоҳида шариат ва йўл қилиб қўйдик. Агар Аллоҳ хоҳласа, ҳаммангизни бир уммат қилиб қўяр эди. Аммо У сизларни Ўзи ато этган нарсада синамоқ истайдир. Яхшиликка шошилингиз. Ҳаммангизнинг қайтар жойингиз Аллоҳ ҳузурида. Бас, ўшанда ихтилоф қилган нарсаларингиз ҳақида хабар берадир.

49. And judge between them according to what Allah revealed, and do not follow their desires. And beware of them, lest they lure you away from some of what Allah has revealed to you. But if they turn away, know that Allah intends to strike them with some of their sins. In fact, a great many people are corrupt.

49Улар орасида Аллоҳ нозил этган нарса ила ҳукм юрит. Уларнинг хоҳишларига эргашма ва улар сени Аллоҳ сенга нозил қилган нарсада фитнага солишларидан ҳазир бўл. Агар юз ўгирсалар, билки, Аллоҳ уларни баъзи гуноҳлари туфайли мусибатга солишни ирода қилибди. Албатта, одамлардан кўплари фосиқлардир.

132. They all have ranks according to what they did; and your Lord is not unaware of what they do. 132Ҳар кимга қилганларига яраша даража бордир. Ва Роббинг уларнинг қилаётган амалларидан ғофил эмасдир.
