In such case, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan shall make a decision on the removal of the Prime Minister from his post. Meanwhile, Whole composition of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan shall resign together with the Prime Minister. The khokim within his vested powers shall adopt decisions, which are binding on all enterprises, institutions, organizations, associations, as well as officials and citizens on the relevant territory. 39. But whoever repents after his crime, and reforms, Allah will accept his repentance. Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.

39Ким зулмидан кейин тавба этса ва амали солиҳ қилса, Аллоҳ албатта тавбасини қабул қилади. Шубҳасиз, Аллоҳ мағфиратли ва раҳмли зотдир.

4. When a revenue claim of a Contracting State is a claim in respect of which that State may, under its law, take measures of conservancy with a view to ensure its collection, that revenue claim shall, at the request of the competent authority of that State, be accepted for purposes of taking measures of conservancy by the competent authority of the other Contracting State. That other State shall take measures of conservancy in respect of that revenue claim in accordance with the provisions of its laws as if the revenue claim were a revenue claim of that other State even if, at the time when such measures are applied, the revenue claim is not enforceable in the first-mentioned State or is owed by a person who has a right to prevent its collection. 4. They will have a drink of scalding water, and a painful punishment, because they used to disbelieve. 70Ўз динларини ўйин­кулгу қилиб олган ва ҳаёти дунёга алданиб кетганларни тарк эт. У (Қуръон) ила эслатгин, ҳеч бир жон қилган касби туфайли ҳалокатга дучор бўлиб, Аллоҳдан ўзга бирор дўст ва шафоатчисиз ҳолга ва барча фидо қиладиган нарсани фидо қилса ҳам, ундан қабул қилинмайдиган ҳолга тушиб қолмасин. Ана ўшалар қилган касблари туфайли ҳалокатга дучор бўлганлардир. Куфр келтирганлари учун уларга қайноқ сувдан шароб ва аламли азоб бордир.
