The Parties, on the terms of reciprocity and within the framework of the legislation in force of their States, introduce a simplified procedure for the issuance of visas for representatives of business and scientific circles and tourist groups of the States of the Parties. Томонлар, ўзаролик шартларида ҳамда ўз давлатларининг амалдаги қонунчилигига мувофиқ, Томонлар давлатларининг ишбилармон ва илмий доиралари вакиллари ҳамда туристик гуруҳлари учун визалар беришнинг соддалаштирилган жараёнини жорий этадилар.
“Representatives of business circles” — citizens of the State of one Party who carry out investment and entrepreneurial activities in the territory of the State of the other Party; «Ишбилармон доиралар вакиллари» — бир Томон давлати ҳудудида инвестиция ва тадбиркорлик фаолиятини олиб борувчи бошқа Томон давлатининг фуқаролари;
“Representatives of scientific circles” — citizens of another Party who carry out scientific and scientific activities, research and research activities in the territory of one Party; «Илмий доиралар вакиллари» — бир Томон давлати ҳудудида илм-фан ва илмий фаолиятни олиб борувчи бошқа Томон давлатининг фуқаролари;
“Tourist group” — citizens of the State of one Party who travel in the number from 5 (five) till 20 (twenty) persons and enter the territory of the State of the other Party simultaneously for purposes of tourism; «Туристик гуруҳ» — 5 (беш) нафардан — 20 (йигирма) нафаргача киши бўлиб саёҳат қилувчи ва бир вақтнинг ўзида бир Томон давлати ҳудудига туризм мақсадида кирувчи бошқа Томон давлатининг фуқаролари.
The competent authorities of the States of the Parties, after receipt of the relevant documents required by the legislation of the States of the Parties, within 3 (three) working days (not taking into account the day of receiving the documents) consider them, and in case of approval, issue a confirmation for visa issuance. Томонлар давлатларининг ваколатли органлари, Томонлар давлатлари қонунчилигига талаб қилинган тегишли ҳужжатларни қабул қилинганидан сўнг, уларни 3 (уч) иш кунида (ҳужжат қабул қилинган кундан ташқари) кўриб чиқадилар ва маъқуллаган тақдирда, виза бериш учун тасдиқнома расмийлаштирадилар.
Based on the confirmation for issuance of visa diplomatic missions and consular offices of the States of the Parties shall issue: Томонлар давлатларининг дипломатик ваколатхоналари ва консуллик муассасалари виза бериш тасдиқномасига асосан қуйидагиларни расмийлаштирадилар:
a visa valid for up to 1 (one) month for representatives of the scientific circles of another Party visiting for the purpose of conducting science and scientific activities; илм-фан ва илмий фаолиятни олиб бориш мақсадида ташриф буюрувчи бошқа Томон давлатининг илмий доиралари вакиллари учун 1 (бир) ойгача амал қиладиган виза;
If the official name and functions of the said competent authorities are changed, the Parties shall inform each other in a timely manner through diplomatic channels. Башарти мазкур ваколатли органларнинг расмий номи ва функциялари ўзгартирилса, Томонлар дипломатик каналлар орқали бир-бирини ўз вақтида хабардор қиладилар.
The citizens of the States of the Parties specified in Article 1 of this Agreement must respect and comply with the national legislation and regulations of the State of the other Party, including the procedure for entry, departure and stay of foreign citizens. Мазкур Келишувнинг 1-моддасида кўрсатилган Томонлар давлатлари фуқаролари бошқа Томон давлатининг миллий қонунчилиги ва қоидаларини, шу жумладан чет эл фуқароларининг кириш, чиқиш ва бўлиш жараёнларини ҳурмат қилишлари ва уларга риоя қилишлари шарт.
The Parties retain the right to temporarily, partially or completely suspend the operation of this Arrangement for reasons of national security, public order and public health. Томонлар мазкур Келишувни миллий хавфсизлик, жамоат тартиби ва аҳоли саломатлиги сабабларига кўра вақтинча, қисман ёки тўлиқ тўхтатиб қўйиш ҳуқуқини сақлаб қоладилар.
The Party taking such measures shall inform the other Party, as soon as possible, but not later than 24 (twenty four) hours through diplomatic channels, of the taking these measures and their cancellation respectively. Бундай чораларни кўрувчи Томон имкон қадар тезроқ, аммо камида 24 (йигирма тўрт) соат олдин, дипломатик каналлар орқали ушбу чораларнинг кўрилиши ҳамда тегишлича унинг бекор қилиниши тўғрисида бошқа Томонни хабардор қилади.
This Agreement shall not affect the rights and obligations of the Parties arising from other international treaties to which their States are Parties. Мазкур Келишув Томонлар давлатлари иштирокчи бўлган бошқа халқаро шартномалардан келиб чиқадиган Томонларнинг ҳуқуқлари ва мажбуриятларига дахл қилмайди.
By mutual consent of the Parties, this Arrangement may be amended and supplemented by separate protocols which shall be made as an integral pail of this Arrangement and shall enter into force in the like manner provided in Article 11 of this Arrangement. Томонларнинг ўзаро розилиги асосида мазкур Келишувга унинг ажралмас қисми ҳисобланадиган, алоҳида баённомалар билан расмийлаштириладиган ва мазкур Келишувнинг 11-моддасида белгиланган тартибда кучга кирадиган ўзгартириш ва қўшимчалар киритилиши мумкин.
In case of contradictions and disagreements on the interpretation or application of the provisions of this Arrangement, the Parties shall resolve them through bilateral negotiations and consultations. Мазкур Келишув қоидаларини талқин қилиш ёки қўллаш бўйича низо ва келишмовчиликлар юзага келган тақдирда, Томонлар уларни икки томонлама музокаралар ва маслаҳатлашувлар орқали ҳал қиладилар.
This Arrangement shall enter into force 30 (thirty) days after the date of signature and shall remain in force until 90 (ninety) days from the date of receipt by one Party of the official notification of the other Party of its intention to terminate this Arrangement. Мазкур Келишув у имзоланган санадан 30 (ўттиз) кун ўтгач кучга киради ва бир Томон мазкур Келишувни бекор қилиш нияти тўғрисида бошқа Томоннинг расмий хабарномасини олган кундан бошлаб 90 (тўқсон) кунга қадар амал қилади.

3. He is Allah in the heavens and the earth. He knows what you keep secret and what you make public; and He knows what you earn. 3У осмонларда ҳам, ерда ҳам Аллоҳдир. Сирингизни ҳам, ошкорингизни ҳам биладир. Қилган касбу корингизни ҳам биладир.
6. Have they not considered how many generations We destroyed before them? We had established them on earth more firmly than We established you, and We sent the clouds pouring down abundant rain on them, and We made rivers flow beneath them. But We destroyed them for their sins, and established other civilizations after them. 6Улардан олдин қанча асрларни ҳалок қилганимизни билмасларми? Ўшаларга ер юзида сизларга бермаган имконларни берган эдик. Осмондан устларига барака ёмғири юборган ва остларидан анҳорлар оқиб турадиган қилиб қўйган эдик. Бас, гуноҳлари туфайли уларни ҳалок қилдик ва ўринларига бошқа асрларни пайдо қилдик.
7. Had We sent down upon you a book on paper, and they had touched it with their hands, those who disbelieve would have said, “This is nothing but plain magic.” 7Агар сенга қоғоз­китоб туширсак, уни қўллари билан ушлаб кўришса ҳам, куфр келтирганлар: «Бу аниқ сеҳрдан ўзга ҳеч нарса эмас», дерлар.
