1. Where the subject matter of this Convention is within the self-governing powers of any non-metropolitan territory, the Member responsible for the international relations of that territory may, in agreement with the Government of the territory, communicate to the Director-General of the International Labour Office a declaration accepting on behalf of the territory the obligations of this Convention. 1. 3. Thereafter, this Convention shall come into force for any Member twelve months after the date on which its ratification has been registered. 3. 2. This Convention shall in any case remain in force in its actual form and content for those Members which have ratified it but have not ratified the revising Convention. 2. 6. Have they not considered how many generations We destroyed before them? We had established them on earth more firmly than We established you, and We sent the clouds pouring down abundant rain on them, and We made rivers flow beneath them. But We destroyed them for their sins, and established other civilizations after them. 6Улардан олдин қанча асрларни ҳалок қилганимизни билмасларми? 40. Say, “Have you considered? if Allah's punishment came upon you, or the Hour overtook you, would you call upon any other than Allah, if you are sincere?” 40Сен:«Агар ростгўй бўлсаларингиз, айтинг­чи, сизга Аллоҳнинг азоби ёки қиёмат соати келганда Аллоҳдан бошқага дуо қиласизларми?
47. Say, “Have you considered? if Allah's punishment descended on you suddenly or gradually, would any be destroyed except the wrongdoing people?” 47Уларга: «Аайтинг­чи, агар сизга Аллоҳнинг азоби бирданига ёки очиқчасига келса, золим қавмларгина ҳалок қилинадилар­ку!» деб айт.
52. And do not drive away those who call upon their Lord, morning and evening, seeking His attention. You are not accountable for them in any way, nor are they accountable for you in any way. If you drive them away, you would be one of the unjust. 52Эртаю кеч Роббиларига Унинг юзини ирода қилиб дуо этаётганларни ҳайдама! Уларнинг ҳисобидан сенинг зиммангда ҳеч нарса йўқ. Сенинг ҳисобингдан уларнинг зиммасида ҳеч нарса йўқ. Уларни ҳайдаб, золимлардан бўлиб қолма.
59. With Him are the keys of the unseen; none knows them except He. And He knows everything on land and in the sea. Not a leaf falls but He knows it; and there is not a single grain in the darkness of earth, nor is there anything wet or dry, but is in a clear record. 59Ғайбнинг калитлари Унинг ҳузурида бўлиб, Уларни унинг Ўзидан бошқа ҳеч ким билмас. 91. They do not value Allah as He should be valued, when they say, “Allah did not reveal anything to any human being.” Say, “Who revealed the Scripture which Moses brought—a light and guidance for humanity?” You put it on scrolls, displaying them, yet concealing much. And you were taught what you did not know—neither you, nor your ancestors. Say, “Allah;” then leave them toying away in their speculation. 91Улар, Аллоҳ башарга ҳеч нарса туширгани йўқ, деганларида, Аллоҳни тўғри тақдирламадилар. Сен:«Мусо кишиларга ҳидоят ва нур этиб олиб келган, уни сиз қоғозга тушириб олиб, баъзисини зоҳир, кўпини махфий қилган; ва сиз ҳам, ота­ боболарингиз ҳам билмаган нарсаларни сизга ўргатган китобни ким туширди?!» деб айт. «Аллоҳ» деб айт. Сўнгра уларни тек қўй, шунғиган нарсаларида ўйнайверсинлар.
100. Yet they attributed to Allah partners—the sprites—although He created them. And they invented for Him sons and daughters, without any knowledge. Glory be to Him. He is exalted, beyond what they describe. 100Улар жинларни Аллоҳга шерик қилдилар. Ҳолбуки, у ҳаммаларини яратган зотдир. Илмсиз ҳолда унга ўғиллар ва қизлар ясадилар. 119. And why should you not eat of that over which the Name of Allah is pronounced, when He has detailed for you what is prohibited for you, unless you are compelled by necessity? Many lead astray with their opinions, through lack of knowledge. Your Lord knows best the transgressors. 119Сизга нима бўлдики, Аллоҳнинг номи айтиб сўйилган нарсани емас экансизлар?! У сизларга ҳаром қилган нарсаларини батафсил баён қилиб берган­ ку?! Магар музтар бўлганингизда, майли. Албатта, кўпчилик билмасдан, ҳойу ҳаваслари ила адаштирадилар. 137. Likewise, their idols entice many idolaters to kill their children, in order to lead them to their ruin, and confuse them in their religion. Had Allah willed, they would not have done it; so leave them to their fraud. 137Шунингдек, мушриклардан кўпларига шериклари уларни ҳалок этиш ва динларини чалкаштириш учун болаларини ўлдиришни зийнатлаб кўрсатди. 148. The polytheists will say, “Had Allah willed, we would not have practiced idolatry, nor would have our forefathers, nor would we have prohibited anything.” Likewise those before them lied, until they tasted Our might. Say, “Do you have any knowledge that you can produce for us? You follow nothing but conjecture, and you only guess.” 148Ҳали ширк келтирганлар: «Агар Аллоҳ хоҳлаганда биз ҳам, ота­боболаримиз ҳам ширк келтирмас эдик ва бирор нарсани ҳаром қилмас эдик», дерлар. Улардан олдингилари ҳам азобимизни татигунларига қадар шунга ўхшаш ёлғонга чиқариб турганлар.Сен:«Сизнинг ҳузурингизда бизга чиқариб кўрсатадиган бирон илм– ҳужжат борми? Сизлар фақат гумонга эргашмоқдасиз ва сизлар фақат ёлғон гапирмоқдасиз» ­ деб айт.
152. And do not come near the property of the orphan, except with the best intentions, until he reaches maturity. And give full weight and full measure, equitably. We do not burden any soul beyond its capacity. And when you speak, be fair, even if it concerns a close relative. And fulfill your covenant with Allah. All this He has enjoined upon you, so that you may take heed. 152Етимнинг молига то вояга етгунча яқинлашманг. Магар яхши йўл билан бўлса, майли. Ўлчов ва тарозини адолат ила тўлиқ адо этинг. Биз ҳеч бир жонни тоқатидан ташқари нарсага таклиф этмасмиз. Агар гапирсангиз, қариндошингиз бўлса ҳам, адолат қилинг. Аллоҳга берган аҳдингизга вафо қилинг. Буларни сизга амр қилдики, шояд эсласангиз.
