In particular, starting from 2017 the system will be introduced, according to which, the governors and mayors of all levels, the heads of prosecutor’s office and interior bodies will be reporting to the people. Along with this, as we stated before, it will be necessary to establish the “public receptions” in each and every district and city and ensure their full-scale activity.
