ARTICLE 17 Exchange of Information |

| A Joint Committee, composed of the representatives of each Contraction Party is hereby established. The Joint Committee shall meet once a year to review the progress achieved in the implementation of this Agreement. Any Contracting Party may also request holding an extraordinary meeting by notifying the other Contracting Party. | Қўшма қўмита ҳар бир Аҳдлашувчи Томоннинг вакилларидан иборат таркибда ташкил этилади. | If the Joint Committee meeting shall not be held within 60 days after the date of receipt of the request to settle the dispute, or if a mutually satisfactory resolution cannot be reached by the Joint Committee within 45 days, the dispute may be referred to an arbitration panel by either Contracting Parties. | Башарти Қўшма қўмита йиғилиши низони ҳал этиш тўғрисида сўров олинган кундан бошлаб 60 кун ичида ўтказилмаса ёки 45 кун ичида ўзаро қониқарли қарорга кела олмаса, Аҳдлашувчи Томонлардан бири мазкур низони Арбитраж кенгашига юбориши мумкин. |
| The Arbitration Panel shall comprise of three members. Each Contracting Party shall appoint, within thirty days of the date of referral, one member, and the Joint Committee shall choose, within forty-five days of the date of referral, a third who will serve as the chairperson. The chairperson shall not be a national of either Contracting Party and shall be a national of a state having diplomatic relations with both Contracting Parties at the time of appointment. The date of establishment of the Arbitration Panel shall be the date on which the chairperson is appointed. | Арбитраж кенгаши уч аъзодан иборат бўлади. | (c) “consignment” means products which are either sent simultaneously from one exporter to one consignee or covered by a single transport document covering their shipment from the exporter to the consignee; | (с) «товар туркуми» — бир вақтнинг ўзида бир экспортёрдан битта қабул қилувчига ёки битта транспорт ҳужжати билан экспортёрдан қабул қилувчига юбориладиган маҳсулотларни англатади; |
| Products covered by the Agreement imported into the territory of a Contracting Party from the other Contracting Party which are consigned directly within the meaning of Article 12 hereof, shall be eligible for preferential concessions if they conform to the origin requirement under any one of the following conditions: | Бир Аҳдлашувчи Томон ҳудудига бошқа Аҳдлашувчи Томондан мазкур Битимнинг 12-моддаси талабларига кўра тўғридан-тўғри юбориладиган ва қуйидаги келиб чиқиш мезонларидан бирига жавоб берган маҳсулотлар имтиёзларга эга бўлади: |

| 2. For the purposes of implementing the provisions of paragraph 1, the customs authorities of the importing country shall return the Movement Certificate EUR.1 and the invoice or a copy of these documents, to the customs authorities of the exporting country giving, where appropriate, the reasons for the enquiry. Any documents and information obtained suggesting that the information given on the Movement Certificate EUR.1 is incorrect shall be forwarded in support of the request for verification. | 2. | 6. If in cases of reasonable doubt there is no reply within six (6) monthsof the date of the verification request, the requesting customs authorities will send the last request for an additional period of three (3) months. If there is no reply within nine (9) months of the date of the first verification request, the importing Party shall refuse entitlement to the preference. | 6. | Where disputes arise in relation to the verification procedures of Article 25, which cannot be settled, between the customs authorities requesting verification and the designated/relevant competent authorities responsible for carrying out this verification or where they raise a question as to the interpretation of this Annex, they shall be submitted to the Joint Committee. | A Sub-Committee on customs and origin matters shall be set up under the Joint Committee to assist it in carrying out its duties and to ensure a continuous information and consultations process between experts.
