2. This Protocol shall enter into force on the thirtieth day after the later of the notifications referred to in paragraph 1, and its provisions shall have effect: 2. (b) shall be bound on pain of appropriate penalties or disciplinary measures not to reveal, even after leaving the service, any manufacturing or commercial secrets or working processes which may come to their knowledge in the course of their duties; and

2. Such annual reports shall be published within a reasonable time after the end of the year to which they relate and in any case within twelve months. 2. Ушбу маърузалар мақбул муддатларда, маърузаларга тааллуқли йил якунида ва ҳар қандай ҳолда ўн икки ой ичида чоп этилади.
3. Copies of the annual reports shall be transmitted to the Director-General of the International Labour Office within a reasonable period after their publication and in any case within three months. 3. 2. Each Member shall indicate in its first annual report upon the application of this Convention submitted under Article 22 of the Constitution of the International Labour Organisation any areas in respect of which it proposes to have recourse to the provisions of the present Article and shall give the reasons for which it proposes to have recourse thereto; no Member shall, after the date of its first annual report, have recourse to the provisions of the present Article except in respect of areas so indicated. 2. 1. In respect of the territories referred to in Article 35 of the Constitution of the International Labour Organisation as amended by the Constitution of the International Labour Organisation Instrument of Amendment 1946, other than the territories referred to in paragraphs 4 an, 5 of the said Article as so amended, each Member of the Organisation which ratifies this Convention shall communicate to the Director-General of the International Labour Office as soon as possible after ratification a declaration stating: 1. 2. It shall come into force twelve months after the date on which the ratifications of two Members have been registered with the Director-General. 2. Ушбу Конвенция Ташкилот икки аъзосининг ратификация қилиш тўғрисидаги ҳужжатлари Бош директор томонидан рўйхатга олинган санадан кейин ўн икки ой ўтгач кучга киради.
3. Thereafter, this Convention shall come into force for any Member twelve months after the date on which its ratification has been registered. 3. 1. A Member which has ratified this Convention may denounce it after the expiration of ten years from the date on which the Convention first comes into force, by an act communicated to the Director-General of the International Labour Office for registration. Such denunciation shall not take effect until one year after the date on which it is registered. 1. Ушбу Конвенцияни ратификация қилган Ташкилотнинг аъзоси Конвенция дастлаб кучга кирган санадан ўн йил ўтганидан кейин Халқаро Меҳнат Бюросининг Бош директорига рўйхатга олиш учун юборилган акт орқали Конвенцияни денонсация қилиши мумкин. 2. Each Member which has ratified this Convention and which does not, within the year following the expiration of the period of ten years mentioned in the preceding paragraph, exercise the right of denunciation provided for in this Article, will be bound for another period of ten years and, thereafter, may denounce this Convention at the expiration of each period of ten years under the terms provided for in this Article. 2. Ушбу Конвенцияни ратификация қилган Ташкилотнинг ҳар бир аъзоси, юқоридаги бандда қайд этилган, ўн йиллик муддат ўтганидан кейин, бир йил ичида мазкур моддада кўзда тутилган денонсация ҳуқуқидан фойдаланмаган бўлса, навбатдаги ўн йиллик муддатни кутишга мажбур бўлади ва шунга мувофиқ, у мазкур модда шартларига биноан ушбу Конвенцияни ҳар, ўн йиллик муддат тугаши билан денонсация қилиши мумкин бўлади.

The Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran, hereinafter referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively to as the “Parties”,

The competent authorities of the States of the Parties, after receipt of the relevant documents required by the legislation of the States of the Parties, within 3 (three) working days (not taking into account the day of receiving the documents) consider them, and in case of approval, issue a confirmation for visa issuance. Томонлар давлатларининг ваколатли органлари, Томонлар давлатлари қонунчилигига талаб қилинган тегишли ҳужжатларни қабул қилинганидан сўнг, уларни 3 (уч) иш кунида (ҳужжат қабул қилинган кундан ташқари) кўриб чиқадилар ва маъқуллаган тақдирда, виза бериш учун тасдиқнома расмийлаштирадилар.
This Arrangement shall enter into force 30 (thirty) days after the date of signature and shall remain in force until 90 (ninety) days from the date of receipt by one Party of the official notification of the other Party of its intention to terminate this Arrangement. 54. When those who believe in Our revelations come to you, say, “Peace be upon you, your Lord has prescribed mercy for Himself. Whoever among you does wrong out of ignorance, and then repents afterwards and reforms—He is Forgiving and Merciful.” 54Агар ҳузурингга оятларимизга иймон келтирганлар келсалар: «Сизларга салом бўлсин, Роббингиз Ўз зиммасига раҳматни ёзди. Сиздан ким билмасдан ёмонлик қилса, сўнгра ундан кейин тавба қилиб, амали солиҳ қилса, бас, албатта, У зот мағфиратли ва раҳмли зотдир», деб айт.
