| 2) ruling of matters on deprivation of immunity a deputy of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan submitted by the Procurator-General of the Republic of Uzbekistan; | 2) Ўзбекистон Республикаси Бош прокурорининг тақдимига биноан Ўзбекистон Республикаси Олий Мажлисининг Қонунчилик палатаси депутатини дахлсизлик ҳуқуқидан маҳрум этиш тўғрисидаги масалаларни ҳал этиш; |

| Sittings of the chambers of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan shall be empowered if not less than half of the total number of all deputies, senators paticipiate in their work. | Ўзбекистон Республикаси Олий Мажлиси палаталарининг мажлислари, агар улар ишида барча депутатлар, сенаторлар умумий сонининг камида ярми иштирок этаётган бўлса, ваколатли ҳисобланади. |
| The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Prime Minister, members of the Cabinet of Ministers, the chairmen of the Constitutional Court, the Supreme Court and the Supreme Judicial Council, the Procurator-General of the Republic, the Chairman of the Board of the Central Bank shall have the right to attend sittings of the Legislative Chamber and the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as sittings of their bodies.
