2. Each Member shall indicate in its first annual report upon the application of this Convention submitted under Article 22 of the Constitution of the International Labour Organisation any areas in respect of which it proposes to have recourse to the provisions of the present Article and shall give the reasons for which it proposes to have recourse thereto; no Member shall, after the date of its first annual report, have recourse to the provisions of the present Article except in respect of areas so indicated. 2. 3. Each Member having recourse to the provisions of the present Article shall indicate in subsequent annual reports any areas in respect of which it renounces the right to have recourse to the provisions of the present Article. 3. 19. Say, “What thing is more solemn in testimony?” Say, “Allah is Witness between you and me. This Quran was revealed to me, that I may warn you with it, and whomever it may reach. Do you indeed testify that there are other gods with Allah?” Say, “I myself do not testify.” Say, “He is but One God, and I am innocent of your idolatry.” 19Сен:«Қайси нарса энг катта гувоҳликдир», деб айт. «Аллоҳ», деб айт. У мен билан сизларнинг ўртангизда гувоҳдир. Менга ушбу Қуръонни, унинг ила сизларни ва у етиб борганларни огоҳлантиришим учун ваҳий қилинди. Сизлар «Аллоҳ билан бирга, албатта, бошқа худолар бор», деб гувоҳлик берасизларми? «Мен гувоҳлик бермайман», деб айт. «Албатта, У битта илоҳдир ва мен сиз келтираётган ширкдан покдирман», деб айт.
22. On the Day when We gather them all together, then say to the idolaters, “Where are your idols, those you used to claim?” 22Ҳаммаларини жамлайдиган, сўнгра ширк келтирганларга: «Сиз худо деб гумон қилган шерикларингиз қани?» деб айтадиганимиз кунни эсла.
25. Among them are those who listen to you; but We place covers over their hearts, to prevent them from understanding it, and heaviness in their ears. Even if they see every sign, they will not believe in it. Until, when they come to you, to argue with you, those who disbelieve will say, “These are nothing but myths of the ancients.” 25Улардан сенга қулоқ тутадиганлари ҳам бор. Биз уни фаҳмламасликлари учун қалбларига парда ва қулоқларига тўсиқ қилиб қўйдик. Барча оятларни кўрсалар ҳам, улар иймон келтирмаслар. Ҳатто олдингга сен билан тортишувга келганларида куфр келтирганлар: «Бу ўтганларнинг афсоналаридан бошқа нарса эмас», дерлар.
27. If only you could see, when they are made to stand before the Fire; they will say, “If only we could be sent back, and not reject the revelations of our Lord, and be among the faithful.” 27Дўзах устида тўхтатилганларида: «Қани энди (у дунёга) қайтарилсак эди, Роббимизнинг оятларини ёлғонга чиқармас эдик ва мўминлардан бўлар эдик», дейишларини кўрсанг эди.
28. What they used to conceal before will become clear to them. And even if they were sent back, they would revert to what they were forbidden. They are liars. 28Йўқ! Ундай эмас. Улар олдин махфий тутган нарса ўзларига ошкор бўлди, холос. Агар улар ( дунёга) қайтарилсалар ҳам, ўзлари ман қилинган нарсага қайтарлар ва, албатта, улар ёлғончилардир.
30. If only you could see, when they are stationed before their Lord. He will say, “Is this not real?” They will say, “Yes indeed, by our Lord.” He will say, “Then taste the torment for having disbelieved.” 30Аллоҳнинг ҳузурида тўхтатилганларида, У: «Мана шу ҳақ эмасми?!» деганида, «Роббимизга қасамки ҳақдир», деганларини, У: «Бас, куфр келтирганингиз учун азобини чекинг», дейишини кўрсанг эди.
31. Losers are those who deny the encounter with Allah. Then, when the Hour comes upon them suddenly, they will say, “Alas for us, how we have neglected it.” And they will carry their burdens on their backs—evil is what they carry. 31Аллоҳга рўбарў бўлишни ёлғон деганлар, шубҳасиз, зиёнга учрадилар. То тўсатдан қиёмат келиб қолганда, устларига гуноҳларини орқалаб олган ҳолларида: «У (дунё)да қилган камчиликларимизга ҳасрат­надоматлар бўлсин», дейдилар. Улар орқалаган нарса қандай ёмон­а!
32. The life of this world is nothing but game and distraction, but the Home of the Hereafter is better for those who are righteous. Do you not understand? 32Бу дунё ҳаёти ўйин­кулгудан ўзга ҳеч нарса эмас. Тақво қилувчилар учун охират ҳовлиси яхшироқдир. Ақл юритмайсизларми?
38. There is no animal on land, nor a bird flying with its wings, but are communities like you. We neglected nothing in the Scripture. Then to their Lord they will be gathered. 38Ер юзидаги юрувчи ҳар бир жонзот ва икки қаноти ила учувчи қуш борки, ҳаммаси сиз каби умматлардир. Китобга ҳеч нарсани қўймай ёзганмиз. Сўнгра Роббиларига жамланурлар.
39. Those who reject Our revelations are deaf and dumb, in total darkness. Whomever Allah wills, He leaves astray; and whomever He wills, He sets on a straight path. 39Оятларимизни ёлғонга чиқарганлар кар ва соқовлардир. Аллоҳ кимни хоҳласа, адаштирар ва кимни хоҳласа, тўғри йўлда барқарор қилиб қўядир.
40. Say, “Have you considered? if Allah's punishment came upon you, or the Hour overtook you, would you call upon any other than Allah, if you are sincere?” 40Сен:«Агар ростгўй бўлсаларингиз, айтинг­чи, сизга Аллоҳнинг азоби ёки қиёмат соати келганда Аллоҳдан бошқага дуо қиласизларми?
