The powerful and decisive force of this creative process is, no doubt, our multinational people. All of us are well aware how complicated periods and hard trials there were in the millennia-long history of the Uzbek people. The newest history of Uzbekistan and our world-known achievements give a full ground to confidently say that our brave and steadfast people are capable to overcome any difficulty, barriers and trials with their strength and willpower. Ўзбекистоннинг энг янги тарихи ва биз эришган оламшумул ютуқлар мард ва матонатли халқимиз ҳар қандай қийинчилик, тўсиқ ва синовларни ўз кучи ва иродаси билан енгиб ўтишга қодир, деб баралла айтишга тўла асос беради.
Today, I deem it necessary to once again underscore the very idea, which is important from the principle point of view: Uzbekistan and its magnanimous people are consistently and solidly upholding the position of conducting a peaceful policy and implementing the principles of respectful approach to national and universal values. However, if it is necessary, we are capable of fiercely striking back against any attempts which threaten the sovereignty and independence of our country, the peaceful and tranquil life of our people. Therefore, I would like to address to our nation that no one should have any doubt about that. We have sufficient strength and power for that. Бугун принципиал жиҳатдан ғоят муҳим бўлган бир фикрни яна таъкидлаб айтишни зарур деб биламан: Ўзбекистон ва унинг бағрикенг халқи тинчликсевар сиёсат юритиш, миллий ва умуминсоний қадриятларга ҳурмат билан қараш тамойилларини амалга ошириш позициясида доимо мустаҳкам туриб келмоқда. Лекин, зарур бўлса, биз мамлакатимиз суверенитети ва мустақиллигига, халқимизнинг тинч ва осуда ҳаётига таҳдид соладиган ҳар қандай уринишларга қарши кескин зарба беришга қодирмиз. Today, the pivotal appeal, namely “Our children must be stronger, more knowledgeable, smarter and certainly happier than us!” took a solid place in the minds and hearts of each of us, the parents and broad public. At present, the youth up to 30 years of age make up 32 percent of our country’s population, or 10 million people. The fact that our youth is turning into a decisive force of our today and tomorrow capable of rightfully assuming the responsibility for the future of our Homeland makes all of us proud and pleased. Let freedom ring and when this happens… when we allow freedom ring, when we let it ring from every village and every hamlet, from every state and every city, we will be able to speed up that day when all of God's children, black men and white men, Jews and Gentiles, Protestants and Catholics, will be able to join hands and sing in the words of the old spiritual, "Free at last, free at last. 20. These will not escape on earth, and they have no protectors besides God. The punishment will be doubled for them. They have failed to hear, and they have failed to see. 20Ана ўшалар ер юзида қочиб қутилувчи бўла олмадилар, уларга Аллоҳдан ўзга дўст ҳам бўлмади, азоб бир неча баробар қилинур. 70. God created you; then He takes you away. Some of you will be brought back to the worst age, so that he will no longer know anything, after having acquired knowledge. God is Omniscient and Omnipotent.

70Аллоҳ сизларни яратгандир. Сўнгра У сизларни вафот эттирадир. Сизлардан баъзилар билимли бўлгандан сўнг ҳеч нарса билмаслиги учун умрнинг энг заифлигига қайтариладир. Албатта, Аллоҳ билгувчи ва қодирдир.

73. And yet they serve besides God what possesses no provisions for them in the heavens, nor on earth, nor are they capable.

75. God cites the example of a bonded slave, who has no power over anything; and someone to whom We have given plentiful provision, from which he gives secretly and openly. Are they equal in comparison? All praise belongs to God, but most of them do not know.

75Аллоҳ ҳеч нарсага қодир бўлмайдиган мамлук­қул билан Биз уни яхши ризқ ила ризқлантирган ва ўшандан махфий ва ошкоро инфоқ қиладиган кимсани зарбул масал қиладир. Улар тенг бўладиларми? Ҳамду сано Аллоҳгадир. Лекин кўплари билмаслар.

76. And God cites the example of two men: one of them dumb, unable to do anything, and is a burden on his master; whichever way he directs him, he achieves nothing good. Is he equal to him who commands justice, and is on a straight path?

76Аллоҳ икки кишини зарбул масал келтирди. Бири соқов, ҳеч нарсага қодир бўлмайдир. У ўз хожасига юкдир. Қаерга юборса ҳам, яхшилик келтирмайдир. Ўша одам билан ўзи тўғри йўлда туриб, бошқаларни адолатга амр қиладиган киши баробар бўларми?

77. To God belongs the unseen of the heavens and the earth. The coming of the Hour is only as the twinkling of the eye, or even nearer. God has power over everything.

77Осмонлару ернинг ғайб(илм)и Аллоҳникидир. Соат(қиёмат) иши эса, кўз очиб­ юмгандек ёки ундан ҳам яқинроқдир. Албатта, Аллоҳ ҳар бир нарсага қодирдир.
48. Note what they compared you to. They are lost, and unable to find a way. 48Улар сенга қандай мисол келтирганларига назар сол! Бас, залолатга кетдилар ва (тўғри) йўлга қодир бўлмаслар.
99. Do they not consider that God, Who created the heavens and the earth, is Able to create the likes of them? He has assigned for them a term, in which there is no doubt. But the wrongdoers persist in denying the truth. 99Улар осмонлару ерни яратган Аллоҳ уларга ўхшашини яратишга қодир эканини ва улар учун шак­шубҳасиз ажал белгилаганини билмадиларми?! Бас, золимлар куфрдан бошқа нарсадан бош тортдилар.
Or its water will sink into the ground, and you will be unable to draw it.” 41Ёки суви ерга сингиб кетиб, сен уни талаб қилишга қодир бўлмай қолсанг», деди.
And cite for them the parable of the present life: it is like water that We send down from the sky; the plants of the earth absorb it; but then it becomes debris, scattered by the wind.
