4. Any Member may, at any time at which the Convention is subject to denunciation in accordance with the provisions of Article 34, communicate to the Director-General a declaration modifying in any other respect the terms of any former declaration and stating the present position in respect of such territories as it may specify. 4. 3. Declarations communicated to the Director-General of the International Labour Office in accordance with the preceding paragraphs of this Article shall indicate whether the provisions of the Convention will be applied in the territory concerned without modification or subject to modifications; when the declaration indicates that the provisions of the Convention will be applied subject to modifications it shall give details of the said modifications. 3. 4. The Member, Members or international authority concerned may at any time by a subsequent declaration renounce in whole or in part the right to have recourse to any modification indicated in any former declaration. 4. 35. If you find their rejection hard to bear, then if you can, seek a tunnel into the earth, or a stairway into the heaven, and bring them a sign. Had Allah willed, He could have gathered them to guidance. So do not be of the ignorant. 35Агар сенга уларнинг юз ўгиришлари оғир ботаётган бўлса, қодир бўлсанг, ер остидан йўл қилиб ёки осмонга нарвон қўйиб, уларга оят­мўъжиза келтир. Аллоҳ хоҳлаганида, уларни ҳидоятга жамларди. Ҳаргиз жоҳиллардан бўлма.
43. If only, when Our calamity came upon them, they humbled themselves. But their hearts hardened, and Satan made their deeds appear good to them. 43Бизнинг баломиз уларга етганда, тазарруъ қилсалар эди! Лекин қалблари қаттиқ бўлди ва шайтон уларга қилаётган ишларини зийнатлаб кўрсатди.
53. Thus We try some of them by means of others, that they may say, “Are these the ones whom Allah has favored from among us?” Is Allah not aware of the appreciative? 53«Орамиздан Аллоҳ неъмат берганлар шуларми?» дейишлари учун шундай қилиб, баъзиларини баъзилари ила синадик. 88. Such is Allah’s guidance. He guides with it whomever He wills of His servants. Had they associated, their deeds would have gone in vain. 88Ана ўша Аллоҳнинг ҳидояти бўлиб, Ўз бандаларидан кимни хоҳласа, ўшани унга йўллайдир. Агар улар ширк келтирсалар, қилган ишлари, албатта, бехуда кетадир.
105. We thus diversify the revelations, lest they say, “You have studied,” and to clarify them for people who know. 105Шундай қилиб, дарс олгансан, дейишлари учун ва билган қавмларга баён қилишинг учун оятларни тасарруф қилурмиз.
108. Do not insult those they call upon besides Allah, lest they insult Allah out of hostility and ignorance. We made attractive to every community their deeds. Then to their Lord is their return, and He will inform them of what they used to do. 108Уларнинг Аллоҳдан ўзга ибодат қиладиганларини сўкмангиз. Бас, билмасдан, зулм ила Аллоҳни сўкиб юрмасинлар. 109. They swear by Allah, with their most solemn oaths, that if a miracle were to come to them, they would believe in it. Say, “The miracles are only with Allah.” But how do you know? Even if it did come, they still would not believe. 109Улар агар бирон оят­мўъжиза келса, албатта иймон келтиришлари ҳақида Аллоҳнинг номи билан жон­жаҳдлари ила қасам ичадилар. Сен: «Албатта, оятлар фақат Аллоҳнинг ҳузурида», деб айт. Сизга нима билдирди? Эҳтимол оят келса ҳам, улар иймон келтирмаслар.
112. Likewise, We have assigned for every prophet an enemy—human and jinn devils—inspiring one another with fancy words in order to deceive. But had your Lord willed, they would not have done it. So leave them to their fabrications. 112Шунингдек, ҳар бир Пайғамбарга инсу жин шайтонларини душман қилиб қўйдик. Уларнинг баъзилари баъзиларини ғурурга кетказишлари учун латиф каломларни танларлар. Агар Роббинг хоҳласа, бундай қилмас эдилар. Бас, уларни ўзлари тўқиган нарсалари ила ёлғиз қўй!
113. So that the hearts of those who do not believe in the Hereafter may incline to it, and be content with it, and that they may perpetrate whatever they perpetrate. 113Унга (гапнинг гўзалига) охиратга иймон келтирмайдиганларнинг қалби мойил бўлиши, ундан рози бўлиб, қиладиган гуноҳларини бажаришлари учундир.
127. For them is the Home of Peace with their Lord, and He is their Master—because of what they used to do. 127Уларга Роббилари ҳузурида дорус­Салом ( тинчлик уйи ) бордир. У зот қилган ишлари учун уларнинг дўстидир.
151. Say, “Come, let me tell you what your Lord has forbidden you: that you associate nothing with Him; that you honor your parents; that you do not kill your children because of poverty—We provide for you and for them; that you do not come near indecencies, whether outward or inward; and that you do not kill the soul which Allah has sanctified—except in the course of justice. All this He has enjoined upon you, so that you may understand.” 151Келинг, Роббингиз сизларга ҳаром қилган нарсаларни тиловат қилиб бераман: «Унга ҳеч нарсани ширк келтирманг! Ота­онангизга яхшилик қилинг! Очликдан қўрқиб, болаларингизни ўлдирманг. Биз сизларни ҳам, уларни ҳам ризқлантирурмиз. Фаҳш–бузуқ ишларнинг ошкорасига ҳам, махфийсига ҳам яқинлашманг. Аллоҳ ҳаром қилган жонни ўлдирманг. Магар ҳақ ила бўлса, майли. Ушбуларни сизга амр қилдикки, шояд ақл юритсангиз.»­ деб айт.
154. Then We gave Moses the Scripture, perfect for the righteous, and explaining everything clearly, and a beacon, and mercy, that they may believe in the encounter with their Lord. 154Яна Мусога ҳам китобни, яхшилик қилганга (неъмат) батамом бўлиш учун, ҳар бир нарса батафсил бўлиши учун, ҳидоят ва раҳмат бўлиши учун бердик. Шоядки, улар Роббиларига дучор бўлишларига иймон келтирсалар.
