65. It was revealed to you, and to those before you, that if you idolize, your works will be in vain, and you will be of the losers. 65Батаҳқиқ, сенга ва сендан олдин ўтганларга ҳам: «Агар ширк келтирсанг, албатта, амалинг беҳуда кетур ва, албатта, зиёнкорлардан бўлурсан.
66. Rather, worship God, and be of the appreciative. 66Йўқ! Аллоҳгагина ибодат қил ва шукр этгувчилардан бўл!» деб ваҳий қилинган.
67. They have not esteemed God as He ought to be esteemed. The entire earth will be in His grip on the Day of Resurrection, and the heavens will be folded in His right. Immaculate is He, and Transcendent He is beyond the associations they make. 67Улар Аллоҳнинг қадрини тўғри тақдирламадилар. Ҳолбуки, ер борлигича Унинг сиқимидадир. Осмонлар эса, Унинг қудрат қўлига йиғилгандир. У зот улар ширк келтираётган нарсалардан пок ва юксакдир.
68. And the Trumpet will be sounded, whereupon everyone in the heavens and the earth will be stunned, except whomever God wills. Then it will be sounded another time, whereupon they will rise up, looking on. 68Ва сурга пуфланди. Осмонлару ерда ким бўлса, қулаб ўлди. Магар Аллоҳ хоҳлаганларгина қолди. 69. And the earth will shine with the Light of its Lord; and the Book will be put in place; and the prophets and the witnesses will be brought in; and Judgment will be passed among them equitably, and they will not be wronged. 69Ва ер Робби нури ила ёришди. 71. Those who disbelieved will be driven to Hell in throngs. Until, when they have reached it, and its gates are opened, its keepers will say to them, “Did not messengers from among you come to you, reciting to you the revelations of your Lord, and warning you of the meeting of this Day of yours?” They will say, “Yes, but the verdict of punishment is justified against the disbelievers.” 71Ва куфр келтирганлар жаҳаннамга гуруҳ­гуруҳ қилиб ҳайдалди. Токи унга етиб келган чоғларида унинг эшиклари очилди ва унинг қўриқчилари уларга: «Сизларга ўзингиздан бўлган Пайғамбарлар келиб, Роббингиз оятларини тиловат қилиб бермадиларми? Сизларни ушбу кунингизга дучор бўлишингиздан огоҳлантирмадиларми?!» дедилар. Улар: «Ҳа! Лекин азоб сўзи кофирлар устига ҳақ бўлгандир», дедилар.
72. It will be said, “Enter the gates of Hell, to abide therein eternally.” How wretched is the destination of the arrogant. 72«Жаҳаннам эшикларидан унда абадий қолгувчи бўлган ҳолингизда киринг», дейилди. Бас, мутакаббирларнинг жойи қандай ҳам ёмон бўлди.
73. And those who feared their Lord will be led to Paradise in throngs. Until, when they have reached it, and its gates are opened, its keepers will say to them, “Peace be upon you, you have been good, so enter it, to abide therein eternally.” 73Ва Роббиларига тақво қилганлар жаннатга гуруҳ­гуруҳ қилиб олиб борилдилар. Токи унга етиб келган чоғларида унинг эшиклари очилди ва унинг қўриқчилари уларга: «Сизга саломлар бўлсин! Хуш келдингиз! Бас, унга абадий қолгувчи бўлган ҳолингизда киринг», дедилар.
74. And they will say, “Praise be to God, who has fulfilled His promise to us, and made us inherit the land, enjoying Paradise as we please.” How excellent is the reward of the workers. 74Улар: «Бизларга берган ваъдасини рост қилган ва бизга бу ерни мерос қилиб берган Аллоҳга ҳамдлар бўлсин. 75. And you will see the angels hovering around the Throne, glorifying their Lord with praise. And it will be judged between them equitably, and it will be said, “Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds.” 75Ва фаришталарни Аршни ўраб олиб Роббиларига ҳамд ила тасбиҳ айтаётган ҳолда кўрурсан. Central Asia is a region with enviable potential. About half of its population of 80 million people is under the age of 30. It bridges the economic power blocs of Europe and Asia. This year GDP growth in these 5 countries is estimated to be 4.1%, well above the global average of 2.6%, and higher than every other part of the European Region.

Since the turn of this century, there have been significant advances in health across Central Asia. Life expectancy has increased by 5.2 years on average for men, and 4 years for women – now 70.3 and 76.2 years respectively. Investing in health has a positive economic impact: the healthcare sector is one of the top 10 sectors contributing to the economy, and it’s an important employer as well. An Italian study has shown that for every euro invested by the health sector in jobs, it generates 1.8 euros for the rest of the economy. That’s nearly double the return. The close relationship between GDP per capita and employment in healthcare is even stronger in transition economies – such as those in Central Asia – so any investment is likely to yield even bigger gains. Investing in people’s well-being builds social capital: Injecting only 0.1% of GDP in social protection, labour market policies, and housing can improve the lives of 300,000 within 4 years in a population of 80 million (that of Central Asia) – according to WHO analysis.
