19. O People of the Book! Our Messenger has come to you, making things clear to you—after a cessation of messengers—so that you cannot say, “No preacher has come to us, and no warner.” In fact, a preacher has come to you, and a warner; and Allah is Capable of everything.

19 Эй аҳли китоблар! Батаҳқиқ, сизларга Пайғамбаримиз келди. У сизларга Пайғамбарлардан бўш даврда (динни) баён қилади. Бизга башорат бергувчи ҳам, огоҳлантиргувчи ҳам келмаган, демаслигингиз учун. Бас, батаҳқиқ, сизларга башорат бергувчи ҳам, огоҳлантиргувчи ҳам келди. Ва Аллоҳ ҳар бир нарсага қодирдир.

32. Because of that We ordained for the Children of Israel: that whoever kills a person—unless it is for murder or corruption on earth—it is as if he killed the whole of mankind; and whoever saves it, it is as if he saved the whole of mankind. Our messengers came to them with clarifications, but even after that, many of them continue to commit excesses in the land.

32Шунинг учун ҳам Бани Исроилга: «Ким бир жонни ноҳақдан ёки ер юзида фасод қилмаса ҳам ўлдирса, худди ҳамма одамларни ўлдирган бўлади. Ким уни тирилтирса, худди ҳамма одамларни тирилтиргандек бўлади», деб ёздик. Батаҳқиқ, уларга Пайғамбарларимиз баёнотлар олиб келдилар. Сўнгра, бундан кейин ҳам, улардан кўплари ер юзида исроф қилгувчилардан бўлдилар.
33. The punishment for those who fight Allah and His Messenger, and strive to spread corruption on earth, is that they be killed, or crucified, or have their hands and feet cut off on opposite sides, or be banished from the land. That is to disgrace them in this life; and in the Hereafter they will have a terrible punishment. 33Аллоҳга ва Унинг Пайғамбарига қарши уруш қилувчилар, ер юзида фасод қилувчиларнинг жазоси, албатта, ўлдирилмоқлари ёки осилмоқлари ёхуд қўл­ оёқлари қарама­қарши томондан кесилмоғи ёки ер юзида сургун қилинмоқларидир. Бу (нарса) уларга бу дунёда ор бўлур. Охиратда эса, уларга улкан азоб бор.

39. But whoever repents after his crime, and reforms, Allah will accept his repentance. Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.

39Ким зулмидан кейин тавба этса ва амали солиҳ қилса, Аллоҳ албатта тавбасини қабул қилади. Шубҳасиз, Аллоҳ мағфиратли ва раҳмли зотдир.

41. O Messenger! Do not let those who are quick to disbelief grieve you—from among those who say with their mouths, “We believe,” but their hearts do not believe; and from among the Jews—listeners to lies, listeners to other people who did not come to you. They distort words from their places, and they say, “If you are given this, accept it; but if you are not given it, beware.” Whomever Allah has willed to divert, you have nothing for him from Allah. Those are they whose hearts Allah does not intend to purify. For them is disgrace in this world, and for them is a great punishment in the Hereafter.

41Эй Пайғамбар! Оғизлари ила, иймон келтирдик, деб қалблари иймон келтирмаганлар ва яҳудий бўлганларнинг куфрга ошиқадиганларидан хафа бўлма. Улар ёлғонни кўп эшитадилар, сенга келмаган қавмлардан ҳам эшитадилар. Сўзларни жойларидан ўзгартирадилар. Улар: «Агар сизга бу берилса, олинглар, агар бу берилмаса, ҳазир бўлинглар», дерлар. Аллоҳ кимни фитнага солишни ирода қилса, унга Аллоҳ томонидан бўладиган бирон нарсани тўса олмассан. Аллоҳ ана ўшаларнинг қалбларини поклашни ирода қилмади. Уларга бу дунёда шармандалик бор. Уларга охиратда улкан азоб бор.

43. But why do they come to you for judgment, when they have the Torah, in which is Allah’s Law? Yet they turn away after that. These are not believers. 43Ўзларида Таврот бўла туриб, унда Аллоҳнинг ҳукми бўла туриб, қандай қилиб сени ҳакам қиладилару сўнгра яна юз ўгириб кетарлар? Улар мўмин эмаслар.

71. They assumed there would be no punishment, so they turned blind and deaf. Then Allah redeemed them, but then again many of them turned blind and deaf. But Allah is Seeing of what they do.

71Улар, ҳеч қандай синов бўлмайди, деб кўру кар бўлиб олдилар. Сўнгра Аллоҳ уларни кечирди. Кейин улардан кўплари яна кўру кар бўлиб олдилар. Аллоҳ уларнинг қилаётганини кўрувчи зотдир.

82. You will find that the people most hostile towards the believers are the Jews and the polytheists. And you will find that the nearest in affection towards the believers are those who say, “We are Christians.” That is because among them are priests and monks, and they are not arrogant.

82Яҳудий ва ширк келтирганларни иймон келтирганларга нисбатан одамларнинг ашаддий адоватлиси эк анини топасан. Улардан иймон келтирганларга дўстликка яқинроғи, биз насоролармиз, деганлар эканини топасан. Бу уларнинг ичида диний олимлар ва роҳиблар бўлганидан ва уларнинг такаббурлик қилмасликларидандир.
94. O you who believe! Allah will test you with something of the game your hands and spears obtain, that Allah may know who fears Him at heart. Whoever commits aggression after that will have a painful punishment. 94Эй иймон келтирганлар! Аллоҳ ундан ким ғойибона қўрқишини билиш учун сизларни қўлларингиз ва найзаларингиз етадиган овларда бир оз синаб кўради. Бундан кейин ким тажовуз қилса, унга аламли азоб бор.
106. O you who believe! When death approaches one of you, let two reliable persons from among you act as witnesses to the making of a bequest, or two persons from another people if you are travelling in the land and the event of death approaches you. Engage them after the prayer. If you have doubts, let them swear by Allah: “We will not sell our testimony for any price, even if he was a near relative, and we will not conceal Allah’s testimony, for then we would be sinners.” 106Эй иймон келтирганлар! Бирортангизга ўлим келганда–васият қилар чоғида ўзингиздан бўлган икки адолатли киши, агар ер юзида сафардалик чоғингизда ўлим мусибати етса, ўзгалардан икки киши ўртангизда гувоҳ бўлсин. Агар шубҳа қилсангиз, гувоҳларни намоздан кейин тутасиз ва улар: «Гарчи қариндошимиз учун бўлса ҳам, қасамни озгина қийматга сотмаймиз ва Аллоҳ учун гувоҳлигимизни яширмаймиз. Зотан, у ҳолда, албатта, гуноҳкорлардан бўлиб қоламиз», деб Аллоҳ номи ила қасам ичадилар.

115. Allah said, “I will send it down to you. But whoever among you disbelieves thereafter, I will punish him with a punishment the like of which I never punish any other being.”

115Аллоҳ: «Мен, албатта, уни сизларга туширгувчиман. Бас, бундан кейин сизлардан ким куфр келтирса, уни оламларда ҳеч кимни азобламаган азоб ила азоблагайман», деди.

The Government of the Republic of Korea and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan (hereinafter referred to as «the Contracting States»),

Desiring to conclude a Protocol to amend the Convention between the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government of the Republic of Korea for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income and on capital, signed at Tashkent on February 11, 1998 (hereinafter «the Convention»), Корея Республикаси Ҳукумати ва Ўзбекистон Республикаси Ҳукумати ўртасида 1998 йил 11 февралда Тошкент шаҳрида имзоланган иккиёқлама солиқ солинишининг олдини олиш ҳамда даромад ва сармоя солиқларини тўлашдан бош тортишни бартараф қилиш тўғрисида Конвенцияга (кейинги ўринларда — «Конвенция») ўзгартиришлар киритиш учун Баённома тузиш истагида,
7. Where, at any time after a request has been made by a Contracting State under paragraph 3 or 4 and before the other Contracting State has collected and remitted the relevant revenue claim to the first-mentioned State, the relevant revenue claim ceases to be: 7. 2. This Protocol shall enter into force on the thirtieth day after the later of the notifications referred to in paragraph 1, and its provisions shall have effect: 2. Мазкур Баённома 1-бандда назарда тутилган хабарномалардан сўнгиси олинган санадан ўттиз кун ўтиб кучга киради ва унинг қоидалари қуйидагиларга нисбатан амал қилади:
a) in respect of taxes withheld at source, for amounts payable on or after the first day of January in the first calendar year following that in which this Protocol enters into force; a) мазкур Баённома кучга кирган йилдан кейинги тақвим йилининг биринчи январидан бошлаб ёки шу санадан кейин тўланадиган суммалар манбаидан ундириладиган солиқларга нисбатан;
