| If one of the Contracting Parties intends to apply any antidumping or countervailing measures, then this Contacting Party shall, before the application of the measures, provide the other interested Party with the relevant information about the main facts and findings reasoning the application of such measures. | A Contracting Party proposing to apply a safeguard measure shall, in consultation with the other Party, provide to the other Contracting Party mutually agreed trade compensation in the form of substantially equivalent concessions during the period of application of the safeguard measure.
