If, at any time a Party reduces its applied MFN tariffs after the entry into force of this Agreement, that tariffs shall apply as regards trade in goods covered by this Agreement, provided that it is lower than the tariffs calculated in accordance with Annex I-A and Annex I-B. This Agreement shall enter into force on the first day of the second month following the receipt of the last written notification of the fulfillment of the internal legal procedures necessary for its entry into force by the Contracting Parties through the diplomatic channels. This Agreement is concluded for an indefinite period. Each Contracting Party may terminate this Agreement by notifying the other Contracting Party in writing through diplomatic channels. In this case, this Agreement shall be terminated after the 6 (six) months following the date of receipt by the other Contracting Party of the notification of termination. For these goods, the free trade regime is provided after the conclusion of an agreement on their implementation or transfer between the residents of the Contracting parties to the Agreement in accordance with article 3 of these Rules, unless otherwise provided by the national legislation of the Contracting parties to the Agreement. Movement Certificate EUR.1 issued retrospectively  		17-модда

Goods which conform to the provisions of Title II and which on the date of entry into force of this Agreement are either being transported or are being held in a Contracting Party in temporary-storage, in bonded warehouses or in free zones, may be accepted as originating products subject to the submission, within four months from the date of entry into force of the Agreement, to the customs authorities of the importing country of Movement Certificate EUR.1, drawn up retrospectively, and of any documents that provide supporting evidence of the conditions of transport.
