The Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Türkiye (hereinafter referred to collectively as “the Contracting Parties” and individually as “Uzbekistan” or “Türkiye” or “Contracting Party”),

The objective of this Agreement is to strengthen trade relations between Uzbekistan and Türkiye in particular through: Мазкур Битимнинг мақсади Ўзбекистон ва Туркия ўртасидаги савдо алоқаларини қуйидагилар орқали мустаҳкамлашдан иборат:
c) the enhancement and promotion of trade through harmonious development of economic relations between the Contracting Parties; с) Аҳдлашувчи Томонлар ўртасидаги иқтисодий алоқаларни уйғун ривожлантириш орқали савдони кенгайтириш ва рағбатлантириш;
“Preferential treatment" means any concession or privilege granted under this Agreement by a Contracting Party through the reduction or elimination of tariffs on the movement of goods or implementation of tariff quotas where necessary. «Имтиёзли режим» Аҳдлашувчи Томон тарафидан мазкур Битим доирасидаги товарлар ҳаракати бўйича тарифларни камайтириш ёки бекор қилиш ёки, зарур ҳолларда, тариф квоталарини қўллаш орқали бериладиган ҳар қандай имтиёз ёки қулайликни англатади.
This Agreement shall be implemented on the basis of the principle of reciprocity of advantages for the equal benefit of the Contracting Parties, considering the economic development level, the course of foreign trade and tariff policies of the Contracting Parties. Мазкур Битим Аҳдлашувчи Томонларнинг иқтисодий ривожланиш даражасини, ташқи савдо йўналишларини ва тариф сиёсатини ҳисобга олган ҳолда, Аҳдлашувчи Томонларнинг тенг манфаатини кўзлаб, фойда принципи асосида қўлланилади.
The Contracting Parties shall consider the progress on implementation of Annex I-A and Annex I-B of this Agreement through consultations within meetings of the Joint Committee, with a view to review and update the concessions. Аҳдлашувчи Томонлар имтиёзларни кўриб чиқиш ва янгилаш мақсадида, Қўшма қўмита йиғилишлари доирасидаги маслаҳатлашувлар орқали мазкур Битимнинг I-A ва I-B иловаларини амалга ошириш жараёнини кўриб чиқадилар.
a) any sanitary or phytosanitary measures are applied only to the extent necessary to protect human, animal or plant life or health, based on scientific principles and not maintained without sufficient evidence, taking into account the availability of relevant scientific information and regional conditions, а) ҳар қандай санитария ёки фитосанитария чоралари фақатгина инсон, ҳайвонот ва ўсимлик ҳаёти ёки соғлигини муҳофаза қилиш учун зарур бўлган даражада, илмий принципларга асосланган ва тегишли илмий маълумотлар мавжудлиги ва минтақавий вазиятларни ҳисобга олган ҳолда қўлланилади, етарлича далилларсиз қўлланилмайди;
Where either Contracting Party is in a serious balance of payments difficulties, or under threat thereof, the Contracting Party concerned may, in accordance with the conditions laid down within the Articles VIII and XIV of the Articles of Agreement of International Monetary Fund, adopt restrictive measures, which shall be of limited duration and may not go beyond what is necessary to remedy the balance of payments situation. The Contracting Party concerned shall inform the other Contracting Party forthwith of their introduction and present to the other Contracting Party, as soon as possible a time schedule of their removal. Башарти Аҳдлашувчи Томонлардан бири тўлов баланси билан боғлиқ жиддий муаммоларга дуч келганда ёки бундай хавф остида бўлса, Аҳдлашувчи Томонлар Халқаро Валюта Фонди Битимининг VIII ва XIV моддаларида кўрсатилган шартларга мувофиқ, чегараланган муддатда ва тўлов баланси билан боғлиқ вазиятни ҳал этиш учун зарур доирадан чиқмаган ҳолда чеклов чораларини кўриши мумкин. Each Contracting Party shall ensure that its laws and regulations relating to any trade matter covered by this Agreement are published or made publicly available. Хар бир Аҳдлашувчи Томон мазкур Битимда назарда тутилган ҳар қандай савдога оид қонунлар ва қоидаларни эълон қилиши ёки оммавий ошкоралигини таъминлайди.
The Joint Committee shall meet within 30 days after the date of receipt of the request of either Contracting Party to consider any matter for which it has not been possible to find a satisfactory solution through consultations in accordance with paragraph 1 of this Article. Қўшма қўмита ҳар бир Аҳдлашувчи Томоннинг сўрови олинган кундан бошлаб 30 кун ичида ушбу модданинг 1-бандига мувофиқ маслаҳатлашувлар орқали қониқарли ечим топишнинг иложи бўлмаган хар қандай масалани кўриб чиқиш учун йиғилади.
Any disputes arising from the interpretation or application of the Agreement between the Contracting Parties, shall first be settled amicably through bilateral consultations by the Joint Committee. Аҳдлашувчи Томонлар ўртасида мазкур Битимни талқин этиш ёки қўллашдан келиб чиқадиган ҳар қандай низолар, биринчи навбатда, икки томонлама маслаҳатлашувлар орқали ҳал этилади.
This Agreement shall enter into force on the first day of the second month following the receipt of the last written notification of the fulfillment of the internal legal procedures necessary for its entry into force by the Contracting Parties through the diplomatic channels. Мазкур Битим Аҳдлашувчи Томонлар унинг кучга кириши учун зарур бўлган ички ҳуқуқий процедураларни бажарганлиги тўғрисидаги охирги ёзма хабарнома дипломатик каналлар орқали олингандан кейин иккинчи ойнинг биринчи кунидан кучга киради.
This Agreement is concluded for an indefinite period. Each Contracting Party may terminate this Agreement by notifying the other Contracting Party in writing through diplomatic channels. In this case, this Agreement shall be terminated after the 6 (six) months following the date of receipt by the other Contracting Party of the notification of termination. (j) “manufacture” means any kind of sufficient working or processing including assembly or specific operations on both of industrial and agricultural products; (j) «ишлаб чиқариш» ҳар қандай турдаги етарлича ишлаш ёки қайта ишлаш, жумладан, саноат ва қишлоқ хўжалиги маҳсулотлари билан боғлиқ йиғиш ва махсус операцияларни англатади;
(b) agricultural products harvested, picked or gathered there including forestry products; (b) йиғиб олинган, терилган ёки йиғилган қишлоқ хўжалиги маҳсулотлари, шу жумладан, ўрмон хўжалиги маҳсулотлари;
(e) products obtained by hunting, fishing or aquaculture activities conducted there; (е) овчилик, балиқчилик ёки аквакултура фаолияти натижасида олинган маҳсулотлар;
(f) products of sea fishing and other marine products taken from the sea outside the territorial waters of the Contracting Parties by their vessels; (f) Аҳдлашувчи Томонларнинг ҳудудий сувларидан ташқарида денгиздан ўз кемалари тарафидан олиб кетилган денгиз балиқ овлаш маҳсулотлари ва бошқа денгиз маҳсулотлари;
