| In order to implement the provisions of this Arrangement, the competent authorities of the States of the Parties are: | Мазкур Келишув қоидаларини амалга ошириш учун Томонлар давлатларининг ваколатли органлари: |

| If the official name and functions of the said competent authorities are changed, the Parties shall inform each other in a timely manner through diplomatic channels. | Башарти мазкур ваколатли органларнинг расмий номи ва функциялари ўзгартирилса, Томонлар дипломатик каналлар орқали бир-бирини ўз вақтида хабардор қиладилар. |
| The citizens of the States of the Parties specified in Article 1 of this Agreement must respect and comply with the national legislation and regulations of the State of the other Party, including the procedure for entry, departure and stay of foreign citizens. | Мазкур Келишувнинг 1-моддасида кўрсатилган Томонлар давлатлари фуқаролари бошқа Томон давлатининг миллий қонунчилиги ва қоидаларини, шу жумладан чет эл фуқароларининг кириш, чиқиш ва бўлиш жараёнларини ҳурмат қилишлари ва уларга риоя қилишлари шарт. |
| The Parties retain the right to temporarily, partially or completely suspend the operation of this Arrangement for reasons of national security, public order and public health. | Томонлар мазкур Келишувни миллий хавфсизлик, жамоат тартиби ва аҳоли саломатлиги сабабларига кўра вақтинча, қисман ёки тўлиқ тўхтатиб қўйиш ҳуқуқини сақлаб қоладилар. |

| By mutual consent of the Parties, this Arrangement may be amended and supplemented by separate protocols which shall be made as an integral pail of this Arrangement and shall enter into force in the like manner provided in Article 11 of this Arrangement. | Томонларнинг ўзаро розилиги асосида мазкур Келишувга унинг ажралмас қисми ҳисобланадиган, алоҳида баённомалар билан расмийлаштириладиган ва мазкур Келишувнинг 11-моддасида белгиланган тартибда кучга кирадиган ўзгартириш ва қўшимчалар киритилиши мумкин. |
| In case of contradictions and disagreements on the interpretation or application of the provisions of this Arrangement, the Parties shall resolve them through bilateral negotiations and consultations. | Мазкур Келишув қоидаларини талқин қилиш ёки қўллаш бўйича низо ва келишмовчиликлар юзага келган тақдирда, Томонлар уларни икки томонлама музокаралар ва маслаҳатлашувлар орқали ҳал қиладилар. |
| This Arrangement shall enter into force 30 (thirty) days after the date of signature and shall remain in force until 90 (ninety) days from the date of receipt by one Party of the official notification of the other Party of its intention to terminate this Arrangement. | Мазкур Келишув у имзоланган санадан 30 (ўттиз) кун ўтгач кучга киради ва бир Томон мазкур Келишувни бекор қилиш нияти тўғрисида бошқа Томоннинг расмий хабарномасини олган кундан бошлаб 90 (тўқсон) кунга қадар амал қилади. |
