The Contracting Parties shall have the right to take anti-dumping and countervailing measures in accordance with the rules and procedures set forth in Articles VI and XVI of the GATT 1994, the WTO Agreement on Implementation of Article VI of the GATT 1994 and the WTO Agreement on Subsidies and Countervailing Measures with their Annexes. Except otherwise stipulated in this Article, nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as imposing any additional rights or obligations with respect to antidumping or countervailing duty proceedings or measures taken pursuant to Articles VI and XVI of the GATT 1994, the WTO Agreement on Implementation of Article VI of the GATT 1994 and the WTO Agreement on Subsidies and Countervailing Measures with their Annexes. The provisions of this Article shall not be subject to Article 20 of this Agreement following the accession of Uzbekistan to the WTO. Ушбу модданинг қоидалари Ўзбекистон ЖСТга аъзо бўлганидан сўнг мазкур Битимнинг 20-моддасига татбиқ этилмайди.

The Contracting Parties shall apply the rules and principles of WTO Agreement on Technical Barriers to Trade (TBT) and the Agreement on Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures (SPS) in implementation of this Article. Аҳдлашувчи Томонлар ушбу моддани амалга оширишда ЖСТнинг Савдодаги техник тўсиқлар тўғрисидаги Битими (СТТ) ва Санитария ва фитосанитария чоралари тўғрисидаги Битими (СФЧ) қоидалари ва принципларини қўллайдилар.
