89. Allah does not hold you accountable for your unintended oaths, but He holds you accountable for your binding oaths. The atonement for it is by feeding ten needy people from the average of what you feed your families, or by clothing them, or by freeing a slave. Anyone who lacks the means shall fast for three days. That is the atonement for breaking your oaths when you have sworn them. So keep your oaths. Thus Allah makes clear His Revelations to you, that you may be grateful.

89Аллоҳ сизларни бехуда қасамларингиз учун тутмас. Лекин қасд ила туккан қасамларингиз учун тутар. Бас, унинг каффорати ўз аҳлингизни ўртача таомлантириш миқдорида ўнта мискинга таом ёки кийим бериш ёхуд бир қул озод қилишдир. Ким топа олмаса, бас, уч кун рўза тутсин. 22. So he lured them with deceit. And when they tasted the tree, their nakedness became evident to them, and they began covering themselves with the leaves of the Garden. And their Lord called out to them, “Did I not forbid you from this tree, and say to you that Satan is a sworn enemy to you?”

22Бас, уларни алдов ила паст(ҳолат)га туширди. Икковлари дарахтдан татиб кўришганда, авратлари ўзларига кўриниб қолди ва ўзларига жаннат баргларидан тўсиқ тўқий бошладилар. Шунда Роббилари уларга нидо қилиб: «Сизларни ана ўша дарахтдан қайтарган эмасмидим ва, албатта, шайтон икковингизга очиқ-ойдин душмандир, демаганмидим?!» деди.

If you can keep your head when all about you
Are losing theirs and blaming it on you;
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you,
But make allowance for their doubting too:
If you can wait and not be tired by waiting,
Or, being lied about, don't deal in lies,
Or being hated don't give way to hating,

And risk it on one turn of pitch-and-toss,
And lose, and start again at your beginnings,
And never breathe a word about your loss:
If you can force your heart and nerve and sinew
To serve your turn long after they are gone,
And so hold on when there is nothing in you
Except the Will which says to them: 'Hold on! '
If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,
Or walk with Kings- -nor lose the common touch,
If neither foes nor loving friends can hurt you,
If all men count with you, but none too much:
If you can fill the unforgiving minute
With sixty seconds' worth of distance run,
Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it,
And- -which is more- -you'll be a Man, my son!
