This Memorandum of Understanding shall enter into force from the date of its signing and shall be concluded for a period of five years, and the validity period of this Memorandum of Understanding shall be automatically extended for another five years unless one of the Parties notifies the other Party in writing of its intention to terminate the Memorandum of Understanding six months prior to the expiration of its validity period. |
