102. And they followed what the devils taught during the reign of Solomon. It was not Solomon who disbelieved, but it was the devils who disbelieved. They taught the people witchcraft and what was revealed in Babylon to the two angels Harut and Marut. They did not teach anybody until they had said, “We are a test, so do not lose faith.” But they learned from them the means to cause separation between man and his wife. But they cannot harm anyone except with Allah's permission. And they learned what would harm them and not benefit them. Yet they knew that whoever deals in it will have no share in the Hereafter. Miserable is what they sold their souls for, if they only knew.

102 Ва Сулаймон подшолигида шайтонлар тиловат қилган нарсага эргашдилар. Сулаймон куфр келтиргани йўқ. Лекин шайтонлар одамларга сеҳрни ўргатиб, кофир бўлдилар. Ва Бобилда Ҳорут ва Морут номли икки фариштага тушган нарсага эргашдилар. Икковлари ҳатто: «Биз фитна­синов учунмиз, кофир бўлмагин», демасдан олдин ҳеч кимга ўргатмасдилар. Бас, икковларидан эр­ хотиннинг ўртасини бузадиган нарсани ўрганишар эди. Ва улар Аллоҳнинг изнисиз бирор кишига зарар етказувчи эмасдилар. 163. We have inspired you, as We had inspired Noah and the prophets after him. And We inspired Abraham, and Ishmael, and Isaac, and Jacob, and the Patriarchs, and Jesus, and Job, and Jonah, and Aaron, and Solomon. And We gave David the Psalms.

163Биз сенга худди Нуҳ ва ундан кейинги Набийларга ваҳий юборганимиздек ваҳий юбордик. Биз Иброҳим, Исмоил, Исҳоқ, Яъқуб, Асбот, Ийсо, Айюб, Юнус, Ҳорун ва Сулаймонларга ваҳий юбордик. Довудга эса Забурни бердик.
84. And We gave him Isaac and Jacob—each of them We guided. And We guided Noah previously; and from his descendants David, and Solomon, and Job, and Joseph, and Moses, and Aaron. Thus We reward the righteous. 84Ва Биз унга Исҳоқни ва Яъқубни бердик. Барчаларини ҳидоят қилдик. Бундан олдин Нуҳни ҳам ҳидоят қилган эдик. Ва унинг зурриётидан Довуд, Сулаймон, Айюб, Юсуф, Мусо, Ҳорунни (ҳам ҳидоят қилдик). Чиройли амал қилувчиларни ана шундай мукофотлаймиз.
And David and Solomon, when they gave judgment in the case of the field, when some people’s sheep wandered therein by night; and We were witnesses to their judgment.

And so We made Solomon understand it, and to each We gave wisdom and knowledge. And We subjected the mountains along with David to sing Our praises, and the birds as well—surely We did.

And to Solomon the stormy wind, blowing at His command towards the land that We have blessed. We are aware of everything.

15. And We gave David and Solomon knowledge. They said, “Praise God, who has favored us over many of His believing servants.” 15Батаҳқиқ, Биз Довуд ва Сулаймонга илм бердик. Икковлари: «Бизни кўпгина мўмин бандаларидан афзал қилган Аллоҳга ҳамдлар бўлсин», дедилар.
16. And Solomon succeeded David. He said, “O people, we were taught the language of birds, and we were given from everything. This is indeed a real blessing.” 16Ва Сулаймон Довудга ворис бўлди. У: «Эй одамлар, бизга қуш тили ўргатилди ва ҳар бир нарсадан берилди. Бу, албатта, очиқ­ойдин фазлдир», деди.
17. To the service of Solomon were mobilized his troops of sprites, and men, and birds—all held in strict order. 17Сулаймонга жин, инс ва қушлардан бўлган аскарлари тўпланиб, тизилган ҳолда турдилар.
18. Until, when they came upon the Valley of Ants, an ant said, “O ants! Go into your nests, lest Solomon and his troops crush you without noticing.” 18Токи улар чумолилар водийсига келганларида, бир чумоли: «Эй чумолилар, масканларингга киринглар, Сулаймон ва унинг аскарлари сизларни билмасдан эзиб юбормасинлар», деди.
30. It is from Solomon, and it is, ‘In the Name of God, the Gracious, the Merciful. 30Албатта, у Сулаймондандир, албатта, унда: «Бисмиллаҳир роҳманир роҳийм.
36. When he came to Solomon, he said, “Are you supplying me with money? What God has given me is better than what He has given you. It is you who delight in your gift. 36Қачонки, (элчиси) Сулаймонга келганида, у: «Сизлар менга мол­дунё ила мадад бермоқчимисиз?! Бас, Аллоҳ менга берган нарса сизга берган нарсадан яхшидир. Аммо сизлар ҳадяларингиз билан қувонурсиз.
44. It was said to her, “Go inside the palace.” And when she saw it, she thought it was a deep pond, and she bared her legs. He said, “It is a palace paved with glass.” She said, “My Lord, I have done wrong to myself, and I have submitted with Solomon, to God, Lord of the Worlds.” 44У(малика)га: «Саройга кир», дейилди. Қачонки уни кўрганида, сув деб ўйлаб, пойчаларини очди. У(Сулаймон): «Албатта, бу биллурдан силлиқ қилиб ясалган саройдир», деди. У (малика): «Эй Роббим, албатта, мен ўзимга зулм қилиб юрган эканман, Сулаймон ила оламларнинг Робби– Аллоҳга мусулмон бўлдим!» деди.
12. And for Solomon the wind—its outward journey was one month, and its return journey was one month. And We made a spring of tar flow for him. And there were sprites that worked under him, by the leave of his Lord. But whoever of them swerved from Our command, We make him taste of the punishment of the Inferno. 12Ва Сулаймонга шамолни (бердик). У(шамол)нинг эрталаб кетиши бир ойлик, кечқурун қайтиши бир ойлик йўл эди. Унга мис булоғини оқизиб қўйдик ва жинлардан Роббининг изни ила унинг ҳузурида ишлайдиганлари бор эди. Улардан ким амримиздан чиқса, унга қаттиқ олов азобини тотдирамиз.
30. And We granted David, Solomon, an excellent servant. He was penitent. 30Ва Биз Довудга Сулаймонни ҳадя қилдик. У қандай ҳам яхши бандадир. Албатта, у ўта қайтгувчидир.
34. We tested Solomon, and placed a body on his throne; then he repented. 34Батаҳқиқ, Биз Сулаймонни синадик. Унинг курсисига жасадни ташладик. Сўнгра у тавба қилди.
