187. Permitted for you is intercourse with your wives on the night of the fast. They are a garment for you, and you are a garment for them. Allah knows that you used to betray yourselves, but He turned to you and pardoned you. So approach them now, and seek what Allah has ordained for you, and eat and drink until the white streak of dawn can be distinguished from the black streak. Then complete the fast until nightfall. But do not approach them while you are in retreat at the mosques. These are the limits of Allah, so do not come near them. Allah thus clarifies His revelations to the people, that they may attain piety. 187Сизларгарўза кечасида хотинларингизга яқинлик қилиш ҳалол қилинди. Улар сизга либосдир, сиз уларга либосдирсиз. 275. Those who swallow usury will not rise, except as someone driven mad by Satan's touch. That is because they say, “Commerce is like usury.” But Allah has permitted commerce, and has forbidden usury. Whoever, on receiving advice from his Lord, refrains, may keep his past earnings, and his case rests with Allah. But whoever resumes—these are the dwellers of the Fire, wherein they will abide forever.

19. O you who believe! It is not permitted for you to inherit women against their will. And do not coerce them in order to take away some of what you had given them, unless they commit a proven adultery. And live with them in kindness. If you dislike them, it may be that you dislike something in which Allah has placed much good.

19Эй иймон келтирганлар! Сизларга аёлларни зулм­ла меросга олиш ҳалол эмас. Очиқ фоҳиша иш қилмасалар, берган нарсаларнингизнинг баъзисини олиш учун уларни зўрлик­ла ушлаб турманг ва улар ила яхшиликда яшанг. Агар уларни ёқтирмасангиз, шоядки, Аллоҳ сиз ёқтирмаган нарсада кўпгина яхшиликларни қилса.

24. And all married women, except those you rightfully possess. This is Allah’s decree, binding upon you. Permitted for you are those that lie outside these limits, provided you seek them in legal marriage, with gifts from your property, seeking wedlock, not prostitution. If you wish to enjoy them, then give them their dowry—a legal obligation. You commit no error by agreeing to any change to the dowry. Allah is All-Knowing, Most Wise.

24Қўлингизга мулк бўлиб тушганлардан бошқа эрли аёллар ҳам (ҳаром қилинди). Бу сизларга Аллоҳнинг ёзганидир. Ана ўшалардан бошқаларни поклик ва зино аралаштирмаган ҳолда молларингиз ила талаб қилмоғингиз ҳалол қилинди. Улардан ҳузурланишингиз сабабидан маҳрларини беринг. Бу фарздир. 1. O you who believe! Fulfill your commitments. Livestock animals are permitted for you, except those specified to you; but not wild game while you are in pilgrim sanctity. Allah decrees whatever He wills.

1Эй иймон келтирганлар! Аҳдномаларга вафо қилинг! Сизга, кейин тиловат қилинадиганларидан бошқа, чорва ҳайвонлари ҳалол қилинди, эҳромдалик вақтингизда овни ҳалол санамаган ҳолингизда. Албатта, Аллоҳ нимани ирода этса, шуни ҳукм қиладир.

4. They ask you what is permitted for them. Say, “Permitted for you are all good things, including what trained dogs and falcons catch for you.” You train them according to what Allah has taught you. So eat from what they catch for you, and pronounce Allah’s name over it. And fear Allah. Allah is Swift in reckoning. 4Сендан уларга нима ҳалол қилинганини сўрарлар. 87. O you who believe! Do not prohibit the good things Allah has permitted for you, and do not commit aggression. Allah does not love the aggressors. 87Эй иймон келтирганлар! Аллоҳ сизга ҳалол қилган пок нарсаларни ҳаром қилмангиз. Ҳаддингиздан ошманг. Албатта, Аллоҳ ҳаддидан ошувчиларни севмас.
96. Permitted for you is the catch of sea, and its food—as sustenance for you and for travelers. But forbidden for you is the game of land while you are in pilgrim sanctity. He sat back and drew forth a pipe. He looked into it with sharp scrutiny, and tapped it emptily on his open palm. He turned the hair-seal tobacco pouch inside out and dusted the lining, treasuring carefully each flake and mite of tobacco that his efforts gleaned. The result was scarce a thimbleful. He searched in his pockets, and brought forward, between thumb and forefinger, tiny pinches of rubbish. Here and there in this rubbish were crumbs of tobacco. These he segregated with microscopic care, though he occasionally permitted small particles of foreign substance to accompany the crumbs to the hoard in his palm. He even deliberately added small, semi-hard woolly fluffs, that had come originally from the coat lining, and that had lain for long months in the bottoms of the pockets. Whenever a State Party is permitted under its domestic law to extradite or otherwise surrender one of its nationals only upon the condition that the person will be returned to that State Party to serve the sentence imposed as a result of the trial or proceedings for which the extradition or surrender of the person was sought and that State Party and the State Party seeking the extradition of the person agree with this option and other terms that they may deem appropriate, such conditional extradition or surrender shall be sufficient to discharge the obligation set forth in paragraph 11 of this article. 12. In order to combat corruption effectively, each State Party shall, to the extent permitted by the basic principles of its domestic legal system and in accordance with the conditions prescribed by its domestic law, take such measures as may be necessary, within its means, to allow for the appropriate use by its competent authorities of controlled delivery and, where it deems appropriate, other special investigative techniques, such as electronic or other forms of surveillance and undercover operations, within its territory, and to allow for the admissibility in court of evidence derived therefrom. 1. 50. O Prophet! We have permitted to you your wives to whom you have given their dowries, and those you already have, as granted to you by God, and the daughters of your paternal uncle, and the daughters of your paternal aunts, and the daughters of your maternal uncle, and the daughters of your maternal aunts who emigrated with you, and a believing woman who has offered herself to the Prophet, if the Prophet desires to marry her, exclusively for you, and not for the believers. We know what We have ordained for them regarding their wives and those their right-hands possess. This is to spare you any difficulty. God is Forgiving and Merciful. 50Эй Набий, Биз сенга маҳрларини берган жуфтларингни, Аллоҳ сенга ўлжа қилиб берган қўл остингдаги (чўри)ларни, амакингнинг қизлари, аммаларингнинг қизлари, тоғангнинг қизлари, холаларингнинг қизларидан сен билан ҳижрат қилганларини ҳалол қилдик. Ва агар бир мўмина аёл ўз нафсини Набийга ҳадя этса, Набий уни никоҳлаб олишни ирода қилса, сен учун махсус ҳалол қилдик. Мўминларга эмас. Уларга жуфтлари ва қўллари остидаги мулк(чўри)лари ҳақида нимани фарз қилганимизни билурмиз. Буни сенга танглик бўлмаслиги учун қилдик. Аллоҳ ўта мағфиратли ва ўта раҳмли зотдир.
23. Intercession with Him is of no value, except for someone He has permitted. Until, when fear has subsided from their hearts, they will say, “What did your Lord say?” They will say, “The truth, and He is the High, the Great.” 23У зотнинг ҳузурида фақат Ўзи изн берганлардан бошқанинг шафоати манфаат бермас. “Para-tariffs” means border charges, taxes and fees other than tariffs on foreign trade transactions with a tariff like effect, which are levied solely on imported goods. Indirect taxes and charges which are levied in the same manner on like domestic goods or, import charges corresponding to specific services rendered, and other duties permitted under this Agreement, are not considered as para-tariff measures. «Пара-тарифлар» атамаси тариф хусусиятига эга ташқи савдо операцияларида қўлланиладиган тарифлардан фарқли ўларок, товарлар импортида олинадиган чегара тўловлари, солиқлар ва йиғимларни англатади.
