The article presents a diagram of a modernized design of a belt conveyor with composite guide rollers with elastic elements. A complex experimental technique is given, the patterns of changes in torques and angular velocities of the belt conveyor drums are obtained, and the patterns of vibrations of the outer sleeve of the composite rollers of the conveyor guide are determined. Based on the analysis of the constructed profile substitutions, their recommended values are determined, which provide high performance with minimal values of the friction force.

The article describes the design of a solar dryer, with an ejector system for the effective removal of the pra released during the drying process. The use of a film-ceramic composite as an active element made it possible to obtain high performance even at minimum values of solar activity. The results of onion drying under various adverse weather conditions are presented. Based on the results of the study, recommendations and conclusions were developed.

This article addresses issues related to the development of the anticorrosion materials composition from organomineral heterocomposites for use in structures for the storage and transportation of various aggressive liquids. Based on the study of the composition of associated water, taking into account the influence of mechanical impurities, the phenomena occurring on the surface of the metal were studied and the optimal composition was selected, the use of which will increase the service life.

The article presents the results of a study on improving the mechanical properties of composite materials based on polyethylene. A composition composition filled with a thermoplastic polymer - polyethylene modified with a kaolin-graphite filler is proposed, which will allow obtaining high-quality products based on local raw materials, simplifying the composition composition, and expanding their performance due to improved strength and tribotechnical properties.
