| “Para-tariffs” means border charges, taxes and fees other than tariffs on foreign trade transactions with a tariff like effect, which are levied solely on imported goods. Indirect taxes and charges which are levied in the same manner on like domestic goods or, import charges corresponding to specific services rendered, and other duties permitted under this Agreement, are not considered as para-tariff measures. | «Пара-тарифлар» атамаси тариф хусусиятига эга ташқи савдо операцияларида қўлланиладиган тарифлардан фарқли ўларок, товарлар импортида олинадиган чегара тўловлари, солиқлар ва йиғимларни англатади.
