6. Test the orphans until they reach the age of marriage. If you find them to be mature enough, hand over their properties to them. And do not consume it extravagantly or hastily before they grow up. The rich shall not charge any wage, but the poor may charge fairly. When you hand over their properties to them, have it witnessed for them. 7. Men receive a share of what their parents and relatives leave, and women receive a share of what their parents and relatives leave; be it little or much—a legal share. 7Ота­оналар ва қариндошлар қолдирган нарсада эркакларнинг насибаси бор. Ота­ оналар ва қариндошлар қолдирган нарсада аёлларнинг насибаси бор. У оз бўлсин, кўп бўлсин–фарз қилинган насибадир.
9. Those who are concerned about the fate of their weak children, in case they leave them behind, should fear Allah, and speak appropriate words. 9Ўзлари заифҳол зурриётларини ортдан қолдиришдан қандай қўрқсалар, (бошқалар ҳақида ҳам) шундай қўрқсинлар. Бас, Аллоҳдан қўрқсинлар ва тўғри сўз айтсинлар.
10. Those who consume the wealth of orphans illicitly consume only fire into their bellies; and they will roast in a Blaze. 10Албатта, етимларнинг молини зулм ила еганлар, қоринларида оловни еган бўладилар. Ва, шубҳасиз, дўзахга кирадилар.

19. O you who believe! It is not permitted for you to inherit women against their will. And do not coerce them in order to take away some of what you had given them, unless they commit a proven adultery. And live with them in kindness. If you dislike them, it may be that you dislike something in which Allah has placed much good.

19Эй иймон келтирганлар! Сизларга аёлларни зулм­ла меросга олиш ҳалол эмас. Очиқ фоҳиша иш қилмасалар, берган нарсаларнингизнинг баъзисини олиш учун уларни зўрлик­ла ушлаб турманг ва улар ила яхшиликда яшанг. Агар уларни ёқтирмасангиз, шоядки, Аллоҳ сиз ёқтирмаган нарсада кўпгина яхшиликларни қилса.

24. And all married women, except those you rightfully possess. This is Allah’s decree, binding upon you. Permitted for you are those that lie outside these limits, provided you seek them in legal marriage, with gifts from your property, seeking wedlock, not prostitution. If you wish to enjoy them, then give them their dowry—a legal obligation. You commit no error by agreeing to any change to the dowry. Allah is All-Knowing, Most Wise.

Ана ўшалардан бошқаларни поклик ва зино аралаштирмаган ҳолда молларингиз ила талаб қилмоғингиз ҳалол қилинди. Улардан ҳузурланишингиз сабабидан маҳрларини беринг. Бу фарздир. Фарз маҳрдан кейин ўзаро розилик ила келишганингиз гуноҳ эмас. Албатта, Аллоҳ билувчи ва ҳикматли зотдир.
25. If any of you lack the means to marry free believing women, he may marry one of the believing maids under your control. Allah is well aware of your faith. You are from one another. Marry them with the permission of their guardians, and give them their recompense fairly—to be protected—neither committing adultery, nor taking secret lovers. When they are married, if they commit adultery, their punishment shall be half that of free women. That is for those among you who fear falling into decadence. But to practice self-restraint is better for you. Allah is Most Forgiving, Most Merciful. 25Сизлардан ким ҳур мўминаларни никоҳига олишга имкон топмаса, қўлингизда мулк бўлган мўмина канизаклардан (уйлансин). Аллоҳ иймонингизни билувчи зотдир. Ҳаммаларингиз бирсиз. Уларни никоҳингизга аҳлларининг изни ила олинг. Ва яхшилик билан маҳрларини беринг. Улар покиза, зинокор эмас ва ўйнаш тутмаган бўлсинлар. Эрга текканларидан сўнг фоҳиша иш қилсалар, уларга ҳур аёлларга бериладиган азобнинг ярми бериладир. Бу бузилишдан қўрққанлар учундир. Сабр қилмоғингиз сиз учун яхшидир. Аллоҳ мағфиратли ва раҳмлидир.
27. Allah intends to redeem you, but those who follow their desires want you to turn away utterly. 27Аллоҳ сизнинг тавбангизни қабул қилишни хоҳлайдир. Шаҳватларга эргашадиганлар эса, улкан оғишга мойил бўлишингизни хоҳларлар.
33. To everyone We have assigned beneficiaries in what is left by parents and relatives. Those with whom you have made an agreement, give them their share. Allah is Witness over all things. 33Ота­она ва қариндошлар қолдирган нарсага ҳар бир киши учун меросхўрлар қилдик. Қасамингиз ила боғланганларга насибасини беринг. Албатта, Аллоҳ ҳар бир нарсага шоҳиддир.
34. Men are the protectors and maintainers of women, as Allah has given some of them an advantage over others, and because they spend out of their wealth. The good women are obedient, guarding what Allah would have them guard. As for those from whom you fear disloyalty, admonish them, and abandon them in their beds, then strike them. But if they obey you, seek no way against them. Allah is Sublime, Great. 34Аллоҳ баъзиларини баъзиларидан устун қилгани ва молларидан сарфлаганлари учун эрк аклар аёлларга раҳбардирлар. 38. And those who spend their money to be seen by people, and believe neither in Allah nor in the Last Day. Whoever has Satan as a companion—what an evil companion. 38Улар молларини кишилар кўриши учун сарфлайдилар. Ҳамда Аллоҳга ва қиёмат кунига иймон келтирмайдилар. 46. Among the Jews are some who take words out of context, and say, “We hear and we disobey”, and “Hear without listening”, and “Observe us,” twisting with their tongues and slandering the religion. Had they said, “We hear and we obey”, and “Listen”, and “Give us your attention,” it would have been better for them, and more upright. But Allah has cursed them for their disbelief; they do not believe except a little. 46Яҳудий бўлганлардан калималарни ўз жойидан бузиб­ўзгартирувчилар бор. 56. Those who reject Our revelations—We will scorch them in a Fire. Every time their skins are cooked, We will replace them with other skins, so they will experience the suffering. Allah is Most Powerful, Most Wise. 56Оятларимизга куфр келтирганларни, албатта, дўзахга киритамиз. Қачонки, терилари етиб пишганда, азобни тортишлари учун бошқа тери алмаштирамиз. 58. Allah instructs you to give back things entrusted to you to their owners. And when you judge between people, judge with justice. Allah’s instructions to you are excellent. Allah is All-Hearing, All-Seeing. 58Албатта, Аллоҳ сизларга омонатларни ўз аҳлига эриштиришни ва агар одамлар орасида ҳукм қилсангиз, адолат ила ҳукм қилишни амр қиладир. Аллоҳ сизларга қандай ҳам яхши ваъз қилур! Албатта, Аллоҳ эшитувчи ва кўрувчи зотдир.
62. How about when a disaster strikes them because what their hands have put forward, and then they come to you swearing by Allah: “We only intended goodwill and reconciliation”? 62Энди қилган нарсалари туфайли уларга мусибат етгандан сўнг сенга келиб, Аллоҳ ила қасам ичиб: «Биз фақат яхшилик ва тавфиқни хоҳлаган эдик», дейишлари қандай бўлди?
63. They are those whom Allah knows what is in their hearts. So ignore them, and admonish them, and say to them concerning themselves penetrating words. 63Ана ўшаларнинг қалбларидагини Аллоҳ билади. Бас, уларнинг қилганидан юз ўгир! Уларга ваъз қил! Ёлғиз ўзларига етказиб сўзла!
64. We did not send any messenger except to be obeyed by Allah’s leave. Had they, when they wronged themselves, come to you, and prayed for Allah's forgiveness, and the Messenger had prayed for their forgiveness, they would have found Allah Relenting and Merciful. 64Қайси бир Пайғамбарни юборган бўлсак, Аллоҳнинг изни ила фақат итоат қилиниши учун юборганмиз. Агар улар ўзларига ўзлари зулм қилган чоғларида ҳузурингга келиб, Аллоҳга истиғфор айтганларида ва Пайғамбар ҳам улар учун истиғфор айтганида эди, албатта, Аллоҳ тавбаларни қабул этувчи ва раҳмли зот эканини топган бўлур эдилар.
