154. Then after the setback, He sent down security upon you. Slumber overcame some of you, while others cared only for themselves, thinking of Allah thoughts that were untrue—thoughts of ignorance—saying, “Is anything up to us?” Say, “Everything is up to Allah.” They conceal within themselves what they do not reveal to you. And they say, “If it was up to us, none of us would have been killed here.” Say, “Even if you Had stayed in your homes, those destined to be killed would have marched into their death beds.” Allah thus tests what is in your minds, and purifies what is in your hearts. Allah knows what the hearts contain. 154Сўнгра, ғамдан кейин, сиздан бир тоифангизни қамраб олган мудроқни омонлик қилиб туширди. Бошқа тоифа эса, ўзи билан овора бўлиб, Аллоҳ ҳақида ноҳақ, жоҳилият гумонини қилиб: «Бизнинг қўлимизда нима иш бор эди», дейишди. Сен:«Ишнинг барчаси Аллоҳдандир», деб айт! Сенга ошкор қилмаган нарсаларини ичларида махфий тутарлар. Улар: «Агар қўлимизда бир иш бўлганида, бу ерда қатл қилинмас эдик, дерлар. 156. O you who believe! Do not be like those who disbelieved, and said of their brethren who marched in the land, or went on the offensive, “Had they stayed with us, they would not have died or been killed.” So that Allah may make it a cause of regret in their hearts. Allah gives life and causes death. Allah is Seeing of what you do. 156Эй иймон келтирганлар! Куфр келтирганларга ва ер юзида юрган ва ғозий бўлган биродарлари ҳақида, агар бизнинг ҳузуримизда бўлганларида ўлмас эдилар ва қатл қилинмас эдилар, дейдиганларга ўхшаманг. Буни Аллоҳ қалбларида ҳасрат қилиши учун айтадилар. Аллоҳ тирилтиради ва ўлдиради, Аллоҳ қилган амалларингизни кўрувчи зотдир.
161. It is not for a prophet to act dishonestly. Whoever acts dishonestly will bring his dishonesty on the Day of Resurrection. Then every soul will be paid in full for what it has earned, and they will not be wronged. 161Пайғамбарга хиёнат ҳеч тўғри келмас. Кимки хиёнат қилса, қиёмат куни хиёнат қилиб олган нарсаси билан келади. Сўнгра ҳар бир жон касбига яраша тўлиқ олади. Уларга зулм қилинмас.
185. Every soul will have a taste of death, and you will receive your recompense on the Day of Resurrection. Whoever is swayed from the Fire, and admitted to Paradise, has won. The life of this world is merely enjoyment of delusion. 185Ҳар бир жон ўлимни тотгувчидир. Қиёмат куни ажрларингизни тўлиғича олурсиз. 193. “Our Lord, we have heard a caller calling to the faith: `Believe in your Lord,' and we have believed. Our Lord! Forgive us our sins, and remit our misdeeds, and make us die in the company of the virtuous.” 193Роббимиз биз нидо қилувчининг, Роббингизга иймон келтиринг, деб нидо қилаётганини эшитдик ва иймон келтирдик. Роббимиз, бизнинг гуноҳларимизни кечиргин ва ёмонликларимизни ўчиргин ҳамда яхшилар билан бирга ўлдиргин.

I buried inside me the spark of love, 
Deep in the canyons of my brain.

1. O people! Fear your Lord, who created you from a single soul, and created from it its mate, and propagated from them many men and women. And revere Allah whom you ask about, and the parents. Surely, Allah is Watchful over you.

1Эй одамлар! Сизларни бир жондан яратган ва ундан унинг жуфтини яратиб, икковларидан кўплаб эркагу аёллар таратган Роббингиздан қўрқинглар! Номини ишлатиб бир­бирингиздан сўровда бўладиганингиз Аллоҳдан ва қариндошлик (алоқалари) дан қўрқинг. Албатта, Аллоҳ устингиздан рақобат этувчи зотдир.

4. Give women their dowries graciously. But if they willingly forego some of it, then consume it with enjoyment and pleasure. 4Аёлларга маҳрларини кўнгилдан чиқариб беринг. Агар улар ундан бирор нарсани чин кўнгилдан тутсалар, бас, уни енглар. Ош бўлсин, офият бўлсин.
11. Allah instructs you regarding your children: The male receives the equivalent of the share of two females. If they are daughters, more than two, they get two-thirds of what he leaves. If there is only one, she gets one-half. As for the parents, each gets one-sixth of what he leaves, if he had children. If he had no children, and his parents inherit from him, his mother gets one-third. If he has siblings, his mother gets one-sixth. After fulfilling any bequest and paying off debts. Your parents and your children—you do not know which are closer to you in welfare. This is Allah's Law. Allah is Knowing and Judicious. 11Аллоҳ сизга фарзандларингиз ҳақида васият этиб, бир ўғилга икки қиз насибасича беришни амр этади. Агар улар иккитадан кўп (аёл) бўлсалар, уларга у (ота) қолдирганнинг учдан иккиси. Агар қиз битта бўлса, унга ярми. 12. You get one-half of what your wives leave behind, if they had no children. If they had children, you get one-fourth of what they leave. After fulfilling any bequest and paying off debts. They get one-fourth of what you leave behind, if you have no children. If you have children, they get one-eighth of what you leave. After fulfilling any bequest and paying off debts. If a man or woman leaves neither parents nor children, but has a brother or sister, each of them gets one-sixth. If there are more siblings, they share one-third. After fulfilling any bequest and paying off debts, without any prejudice. This is a will from Allah. Allah is Knowing and Clement. 12Сизларга хотинларингиз қолдирган нарсанинг–агар уларнинг боласи бўлмаса– ярми тегади. Агар уларнинг боласи бўлса, сизга улар қолдирган нарсанинг чораги тегади. 15. Those of your women who commit lewdness, you must have four witnesses against them, from among you. If they testify, confine them to the homes until death claims them, or Allah makes a way for them. 15Аёлларингиздан фоҳиша (зино) қилганларига ўзларингиздан тўртта гувоҳ келтиринг. Агар гувоҳлик берсалар, уларни то ўлим етгунча ёки Аллоҳ бир йўл кўрсатгунча уйларида тутиб туринг.
20. If you wish to replace one wife with another, and you have given one of them a fortune, take nothing back from it. Would you take it back fraudulently and sinfully? 20Ва агар хотин ўрнига бошқа хотин олмоқчи бўлсангиз ва уларнинг бирига ҳаддан зиёд меҳр берган бўлсангизҳам, ундан ҳеч нарсаниқайтариб олманг. 25. If any of you lack the means to marry free believing women, he may marry one of the believing maids under your control. Allah is well aware of your faith. You are from one another. Marry them with the permission of their guardians, and give them their recompense fairly—to be protected—neither committing adultery, nor taking secret lovers. When they are married, if they commit adultery, their punishment shall be half that of free women. That is for those among you who fear falling into decadence. But to practice self-restraint is better for you. Allah is Most Forgiving, Most Merciful. 25Сизлардан ким ҳур мўминаларни никоҳига олишга имкон топмаса, қўлингизда мулк бўлган мўмина канизаклардан (уйлансин). Аллоҳ иймонингизни билувчи зотдир. Ҳаммаларингиз бирсиз. Уларни никоҳингизга аҳлларининг изни ила олинг. Ва яхшилик билан маҳрларини беринг. Улар покиза, зинокор эмас ва ўйнаш тутмаган бўлсинлар. Эрга текканларидан сўнг фоҳиша иш қилсалар, уларга ҳур аёлларга бериладиган азобнинг ярми бериладир. Бу бузилишдан қўрққанлар учундир. Сабр қилмоғингиз сиз учун яхшидир. Аллоҳ мағфиратли ва раҳмлидир.
33. To everyone We have assigned beneficiaries in what is left by parents and relatives. Those with whom you have made an agreement, give them their share. Allah is Witness over all things. 33Ота­она ва қариндошлар қолдирган нарсага ҳар бир киши учун меросхўрлар қилдик. Қасамингиз ила боғланганларга насибасини беринг. Албатта, Аллоҳ ҳар бир нарсага шоҳиддир.
43. O you who believe! Do not approach the prayer while you are drunk, so that you know what you say; nor after sexual orgasm—unless you are travelling—until you have bathed. If you are sick, or traveling, or one of you comes from the toilet, or you have had intercourse with women, and cannot find water, find clean sand and wipe your faces and your hands with it. Allah is Pardoning and Forgiving. 43Эй иймон келтирганлар! Маст ҳолингизда–то айтаётган гапингизни биладиган бўлмагунингизча, намозга яқинлашманг ва жунуб ҳолингизда ҳам то ғусл қилмагунингизча. Магар йўлдан ўтувчи бўлса, майли. Агар бемор ёки сафарда бўлсангиз ёки сиздан бирингиз таҳоратхонадан келса ёхуд аёлларгаяқинлашган бўлсангиз­у, сув топа олмасангиз, покиза тупроқ­ла таяммум қилинг. Бас, юзингизга ва қўлларингизга масҳ тортинг. Албатта, Аллоҳ афв ва мағфират қилувчи зотдир.
