I once again congratulate you, dear compatriots, and all our people on the Eid al-Adha holiday and wish you to enjoy it with contentment among family, friends, and relatives.

Сиз, азиз юртдошларимни, бутун халқимизни Қурбон ҳайити билан яна бир бор муборакбод этиб, байрамни оила, дўстлар ва яқинлар билан бирга файзли ва мазмунли ўтказишингизни тилайман.

61. It is they who race towards goodness. It is they who will reach it first. 61Ана ўшалар яхшиликларга шошилурлар ва улар ўша(яхшилик)лар учун мусобақа қилурлар.

2. The adulteress and the adulterer—whip each one of them a hundred lashes, and let no pity towards them overcome you regarding God’s Law, if you believe in God and the Last Day. And let a group of believers witness their punishment. 2Зинокор аёл ва зинокор эркак, икковларидан ҳар бирини юз даррадан уринг. Агар сиз Аллоҳга ва охират кунига иймон келтирадиган бўлсангиз, сизларни уларга нисбатан Аллоҳнинг динида шафқат тутмасин. Ва уларнинг азобига бир тоифа мўминлар гувоҳ бўлсинлар.
5. Except for those who repent afterwards, and reform; for God is Forgiving and Merciful. 5Магар бундан кейин тавба қилиб, ўзини ислоҳ қилганлар (мустасно). Зеро, Аллоҳ ўта мағфиратли ва ўта раҳмлидир.
21. O you who believe! Do not follow Satan’s footsteps. Whoever follows Satan’s footsteps—he advocates obscenity and immorality. Were it not for God’s grace towards you, and His mercy, not one of you would have been pure, ever. But God purifies whomever He wills. God is All-Hearing, All-Knowing. 21Эй иймон келтирганлар! Шайтоннинг изидан эргашманг. Ким шайтоннинг изидан эргашса, бас, албатта, у фоҳиша ва мункарга буюради. Агар сизларга Аллоҳнинг фазли ва марҳамати бўлмаганида абадул­абад ичингиздан бирор киши поклана олмас эди. Лекин Аллоҳ Ўзи хохлаган кишини поклайдир. Аллоҳ ўта эшитгувчи, ўта билгувчи зотдир.
24. On the Day when their tongues, and their hands, and their feet will testify against them regarding what they used to do. 24У кунда тиллари, қўллари ва оёқлари қилиб юрган амаллари ҳақида уларга қарши гувоҳлик берур.
31. And tell the believing women to restrain their looks, and to guard their privates, and not display their beauty except what is apparent thereof, and to draw their coverings over their breasts, and not expose their beauty except to their husbands, their fathers, their husbands' fathers, their sons, their husbands' sons, their brothers, their brothers' sons, their sisters' sons, their women, what their right hands possess, their male attendants who have no sexual desires, or children who are not yet aware of the nakedness of women. And they should not strike their feet to draw attention to their hidden beauty. And repent to God, all of you believers, so that you may succeed. 31Сен мўминаларга айт: Кўзларини тийсинлар, фаржларини сақласинлар ва зийнатларини кўрсатмасинлар, магар зоҳир бўлган зийнатлар бўлса (майли). Рўмолларини кўксиларига тўсиб юрсинлар. Зийнатларини кўрсатмасинлар, магар эрларига ё оталарига ё эрларининг оталарига ё ўғилларига ё эрларининг ўғилларига ё ака­укаларига ё ака­укаларининг ўғилларига ё опа­сингилларининг ўғилларига ё аёлларига ё ўз қўлларида мулк бўлганларга ё (аёлларга) беҳожат эркак хизматчиларга ё аёллар авратининг фарқига бормаган ёш болаларга (бўлса майли). Махфий зийнатларини билдириш учун оёқларини (ерга) урмасинлар. Аллоҳга барчангиз тавба қилинг, эй мўминлар! Шоядки, нажот топсангизлар».  
32. And wed the singles among you, and those who are fit among your servants and maids. If they are poor, God will enrich them from His bounty. God is All-Encompassing, All-Knowing. 32Ораларингиздаги никоҳсизларни ва қулу чўриларингиздан солиҳларини никоҳлаб қўйинг. Агар фақир бўлсалар, Аллоҳ уларни Ўз фазлидан бой қилур. Аллоҳ (фазли) кенг, ўта билгувчи зотдир.
39. As for those who disbelieve, their works are like a mirage in a desert. The thirsty assumes it is to be water. Until, when he has reached it, he finds it to be nothing, but there he finds God, Who settles his account in full. God is swift in reckoning. 39Куфр келтирганларнинг амаллари саҳродаги саробга ўхшайдир. Чанқоқ одам уни сув деб ҳисоблайдир. Қачонки, унинг олдига келса, ҳеч нарсани топмас. Ва у олдида Аллоҳни топур. Бас, У зот унинг ҳисобини тўлиқ қилур. Аллоҳ ўта тез ҳисоб қилгувчидир.
41. Do you not realize that God is glorified by whatever is in the heavens and the earth, and even by the birds in formation? Each knows its prayer and its manner of praise. God knows well what they do. 41Аллоҳга осмонлар ва ердаги бор жонзот ва саф тортган ҳолидаги қушлар тасбиҳ айтишини ҳам кўрмайсанми?! Ҳар бири ўз дуоси ва тасбиҳини, батаҳқиқ, билмишдир. Аллоҳ нима амал қилишларини ўта билгувчидир.
43. Have you not seen how God propels the clouds, then brings them together, then piles them into a heap, and you see rain drops emerging from its midst? How He brings down loads of hail from the sky, striking with it whomever He wills, and diverting it from whomever He wills? The flash of its lightning almost snatches the sight away. 43Аллоҳ булутларни ҳайдашини, сўнгра бирга тўплашини, сўнгра уйиб қўйишини кўрмаяпсанми?! Бас, унинг орасидан ёмғир чиқаётганини кўрурсан. У зот осмондан, ундаги тоғлардан дўл тушириб, у билан Ўзи хоҳлаган кишиларга мусибат етказур ва уни Ўзи хоҳлаган кишилардан буриб юборур. Унинг чақмоғининг ярқираши кўзларни кетказгудек бўлур.
47. And they say, “We have believed in God and the Messenger, and we obey,” but some of them turn away afterwards. These are not believers. 47Улар: «Аллоҳга ва Пайғамбарга иймон келтирдик ва итоат қилдик», дерлар. Сўнгра улардан бир гуруҳи юз ўгириб кетурлар. Ана ўшалар мўмин эмаслар.
55. God has promised those of you who believe and do righteous deeds, that He will make them successors on earth, as He made those before them successors, and He will establish for them their religion—which He has approved for them—and He will substitute security in place of their fear. They worship Me, never associating anything with Me. But whoever disbelieves after that—these are the sinners. 55Аллоҳ сизлардан иймон келтириб, солиҳ амалларни қилганларга уларни ер юзида худди улардан олдин ўтганларни халифа қилганидек халифа қилишни, улар учун Ўзи рози бўлган динни мустаҳкамлашни ва уларнинг хавф­ хатарларидан сўнг омонликни бадал қилиб беришни ваъда қилди. Менгагина ибодат қилурлар ва Менга ҳеч нарсани ширк келтирмаслар. Шундан кейин ҳам ким куфр келтирса, бас, ана ўшалар, ўзлари фосиқлардир.
61. There is no blame on the blind, nor any blame on the lame, nor any blame on the sick, nor on yourselves for eating at your homes, or your fathers’ homes, or your mothers’ homes, or your brothers’ homes, or your sisters’ homes, or the homes of your paternal uncles, or the homes of your paternal aunts, or the homes of your maternal uncles, or the homes of your maternal aunts, or those whose keys you own, or the homes of your friends. You commit no wrong by eating together or separately. But when you enter any home, greet one another with a greeting from God, blessed and good. God thus explains the revelations for you, so that you may understand. 61Кўзи ожизга гуноҳ­танглик йўқдир. Чўлоққа гуноҳ­танглик йўқдир. Беморга гуноҳ­танглик йўқдир. Сизнинг ўзингизга ҳам ўз уйингиздан ё оталарингизнинг уйларидан ё оналарингизнинг уйларидан ё ака­укаларингизнинг уйларидан ё опа­ сингилларингизнинг уйларидан ё амакиларингизнинг уйларидан ё аммаларингизнинг уйларидан ё тоғаларингизнинг уйларидан ё холаларингизнинг уйларидан ё сиз калитига молик бўлган ёки дўстингиз (уйидан) емоқлигингизда (гуноҳ­танглик) йўқдир. Сизларга жамланган ёки тарқоқ ҳолда емоқликда ҳам гуноҳ­танглик йўқдир. Уйларга кирган чоғингизда ўзларингизга Аллоҳдан бўлган покиза ва муборак табрик ила салом беринглар. Аллоҳ сизларга оятларни ана шундай баён қилур. Шоядки ақл юритсангиз.
3. And yet, instead of Him, they produce for themselves gods that create nothing, but are themselves created; that have no power to harm or benefit themselves; and no power over life, death, or resurrection. 3У Зотдан бошқа, ҳеч нарса ярата олмайдиган, ўзлари яратиладиган, ўзлари учун зарарга ҳам, нафга ҳам эга бўлмайдиган, ўлимга ҳам, ҳаётга ҳам, қайта тирилишга ҳам молик бўлмайдиган «худо»лар тутдилар.
