188. And do not consume one another’s wealth by unjust means, nor offer it as bribes to the officials in order to consume part of other people’s wealth illicitly, while you know. 188Бир­бирларингизнинг молларингизни ботил йўл билан еманг. 217. They ask you about fighting during the Holy Month. Say, “Fighting during it is deplorable; but to bar others from Allah’s path, and to disbelieve in Him, and to prevent access to the Holy Mosque, and to expel its people from it, are more deplorable with Allah. And persecution is more serious than killing. They will not cease to fight you until they turn you back from your religion, if they can. Whoever among you turns back from his religion, and dies a disbeliever—those are they whose works will come to nothing, in this life, and in the Hereafter. Those are the inmates of the Fire, abiding in it forever.   217Сендан ҳаром ойда уруш қилиш ҳақида сўрайдилар.Сен:«Унда уруш қилиш катта гуноҳ. 230. If he divorces her, she shall not be lawful for him again until she has married another husband. If the latter divorces her, then there is no blame on them for reuniting, provided they think they can maintain Allah's limits. These are Allah’s limits; He makes them clear to people who know. 230Бас, агар яна талоқ қилса, бундан кейин у аёл токи бошқа эрга тегиб чиқмагунча унга ҳалол бўлмайди. 233. Mothers may nurse their infants for two whole years, for those who desire to complete the nursing-period. It is the duty of the father to provide for them and clothe them in a proper manner. No soul shall be burdened beyond its capacity. No mother shall be harmed on account of her child, and no father shall be harmed on account of his child. The same duty rests upon the heir. If the couple desire weaning, by mutual consent and consultation, they commit no error by doing so. You commit no error by hiring nursing-mothers, as long as you pay them fairly. And be wary of Allah, and know that Allah is Seeing of what you do. 233Ким эмизишнибатамом қилишни ирода қилса, оналар фарзандларни тўлиқ икки йил эмизадилар. 237. If you divorce them before you have touched them, but after you had set the dowry for them, give them half of what you specified—unless they forego the right, or the one in whose hand is the marriage contract foregoes it. But to forego is nearer to piety. And do not forget generosity between one another. Allah is seeing of everything you do. 237Агар уларга қўл тегизмай талоқ қилсангиз ва маҳрни аниқлаб қўйган бўлсангиз, аниқланганнинг ярмини берасиз, магар аёл ёки никоҳ тугуни қўлида бўлган киши афв қилса, бермайсиз. 251. And they defeated them by Allah’s leave, and David killed Goliath, and Allah gave him sovereignty and wisdom, and taught him as He willed. Were it not for Allah restraining the people, some by means of others, the earth would have gone to ruin. But Allah is gracious towards mankind. 251Бас, Аллоҳнинг изни билан урушда енгдилар ва Довуд Жолутни қатл этди. Сўнгра Аллоҳ унга подшоҳликва ҳикматни берди вахоҳлаган нарсасини ўргатди. 253. These messengers: We gave some advantage over others. To some of them Allah spoke directly, and some He raised in rank. We gave Jesus son of Mary the clear miracles, and We strengthened him with the Holy Spirit. Had Allah willed, those who succeeded them would not have fought one another, after the clear signs had come to them; but they disputed; some of them believed, and some of them disbelieved. Had Allah willed, they would not have fought one another; but Allah does whatever He desires. 253Ўшалар Пайғамбарлар. Уларнинг баъзиларини баъзиларидан фазллик қилдик. Улардан Аллоҳ гаплашгани бор ва баъзиларининг даражасини кўтарган. Ва Ийсо ибн Марямга ойдин (мўъжиза)ларни бердик ва уни муқаддас руҳ билан қўлладик. 282. O you who believe! When you incur debt among yourselves for a certain period of time, write it down. And have a scribe write in your presence, in all fairness. And let no scribe refuse to write, as Allah has taught him. So let him write, and let the debtor dictate. And let him fear Allah, his Lord, and diminish nothing from it. But if the debtor is mentally deficient, or weak, or unable to dictate, then let his guardian dictate with honesty. And call to witness two men from among you. If two men are not available, then one man and two women whose testimony is acceptable to all—if one of them fails to remember, the other would remind her. Witnesses must not refuse when called upon. And do not think it too trivial to write down, whether small or large, including the time of repayment. That is more equitable with Allah, and stronger as evidence, and more likely to prevent doubt—except in the case of a spot transaction between you—then there is no blame on you if you do not write it down. And let there be witnesses whenever you conclude a contract, and let no harm be done to either scribe or witness. If you do that, it is corruption on your part. And fear Allah. Allah teaches you. Allah is aware of everything.

282Эй иймон келтирганлар! Маълум муддатга қарз олди­берди қилган вақтингизда, уни ёзиб қўйинг. Орангизда бир ёзувчи адолат билан ёзсин. Ҳеч бир ёзувчи Аллоҳ билдирганидек қилиб ёзишдан бош тортмасин. Бас, ёзсин ва ҳақ зиммасига тушган киши айтиб турсин, Роббига тақво қилсин ва ундан ҳеч нарсани камайтирмасин. Агар ҳақ зиммасига тушган киши эсипаст, заиф ёки айтиб тура олмайдиган бўлса, унинг валийси адолат билан айтиб турсин. Эркакларингиздан икки кишини гувоҳ қилинг. 283. If you are on a journey, and cannot find a scribe, then a security deposit should be handed over. But if you trust one another, let the trustee fulfill his trust, and let him fear Allah, his Lord. And do not conceal testimony. Whoever conceals it is sinner at heart. Allah is aware of what you do. 283Агар сафардабўлсангиз ва ёзувчи топа олмасангиз, бас, қўлгаолинадиган гаров бўлсин. Агар баъзингизбаъзингизга ишонсангиз, бас, ишонилган омонатни адо қилсин, Аллоҳга, Роббисига тақво қилсин. Гувоҳликни беркитманг! Ким уни беркитса, унинг қалби гуноҳкордир. Ва Аллоҳ қилаётган амалларингизни билувчи зотдир.
7. It is He who revealed to you the Book. Some of its verses are definitive; they are the foundation of the Book, and others are unspecific. As for those in whose hearts is deviation, they follow the unspecific part, seeking dissent, and seeking to derive an interpretation. But none knows its interpretation except Allah and those firmly rooted in knowledge say, “We believe in it; all is from our Lord.” But none recollects except those with understanding. 7У сенга китобни туширган зотдир. Унда муҳкам оятлар ҳам бор ва улар китобнингаслидир ва муташобиҳ (оят)лар ҳам бор. Қалбларида ҳидоятдан оғиш борлар фитна мақсадида ва уни таъвил қилиш мақсадида ундан муташобиҳ бўлганига эргашади. Унинг таъвилини Аллоҳдан бошқа ҳеч ким билмас. Илмда собит бўлганлар эса, унга иймон келтирдик, барчаси Раббимиз ҳузуридандир, дерлар. Ва фақат ақл эгаларигина эслайдилар.
13. There was a sign for you in the two parties that met. One party fighting in the way of Allah, and the other was disbelieving. They saw them with their own eyes twice their number. But Allah supports with His help whomever He wills. In that is a lesson for those with insight. 13«Сизга тўқнашган икки фирқада ибрат бор эди.Бир фирқа Аллоҳнинг йўлида уришади.Бошқаси кофирдир. Улар ўз кўзлари билан (душман)ўзларига икки баробарлигини кўриб турардилар. Ва Аллоҳ кимни хоҳласа,ўшани Ўз нусрати ила қўллар. Албатта,бунда ақл эгалариучун ибрат бордир», деб айт.
34. Offspring one of the other. Allah is Hearer and Knower. 34Баъзилари баъзиларига зурриётдир. Аллоҳ эшитувчи, билувчи зотдир.
64. Say, “O People of the Book, come to terms common between us and you: that we worship none but Allah, and that we associate nothing with Him, and that none of us takes others as lords besides Allah.” And if they turn away, say, “Bear witness that we have submitted.” 64Сен: «Эй аҳли китоблар! Бизга ҳам, сизга ҳам баробар сўзга келинг: Аллоҳдан ўзгага ибодат қилмайлик, Унга ҳеч нарсани шерик қилмайлик ва Аллоҳни қўйиб, баъзимиз баъзимизни Робб қилиб олмайлик», дегин. Бас, агар юз ўгирсалар: «Гувоҳ бўлинглар, биз, албатта, мусулмонлармиз», деб айтинглар.
83. Do they desire other than the religion of Allah, when to Him has submitted everything in the heavens and the earth, willingly or unwillingly, and to Him they will be returned? 83Аллоҳнинг динидан бошқани хоҳлайдиларми?! Ахир хоҳласаю хоҳламаса, осмонлару ердаги барча жонзотлар Аллоҳга бўйсуниб турибди­ку?! Ҳамда Унга қайтариладилар­ку?!!
85. Whoever seeks other than Islam as a religion, it will not be accepted from him, and in the Hereafter he will be among the losers. 85Ким Исломдан бошқа динни хоҳласа, бас, ундан бу ҳаргиз қабул қилинмас ва у охиратда зиён кўргувчилардан бўладир.
140. If a wound afflicts you, a similar wound has afflicted the others. Such days We alternate between the people, that Allah may know those who believe, and take martyrs from among you. Allah does not love the evildoers. 140Агар сизга жароҳат етган бўлса, у қавмга ҳам шунга ўхшаш жароҳат етган. Бундай кунларни одамлар орасида айлантириб турамиз. Токи Аллоҳ иймон келтирганларни билиши учун ва улардан шаҳидларни чиқариб олиши учун. Ва Аллоҳ золимларнисевмайди.
154. Then after the setback, He sent down security upon you. Slumber overcame some of you, while others cared only for themselves, thinking of Allah thoughts that were untrue—thoughts of ignorance—saying, “Is anything up to us?” Say, “Everything is up to Allah.” They conceal within themselves what they do not reveal to you. And they say, “If it was up to us, none of us would have been killed here.” Say, “Even if you Had stayed in your homes, those destined to be killed would have marched into their death beds.” Allah thus tests what is in your minds, and purifies what is in your hearts. Allah knows what the hearts contain. 154Сўнгра, ғамдан кейин, сиздан бир тоифангизни қамраб олган мудроқни омонлик қилиб туширди. Бошқа тоифа эса, ўзи билан овора бўлиб, Аллоҳ ҳақида ноҳақ, жоҳилият гумонини қилиб: «Бизнинг қўлимизда нима иш бор эди», дейишди. Сен:«Ишнинг барчаси Аллоҳдандир», деб айт! Сенга ошкор қилмаган нарсаларини ичларида махфий тутарлар. Улар: «Агар қўлимизда бир иш бўлганида, бу ерда қатл қилинмас эдик, дерлар. Сен: «Агар уйларингизда бўлсангиз ҳам, қатл бўлиш тақдирида ёзилганлар ўз ўлим жойларига чиқар эдилар. Бу, Аллоҳ кўксингиздаги нарсани синаши ва қалбингиздагини яхшилаб поклаши учундир. Аллоҳ кўкракдаги нарсани ҳам билувчи зотдир», деб айт.
195. And so their Lord answered them: “I will not waste the work of any worker among you, whether male or female. You are one of another. For those who emigrated, and were expelled from their homes, and were persecuted because of Me, and fought and were killed—I will remit for them their sins, and will admit them into gardens beneath which rivers flow—a reward from Allah. With Allah is the ultimate reward.” 195Роббилари уларнинг (дуоларини) истижобат қилиб: «Мен сизлардан эрк агу аёл амал қилувчининг амалини зое қилмайман. Баъзингиз баъзингиздансиз. Ҳижрат қилганлар,диёрларидан чиқарилганлар, Менинг йўлимда азият чекканлар, жанг қилганлар ва қатл бўлганларнинг ёмонликларини ўчираман ҳамда уларни, албатта, остидан анҳорлар оқиб турган жаннатларга киритаман, бу Аллоҳнинг ҳузуридан савобдир. Ва Аллоҳ–ҳузурида гўзал савоб бор зотдир»,деди.
Sadly, the eldest had fallen ill some time ago and was still in bed; otherwise he would have joined his father and the job would have been a pleasure. Афсуски, тўнғичи Ҳабибулла касал бўлиб ётиб қолди, ёнига кириб ишни тезлаштиришармиди.
11. Allah instructs you regarding your children: The male receives the equivalent of the share of two females. If they are daughters, more than two, they get two-thirds of what he leaves. If there is only one, she gets one-half. As for the parents, each gets one-sixth of what he leaves, if he had children. If he had no children, and his parents inherit from him, his mother gets one-third. If he has siblings, his mother gets one-sixth. After fulfilling any bequest and paying off debts. Your parents and your children—you do not know which are closer to you in welfare. This is Allah's Law. Allah is Knowing and Judicious. 11Аллоҳ сизга фарзандларингиз ҳақида васият этиб, бир ўғилга икки қиз насибасича беришни амр этади. Агар улар иккитадан кўп (аёл) бўлсалар, уларга у (ота) қолдирганнинг учдан иккиси. Агар қиз битта бўлса, унга ярми. Агар унинг боласи бўлса, у тарк қилган нарсадан ота­онасининг ҳар бирига олтидан бир. Агар унинг боласи бўлмаса ва ота­онаси меросхўр бўлса, онасига учдан бир.
