Ана ўшаларга китобдан насибалари етадир. Бизнинг элчиларимиз келиб уларнинг жонларини олаётиб: «Аллоҳдан ўзга ибодат қилаётган нарсаларингиз қани?» дерлар. Улар: «Биздан ғоиб бўлишди», дерлар ва ўз зиёнларига, кофир бўлганларини айтиб, гувоҳлик берарлар. |

Those who reject Our revelations and are too arrogant to uphold them—the doors of Heaven will not be opened for them, nor will they enter Paradise, until the camel passes through the eye of the needle. Thus We repay the guilty. | 40Албатта, оятларимизни ёлғонга чиқарганлар ва улардан кибр қилганларга осмон эшиклари очилмас ва улар туя игна тешигидан ўтмагунча жаннатга кирмаслар. | 147. Those who deny Our revelations and the meeting of the Hereafter—their deeds will come to nothing. Will they be repaid except according to what they used to do? | 147Оятларимизни ва охират мулоқотини ёлғонга чиқарганлар амаллари бехуда кетганлардир. | 160. We divided them into twelve tribal communities. And We inspired Moses, when his people asked him for something to drink: “Strike the rock with your staff.” Whereupon twelve springs gushed from it. Each group recognized its drinking-place. And We shaded them with clouds, and We sent down upon them manna and quails: “Eat of the good things We have provided for you.” They did not wrong Us, but they used to wrong their own selves. | 160Уларни ўн икки уруғ–жамоага бўлиб юбордик. Ва уларга булутни соябон қилдик, манн ва беданаларни нозил қилдик. «Сизларга ризқ қилиб берган нарсаларимизнинг покларини енглар» (дедик). Улар бизга зулм қилмадилар. Лекин ўзларига зулм қилар эдилар. |
| 176. Had We willed, We could have elevated him through them; but he clung to the ground, and followed his desires. His metaphor is that of a dog: if you chase it, it pants; and if you leave it alone, it pants. Such is the metaphor of the people who deny Our signs. So tell the tale, so that they may ponder. | 176Агар хоҳласак, уни ўша (оят)лар билан кўтарар эдик. Лекин унинг ўзи ерга ёпишди ва ҳавои нафсига эргашди.
