12. So He completed them as seven universes in two days, and He assigned to each universe its laws. And We decorated the lower universe with lamps, and for protection. That is the design of the Almighty, the All-Knowing. 12Бас, икки кунда етти осмонни барпо этди ва ҳар бир осмонга ишини ваҳий қилди. Биз, у яқин осмонни чироқлар­ла зийнатладик ва қўридик. Бу азизу ўта илмли зотнинг ўлчовидир.
21. And they will say to their skins, “Why did you testify against us?” They will say, “God, Who made all things speak, made us speak. It is He who created you the first time, and to Him you are returned.” 21Улар териларига: «Нима учун бизга қарши гувоҳлик бердингиз?» дедилар. У(тери)лар: «Ҳар бир нарсани нутқ қилдирган Аллоҳ бизни ҳам нутқ қилдирди. У зот сизларни аввал­ бошда яратган ва Унгагина қайтарилурсизлар», дедилар.
38. But if they are too proud—those in the presence of your Lord praise Him night and day, and without ever tiring. 38Агар улар мутакаббирлик қилсалар. Роббингнинг ҳузуридагилар Унга кечасию кундузи тасбиҳ айтурлар. Улар малол олмаслар.
39. And of His signs is that you see the land still. But when We send down water upon it, it stirs and grows. Surely, He Who revived it will revive the dead. He is Able to do all things. 39Яна Унинг оят­белгиларидан, ерни қақраган ҳолда кўришингдир. Бас, Биз унинг устидан сув тушурсак, у қимирлар ва ўсадир. Уни тирилтирган зот, албатта, ўликларни ҳам тирилтиргувчидир. Албатта, У зот ҳар бир нарсага қодирдир.
46. Whoever acts righteously does so for himself; and whoever works evil does so against himself. Your Lord is not unjust to the servants. 47Соат (Қиёмат) илми Унинг Ўзигагина қайтарилур. Барча меваларнинг гулкосаларидан чиқиши ҳам, ҳар бир урғочининг нимага ҳомиладор бўлиши ҳам,
47. To Him is referred the knowledge of the Hour. No fruit emerges from its sheath, and no female conceives or delivers, except with His knowledge. And on the Day when He calls out to them, “Where are My associates?” They will say, “We admit to you, none of us is a witness.” нимани туғиши ҳам фақат Унинг илми ила бўлур. У зот уларга: «Менинг шерикларим қани?!» деб нидо қиладиган кунда, улар: «Биз Сенга билдирамизки, бунга биздан бирорта гувоҳ йўқ», дерлар.
53. We will show them Our proofs on the horizons, and in their very souls, until it becomes clear to them that it is the truth. Is it not sufficient that your Lord is witness over everything? 53Биз уларга ҳам уфқлардаги, ҳам ўз нафсларидаги оят­белгиларимизни кўрсатамиз. Токи уларга Унинг ҳақлиги равшан бўлсин. Сенинг Роббинг ҳар бир нарсага шоҳид эканлиги кифоя қилмасмиди?!
7. Thus We inspired you with an Arabic Quran, that you may warn the Central City and whoever is around it, and to warn of the Day of Assembly, of which there is no doubt; a group in the Garden, and a group in the Furnace. 7Ана шундай қилиб, Биз сенга шаҳарларнинг онасини ва унинг атрофини огоҳлантиришинг учун, бўлишида ҳеч шубҳа йўқ жамлаш кунидан огоҳлантиришинг учун арабий Қуръонни юбордик. Бир гуруҳ жаннатда, бир гуруҳ дўзахда.
9. Or have they adopted protectors besides him? But God is the Protector, and He gives life to the dead, and He has power over all things. 9Ёки улар ундан бошқа «дўстлар» тутдиларми?! Бас, Аллоҳнинг Ўзигина дўстдир. У зот ўликларни тирилтирур. Узот ҳар бир нарсага қодирдир. 
10. Whatever matter you differ about, its judgment rests with God. “Such is God, my Lord, in Whom I trust, and unto Him I repent.” 10«Бирор нарсада ихтилоф қилсангиз, унинг ҳукми Аллоҳдадир. Ана ўша Аллоҳ Роббимдир. Унгагина таваккал қилдим ва Унгагина қайтурман».
15. To this go on inviting, and be upright as you were commanded, and do not follow their inclinations, and say, “I believe in whatever Book God has sent down, and I was commanded to judge between you equitably. God is our Lord and your Lord. We have our deeds, and you have your deeds. Let there be no quarrel between us and you. God will bring us together, and to Him is the ultimate return.” 15Бас, шунинг учун ҳам даъват қил, ўзингга амр қилинганидек, мустақим тур ва уларнинг ҳавои нафсларига эргашма ҳамда: «Мен Аллоҳ нозил қилган ҳар бир китобга иймон келтирдим ва орангизда адолат ўрнатишга амр қилиндим. Аллоҳ бизнинг Роббимиз, сизнинг ҳам Роббингиз. Бизнинг амалларимиз ўзимиз учун, сизнинг амалларингиз ўзингиз учун. Биз билан сизнинг орамизда жанжал(га ўрин) йўқ. Аллоҳ бизларни жамлайди ва қайтиш ёлғиз Унинг Ўзигадир», деб айт.
20. Whoever desires the harvest of the Hereafter, We increase for him his harvest; and whoever desires the harvest of this world, We give him thereof, and he has no share of the Hereafter. 20Ким охират ҳосилини истаса, Биз унга ҳосилини зиёда қилиб берурмиз. Ким дунё ҳосилини истаса, Биз унга ўшандан берурмиз ва унга охиратда бирон насиба бўлмас.
33. If He willed, He could have stilled the winds, leaving them motionless on its surface. Surely in that are signs for every disciplined, grateful person. 33Агар У зот хоҳласа, шамолни тўхтатиб қўюр. Бас, у(кема)лар у(денгиз)нинг устида туриб қолурлар. Албатта, ана шунда ҳар бир сабр қилувчи ва шукр қилгувчи учун оят­белгилар бордир.
35. Those who dispute Our signs know that there is no asylum for them. 35Токи Бизнинг оятларимиз ҳақида тортишадиганлар билсинларки, улар учун ҳеч бир қочар жой йўқдир.
44. Whoever God leaves astray has no protector apart from Him. And you will see the transgressors, when they see the torment, saying, “Is there a way of going back?” 44Аллоҳ кимни залолатга кетказса, бас, унга У зотдан ўзга ҳеч бир валий бўлмас. Золимларни кўрурсанки, азобни кўрган чоқларида: «(Ортга) қайтишга ҳеч бир йўл бормикан?» дерлар.
46. They will have no allies to support them against God. Whomever God leaves astray has no way out. 46Ва уларга Аллоҳдан ўзга ёрдам берадиган ҳеч қандай валийлар бўлмади. Аллоҳ кимни залолатга кетказса, бас, унга ҳеч бир (тўғри) йўл йўқдир.
52. We thus inspired you spiritually, by Our command. You did not know what the Scripture is, nor what faith is, but We made it a light, with which We guide whomever We will of Our servants. You surely guide to a straight path. 52Ана шунга ўхшаш, Биз сенга Ўз амримиздан бир руҳни ваҳий қилдик. Сен китоб нималигини ҳам, иймон нималигини ҳам идрок қилмас эдинг. Лекин, Биз уни бир нур қилдикки, у билан бандаларимиздан кимни хоҳласак ҳидоят қилурмиз. Албатта, сен тўғри йўлга ҳидоят қилурсан.

This Memorandum of Understanding shall enter into force from the date of its signing and shall be concluded for a period of five years, and the validity period of this Memorandum of Understanding shall be automatically extended for another five years unless one of the Parties notifies the other Party in writing of its intention to terminate the Memorandum of Understanding six months prior to the expiration of its validity period.
