38. But if they are too proud—those in the presence of your Lord praise Him night and day, and without ever tiring. 38Агар улар мутакаббирлик қилсалар. Роббингнинг ҳузуридагилар Унга кечасию кундузи тасбиҳ айтурлар. Улар малол олмаслар.
47. To Him is referred the knowledge of the Hour. No fruit emerges from its sheath, and no female conceives or delivers, except with His knowledge. And on the Day when He calls out to them, “Where are My associates?” They will say, “We admit to you, none of us is a witness.” нимани туғиши ҳам фақат Унинг илми ила бўлур. У зот уларга: «Менинг шерикларим қани?!» деб нидо қиладиган кунда, улар: «Биз Сенга билдирамизки, бунга биздан бирорта гувоҳ йўқ», дерлар.
49. The human being never tires of praying for good things; but when adversity afflicts him, he despairs and loses hope. 49Инсон яхшилик тилашни ҳеч малол олмас. Агар уни ёмонлик тутса, у умидсиз тушкундир.
51. When We provide comfort for the human being, he withdraws and distances himself; but when adversity befalls him, he starts lengthy prayers. 51Қачон инсонга неъмат берсак, у юз ўгирар ва ёнбоши ила узоқлашар. Қачон уни ёмонлик тутса, бас, у узундан­узоқ дуо эгасидир.
3. Thus He inspires you, and those before you—God the Almighty, the Wise. 3Азизу ўта ҳикматли бўлмиш Аллоҳ сенга ва сендан аввалгиларга мана шундай ваҳий қилур.
6. As for those who take masters other than Him: God is in charge of them, and you are not responsible for them. 6Ундан ўзга «дўстлар» тутганларга Аллоҳ кузатгувчидир. Сен уларга вакил эмассан
7. Thus We inspired you with an Arabic Quran, that you may warn the Central City and whoever is around it, and to warn of the Day of Assembly, of which there is no doubt; a group in the Garden, and a group in the Furnace. 7Ана шундай қилиб, Биз сенга шаҳарларнинг онасини ва унинг атрофини огоҳлантиришинг учун, бўлишида ҳеч шубҳа йўқ жамлаш кунидан огоҳлантиришинг учун арабий Қуръонни юбордик. Бир гуруҳ жаннатда, бир гуруҳ дўзахда.
9. Or have they adopted protectors besides him? But God is the Protector, and He gives life to the dead, and He has power over all things. 9Ёки улар ундан бошқа «дўстлар» тутдиларми?! Бас, Аллоҳнинг Ўзигина дўстдир. У зот ўликларни тирилтирур. Узот ҳар бир нарсага қодирдир. 
13. He prescribed for you the same religion He enjoined upon Noah, and what We inspired to you, and what We enjoined upon Abraham, and Moses, and Jesus: “You shall uphold the religion, and be not divided therein.” As for the idolaters, what you call them to is outrageous to them. God chooses to Himself whom He wills, and He guides to Himself whoever repents. 13У зот сизларга дин этиб Ўзи Нуҳга васият қилган ва сенга ваҳий қилган нарсамизни ҳамда Иброҳим, Мусо ва Ийсоларга васият қилган нарсамизни шариат қилди. «Динни барпо қилингиз ва унда тафриқага тушмангиз», деди. Мушрикларга сен уларни даъват қилган нарса оғир келди. Аллоҳ Ўзи хоҳлаган кишисини (Пайғамбарликка) танлаб олур ва У Ўзигагина илтижо этгувчи кишини ҳидоят қилур.
18. Those who do not believe in it seek to hasten it; but those who believe are apprehensive of it, and they know it to be the truth. Absolutely, those who question the Hour are in distant error. 18У(қиёмат)га иймон келтирмайдиганлар унинг тезлашини истарлар, иймон келтирганлар эса, ундан қўрқувчидирлар, зотан унинг шубҳасиз ҳақ эканини билурлар. Огоҳ бўлинг! Албатта, (қиёмат) соати ҳақида шубҳа қилгувчилар йироқ залолатдадирлар.
33. If He willed, He could have stilled the winds, leaving them motionless on its surface. Surely in that are signs for every disciplined, grateful person. 33Агар У зот хоҳласа, шамолни тўхтатиб қўюр. Бас, у(кема)лар у(денгиз)нинг устида туриб қолурлар. Албатта, ана шунда ҳар бир сабр қилувчи ва шукр қилгувчи учун оят­белгилар бордир.
36. Whatever thing you are given is only the provision of this life. But what God possesses is better and more lasting for those who believe and rely on their Lord. 36Сизга берилган нарсалар ҳаёти дунёнинг матоҳи, холос. Аллоҳнинг ҳузуридаги яхши ва боқий нарсалар эса, иймон келтирган ва Роббиларига таваккал қилганлар учундир.
37. And those who avoid major sins and indecencies; and if they become angry, they forgive. 37Катта гуноҳлар ва фоҳиша ишлардан четда бўладиган ва ғазабланган вақтда кечириб юборадиганлар учундир.
38. And those who respond to their Lord, and pray regularly, and conduct their affairs by mutual consultation, and give of what We have provided them. 38Роббиларига ижобат қилган, намозни тўкис адо этган, ишлари ўзаро шуро ила бўлган ва уларга ризқ қилиб берган нарсаларимиздан инфоқ қиладиганлар учундир.
39. And those who, when wronged, defend themselves. 39Ўзларига тажовузкорлик етганда нусрат қозонадиганлар учундир.
41. As for those who retaliate after being wronged, there is no blame on them. 41Албатта, ким ўзига бўлган зулмдан кейин нусрат қозонса, бас, ундайларни (айблашга) ҳеч йўл йўқ.
45. And you will see them exposed to it, cowering from disgrace, looking with concealed eyes. Those who believed will say, “The losers are those who lost themselves and their families on the Day of Resurrection.” Indeed, the evildoers are in a lasting torment. 45Сен уларни у(дўзах)га кўндаланг қилинаётганларида хору зор ва қўрққан ҳолларида кўз қири билан назар солаётганларини кўрурсан. Иймон келтирганлар: «Албатта, зиёнкорлар қиёмат куни ўзларига ва аҳли аёлларига зиён қилганлардир» дерлар. Огоҳ бўлингким, албатта, золимлар доимий азобдадирлар.
48. But if they turn away—We did not send you as a guardian over them. Your only duty is communication. Whenever We let man taste mercy from Us, he rejoices in it; but when misfortune befalls them, as a consequence of what their hands have perpetrated, man turns blasphemous. 48Агар улар юз ўгирсалар, бас, Биз сени уларга қўриқчи қилиб юборганимиз йўқ. Сенинг зиммангда фақат етказиш бор, холос. Албатта, Биз инсонга Ўзимиздан раҳмат тоттирган чоғимизда у ундан қувонур ва агар уларга ўз қўллари тақдим этган нарса туфайли ёмонлик етса, бас, албатта, инсон куфрони неъмат қилур.
       “We’re different,” the old man said. — Сен билан биз бўлсак, ундай эмасмиз. 

This Memorandum of Understanding shall enter into force from the date of its signing and shall be concluded for a period of five years, and the validity period of this Memorandum of Understanding shall be automatically extended for another five years unless one of the Parties notifies the other Party in writing of its intention to terminate the Memorandum of Understanding six months prior to the expiration of its validity period.

Ушбу Англашув Меморандуми имзоланган кундан кучга киради ва беш йил муддатга тузилади ҳамда Томонларнинг бирортаси Англашув Меморандумининг амал қилиш муддати тугашидан олти ой олдин уни бекор қилиш нияти тўғрисида бошқа Томонни ёзма равишда хабардор этмаса, мазкур Англашув Меморандумининг амал қилиш муддати ўз-ўзидан яна беш йилга узайтирилади.
