67. For every congregation We have appointed acts of devotion, which they observe. So do not let them dispute with you in this matter. President Shavkat Mirziyoyev delivered a speech and congratulated our people on this bright holiday. Ўзбекистон Республикаси Президенти Шавкат Мирзиёев халқимизни ушбу қутлуғ айём билан табриклади.
Determining its own course of development, any nation enshrines the most crucial goals and objectives in its Basic Law. And the Constitution, adopted at the dawn of our country’s independence, reflected the principles of ensuring human rights and interests as well as the political system, consonant with the will and aspirations of our people. Ҳар бир давлат ўз тараққиёт йўлини танлар экан, энг муҳим мақсад ва вазифаларини белгилаб олади. Мамлакатимиз мустақиллигининг илк даврида қабул қилинган Конституцияда ҳам халқимизнинг хоҳиш-иродаси, инсон ҳуқуқ ва манфаатлари, давлат тузилиши ўз ифодасини топган.
“Our Constitution should become a real code of living standards and rules for us, fully guaranteeing rights and freedoms, penetrating deeply into the consciousness and heart of every citizen,” Shavkat Mirziyoyev insisted. – Конституциямиз ҳар бир фуқаронинг онги ва қалбидан чуқур жой олган, уларнинг ҳуқуқ ва эркинликларини тўлиқ кафолатлайдиган ҳақиқий ҳаёт қомусига айланмоғи лозим, – деди Шавкат Мирзиёев.
The philosophy and values of this holiday are interconnected with the idea of a New Uzbekistan, under which our country carries out a large-scale work to elevate the honor and dignity, to ensure the rights and interests of every person, to create decent conditions for residents of all cities and regions. Бу фалсафа ва қадриятлар Янги Ўзбекистон ғояси билан уйғундек гўё. Мамлакатимизда инсон қадрини улуғлаш, ҳар бир фуқаронинг ҳақ-ҳуқуқларини амалда таъминлаш, барча шаҳар ва туманлар аҳолиси учун муносиб шароит яратиш бўйича кўп ишлар қилинмоқда.

In these days, when our hearts are filled with the light of joy and kindness, we, above all, thank the Almighty for celebrating Eid al-Adha together with our people in peace and tranquility.

Дилларимиз қувончга тўлган мана шундай қутлуғ дамларда аввало эл-юртимиз билан бирга Қурбон ҳайитига тинч-омон етказгани учун Яратганга чексиз шукроналар айтамиз.

Thanks to all the opportunities created for our country's Muslims, 15,000 of our compatriots are making the holy pilgrimage to Makkah during Eid al-Adha. We congratulate them all on this great holiday and ask the Almighty to accept their prayers for the prosperity of our Homeland, the welfare of our people, and the happiness of our families in these blessed days.

Хусусан, мўмин-мусулмонларимиз учун яратилаётган қулай шароит ва имкониятлар туфайли мана шу Қурбон ҳайити кунларида 15 минг нафар ватандошимиз Маккаи мукаррамада муқаддас ҳаж зиёратини адо этмоқда. Уларнинг барчасини бугунги улуғ айём билан қутлаб, Ватанимиз равнақи, эл-юртимиз тинчлиги ва фаровонлиги, оилаларимиз, фарзандларимизнинг бахту иқболини тилаб қилаётган дуолари ижобат бўлишини Аллоҳ таолодан сўраб қоламиз.
May the Almighty help us in all our good deeds! Барча эзгу ишларимизда Яратганнинг ўзи қўллаб-қувватласин!
35. Does he promise you that when you have died and become dust and bones, you will be brought out? 35У сизга, ўлсангиз, тупроқ ва суяк бўлсангиз ҳам, албатта, чиқарилгувчи бўлишингизни ваъда қилмоқдами?!
70. Or do they say, “He is possessed?” In fact, he brought them the truth, but most of them hate the truth. 70Ёки, унда жиннилик бор, дейдиларми? Йўқ! У уларга ҳақ ила келди. Уларнинг кўплари эса, ҳақни ёмон кўргувчидирлар.
73. You are inviting them to a straight path. 73Албатта, сен уларни тўғри йўлга чақирасан.
78. It is He who produced for you the hearing, and the eyesight, and the feelings. But little gratitude you show. 78У зот сизга қулоқни, кўзлару қалбларни пайдо қилган зот. Нақадар оз шукр қилурсиз!
80. And it is He who gives life and brings death, and to Him is the alternation of night and day. Do you not understand? 80У зот тирилтирур ва ўлдирур. Кечаю кундузнинг алмашиниши ҳам Унга оид. Наҳотки ақл юритмасангиз?
87. They will say, “To God.” Say, “Will you not become righteous?” 87Улар: «Аллоҳникидир», дерлар. Сен: «Наҳотки қўрқмасангиз?!» деб айт.
100. That I may do right in what I have neglected.” By no means! It is just a word that he utters. And behind them is a barrier, until the Day they are resurrected. 100Шоядки тарк қилган нарсамда солиҳ амал қилсам», дер. Йўқ! Албатта, бу (қуруқ) сўз бўлиб, у айтгувчи, холос. Уларнинг ортида қайта тириладиган кунларигача тўсиқ бордир.
103. But those whose scales are light—those are they who have lost their souls; in Hell they will dwell forever. 103Кимнинг мезони енгил келса, бас, ана ўшалар, ўзларига зиён қилибдилар. Жаҳаннамда абадий қолгувчи бўлибдилар.
4. Those who accuse chaste women, then cannot bring four witnesses, whip them eighty lashes, and do not ever accept their testimony. For these are the immoral. 4Покиза аёлларга (бўҳтон) тоши отиб, сўнгра тўртта гувоҳ келтира олмаганларни саксон дарра уринглар ва уларнинг гувоҳлигини абадий қабул қилманглар. Ана ўшалар фосиқлардир.
13. Why did they not bring four witnesses to testify to it? If they fail to bring the witnesses, then in God’s sight, they are liars. 13У(ифкчи)лар ўша(ифк)га тўртта гувоҳ келтирсалар бўлмасмиди?! Бас, гувоҳларни келтира олмаган чоғда ана ўшалар ўзлари Аллоҳнинг ҳузурида ёлғончидирлар.
31. And tell the believing women to restrain their looks, and to guard their privates, and not display their beauty except what is apparent thereof, and to draw their coverings over their breasts, and not expose their beauty except to their husbands, their fathers, their husbands' fathers, their sons, their husbands' sons, their brothers, their brothers' sons, their sisters' sons, their women, what their right hands possess, their male attendants who have no sexual desires, or children who are not yet aware of the nakedness of women. And they should not strike their feet to draw attention to their hidden beauty. And repent to God, all of you believers, so that you may succeed. 31Сен мўминаларга айт: Кўзларини тийсинлар, фаржларини сақласинлар ва зийнатларини кўрсатмасинлар, магар зоҳир бўлган зийнатлар бўлса (майли). Рўмолларини кўксиларига тўсиб юрсинлар. Зийнатларини кўрсатмасинлар, магар эрларига ё оталарига ё эрларининг оталарига ё ўғилларига ё эрларининг ўғилларига ё ака­укаларига ё ака­укаларининг ўғилларига ё опа­сингилларининг ўғилларига ё аёлларига ё ўз қўлларида мулк бўлганларга ё (аёлларга) беҳожат эркак хизматчиларга ё аёллар авратининг фарқига бормаган ёш болаларга (бўлса майли). Махфий зийнатларини билдириш учун оёқларини (ерга) урмасинлар. Аллоҳга барчангиз тавба қилинг, эй мўминлар! Шоядки, нажот топсангизлар».  
34. We have sent down to you clarifying revelations, and examples of those who passed on before you, and advice for the righteous. 34Батаҳқиқ, Биз сизларга очиқ­ойдин оятларни, сиздан олдин ўтганлардан мисолни ва тақводорлар учун ваъзни нозил қилдик.
