Over the past 30 years, the Central Asian countries have pursued a multi-vector foreign policy focused on establishing pragmatic relations with numerous external partners. This approach allows the states of the region to balance various external forces, maintaining their independence and flexibility in international relations. Such a course strengthens their economic resilience, security, and positions on the global stage. A multi-vector foreign policy also enables Central Asian countries to respond quickly to global challenges and adapt effectively to changing geopolitical realities. Over the past nine years, the C5+1 platform has strengthened dialogue and cooperation between the United States and Central Asian countries through regular ministerial meetings, expert discussions, and the work of thematic groups. This format has allowed the parties to focus on resolving key regional issues, such as security, economic development, energy security, and environmental protection. Thanks to the “C5+1,” the U.S. and Central Asian states have not only established closer ties but also created mechanisms for more effective cooperation aimed at maintaining stability and sustainable growth in the region. Албатта, Аллоҳ золим қавмларни ҳидоят қилмайди», деб айт.
11. Those who disbelieve say to those who believe, “If it were anything good, they would not have preceded us to it.” And since they were not guided by it, they will say, “This is an ancient lie.” 11Куфр келтирганлар иймон келтирганларга: «Агар у(Қуръон) яхшилик бўлганида, унга биздан аввал бормасдилар», дерлар. Until, when he has attained his maturity, and has reached forty years, he says, “Lord, enable me to appreciate the blessings You have bestowed upon me and upon my parents, and to act with righteousness, pleasing You. 17. As for him who says to his parents, “Enough of you! Are you promising me that I will be raised up, when generations have passed away before me?” While they cry for God’s help, “Woe to you! Believe! The promise of God is true!” But he says, “These are nothing but tales of the ancients.” 17Ота­онасига: «Уфф сизларга, (қабрдан) чиқарилишимнинг ваъдасини бераяпсизларми?! 21. And mention the brother of Aad, as he warned his people at the dunes. 10. Have they not journeyed through the earth and seen the consequences for those before them? 15. The likeness of the Garden promised to the righteous: in it are rivers of pure water, and rivers of milk forever fresh, and rivers of wine delightful to the drinkers, and rivers of strained honey. And therein they will have of every fruit, and forgiveness from their Lord. 18. Are they just waiting until the Hour comes to them suddenly? Its tokens have already come.
