78. We sent messengers before you. Some of them We told you about, and some We did not tell you about. No messenger can bring a miracle except by leave of God. Then, when the command of God is issued, fair judgment will be passed, and there and then the seekers of vanity will lose. 78Батаҳқиқ, Биз сендан олдин ҳам Пайғамбарлар юборганмиз. Улардан кимнингдир қиссасини сенга айтдик ва улардан кимнингдир қиссасини сенга айтмадик. Ҳеч Пайғамбар Аллоҳнинг изнисиз оят­мўъжиза келтирган эмас. Бас, қачонки Аллоҳнинг амри келганида, ҳақ ила ҳукм чиқарилур ва ўшанда ботил иш қилиб юргувчилар зиён тортурлар. 
82. Have they not journeyed through the land, and seen the outcome for those before them? They were more numerous than they, and had greater power and influence in the land. But what they had achieved availed them nothing. 82Ер юзида юриб, ўзларидан олдингиларнинг оқибати қандай бўлганига назар солмайдиларми?! Улар булардан кўра қувватлироқ ва ер юзида асарлари кўпроқ бўлган эдилар. Бас, уларга касб қилган нарсалари асқотмади. 
83. When their messengers came to them with clear proofs, they rejoiced in the knowledge they had, and the very things they used to ridicule besieged them. 83Қачонки уларга Пайғамбарлари очиқ­ойдин ҳужжатлар билан келганларида, улар ўзларидаги илм билан мақтандилар. Ва уларни ўзлари истеҳзо қилган нарса ўраб олди. 
14. Their messengers came to them, from before them and from behind them, saying, “Do not worship anyone but God.” They said, “Had our Lord willed, He would have sent down angels; Therefore, we reject what you are sent with.” 14Ўшанда Пайғамбарлар уларнинг олдиларидан ҳам, орқаларидан ҳам: «Фақат Аллоҳдан ўзгага ибодат қилманглар», деб келганларида, улар: «Агар Роббимиз хоҳласа, фаришталарни тушурур эди. Албатта, биз сиз билан юборилган нарсага кофирдирмиз», дедилар.
25. We had assigned companions for them, who glamorized to them what was in front of them, and what was behind them. And the Word proved true against them in communities of jinn and humans that have passed away before them. They were losers. 25Биз уларга «дўстлар» тайёрладик. Бас, ўшалар уларга олдиларидаги ва ортларидаги нарсаларни зийнатлаб кўрсатдилар ва уларга ҳам ўзларидан олдин ўтган жин ва инсдан бўлган умматлар қатори (азоб) сўзи ҳақ бўлди. Албатта, улар зиёнкор бўлдилар.
39. And of His signs is that you see the land still. But when We send down water upon it, it stirs and grows. Surely, He Who revived it will revive the dead. He is Able to do all things. 39Яна Унинг оят­белгиларидан, ерни қақраган ҳолда кўришингдир. Бас, Биз унинг устидан сув тушурсак, у қимирлар ва ўсадир. Уни тирилтирган зот, албатта, ўликларни ҳам тирилтиргувчидир. Албатта, У зот ҳар бир нарсага қодирдир.

42. Falsehood cannot approach it, from before it or behind it. It is a revelation from One Wise and Praiseworthy. 43Сенга айтилаётган нарсаки бор, батаҳқиқ, сендан олдинги Пайғамбарларга ҳам айтилгандир. Албатта, Роббинг мағфират эгасидир ва аламли азоб эгасидир.
44. Had We made it a Quran in a foreign language, they would have said, “If only its verses were made clear.” Non-Arabic and an Arab? Say, “For those who believe, it is guidance and healing. But as for those who do not believe: there is heaviness in their ears, and it is blindness for them. These are being called from a distant place.” 45Батаҳқиқ, Биз Мусога китобни бердик. Бас, у ҳақида ихтилоф қилинди. Агар Роббинг томонидан олдин сўз ўтмаганида, ораларида, албатта, ҳукм чиқариларди. Албатта, улар у ҳақда гумонли шакдадирлар.
14. They became divided only after knowledge came to them, out of resentment among themselves. Were it not for a predetermined decision from your Lord, judgment would have been pronounced between them. Indeed, those who were made to inherit the Book after them are in grave doubt about it. 14Улар фақат ўзларига илм келгандан кейингина, ўзаро ҳасад­адоват қилишиб тафриқага тушдилар. This Memorandum of Understanding was done in Tashkent on January 10, 2024 in two original copies in Uzbek and English languages, all texts being equally authentic. In case of divergence of interpretation of this Memorandum, the English text shall prevail.
