States Parties shall take measures conducive to the optimal implementation of this Convention to the extent possible, through international cooperation, taking into account the negative effects of corruption on society in general, in particular on sustainable development. 1. For the purpose of paragraph 4 of this article, the Conference of the States Parties shall acquire the necessary knowledge of the measures taken by States Parties in implementing this Convention and the difficulties encountered by them in doing so through information provided by them and through such supplemental review mechanisms as may be established by the Conference of the States Parties. 5. States Parties shall endeavour to settle disputes concerning the interpretation or application of this Convention through negotiation. 1. Иштирокчи Давлатлар мазкур Конвенциянинг талқин қилиниши ва қўлланилиши бўйича юзага келадиган низоларни музокаралар йўли билан ҳал қилишга интиладилар.
Any dispute between two or more States Parties concerning the interpretation or application of this Convention that cannot be settled through negotiation within a reasonable time shall, at the request of one of those States Parties, be submitted to arbitration. If, six months after the date of the request for arbitration, those States Parties are unable to agree on the organization of the arbitration, any one of those States Parties may refer the dispute to the International Court of Justice by request in accordance with the Statute of the Court. 2. 32. God is He Who created the heavens and the earth, and sends down water from the sky, and with it produces fruits for your sustenance. And He committed the ships to your service, sailing through the sea by His command, and He committed the rivers to your service. 32Аллоҳ осмонлару ерни яратган, осмондан сув тушириб, у ила меваларни сизга ризқ қилиб чиқарган, Ўз амри ила денгизда сузмоғи учун кемаларни сизга бўйсундирган ва анҳорларни сизга бўйсундирган зотдир.
14. Even if We opened for them a gateway into the sky, and they began to ascend through it. 14Агар уларга осмондан бир эшик очсагу ундан чиқиб турсалар ҳам.
Accordingly, our respective Governments, through representatives assembled in the city of San Francisco, who have exhibited their full powers found to be in good and due form, have agreed to the present Charter of the United Nations and do hereby establish an international organization to be known as the United Nations.

The Members of the United Nations entering into such arrangements or constituting such agencies shall make every effort to achieve pacific settlement of local disputes through such regional arrangements or by such regional agencies before referring them to the Security Council.

The Security Council shall encourage the development of pacific settlement of local disputes through such regional arrangements or by such regional agencies either on the initiative of the states concerned or by reference from the Security Council.

 3. Хавфсизлик Кенгаши маҳаллий низоларнинг шундай минтақавий битимлар ёки шундай минтақавий органлар ёрдамида ё манфаатдор давлатлар ташаббуси билан ёки ўз ташаббуси билан ҳал этилишини рағбатлантириши лозим.
It may co-ordinate the activities of the specialized agencies through consultation with and recommendations to such agencies and through recommendations to the General Assembly and to the Members of the United Nations.

36. To every community We sent a messenger: “Worship God, and avoid idolatry.” Some of them God guided, while others deserved misguidance. So travel through the earth, and see what the fate of the deniers was. 36Батаҳқиқ, Биз ҳар бир умматга: «Аллоҳга ибодат қилинг ва тоғутдан четланинг», деб Пайғамбар юборганмиз. 80. And say, “My Lord, lead me in through an entry of truth, and lead me out through an exit of truth, and grant me from You a supporting power.” 80Ва сен: «Эй Роббим, мени кирадиган жойимга содиқлик ила киритиб, чиқадиган жойимга содиқлик билан чиқаргин ва менга Ўз ҳузурингдан ёрдам берувчи қувват ато эт», дегин.
