Fulfillment of Obligations  		21-модда

The Contracting Parties shall take all necessary measures to ensure the achievement of the objectives of this Agreement and the fulfillment of their obligations under this Agreement. If either Contracting Party considers that the other Contracting Party has failed to fulfill an obligation under this Agreement, the other Contracting Party shall first have recourse to the procedures laid down in Articles 19 and 20 of this Agreement. This Agreement shall enter into force on the first day of the second month following the receipt of the last written notification of the fulfillment of the internal legal procedures necessary for its entry into force by the Contracting Parties through the diplomatic channels. 2. For this purpose, the exporter or his authorized representative shall fill out both the Movement Certificate EUR.1 and the application forms, specimens of which are annexed herewith. The said forms shall be completed in English language and in accordance with the provisions of the domestic law of the exporting country. If they are handwritten, they shall be completed in ink in printed characters. The description of the products must be given in the Box.8 of the annexed forms, which is reserved for this purpose without leaving any blank lines. Where the said box is not completely filled, a horizontal line must be drawn below the last line of the description, the empty space being crossed through. 2. 10. Those who pledge allegiance to you are pledging allegiance to God. The hand of God is over their hands. Whoever breaks his pledge breaks it to his own loss.
