In cases where the enterprises fail to carry out financial and economic activities related to bank accounts within six months (trade and commercial for a period of three months), except for dehkan and farming enterprises, banks must provide information on such enterprises to state tax bodies at the place of their consideration for taking appropriate measures. In the presence of the court decision on suspension of operations on bank accounts, the balance of funds on the closed accounts of the enterprises is placed on special accounts without the bank’s right to use, and debts to the bank for the payment of the enterprise are transferred to a separate account of unexpected circumstances.
