The Joint Committee shall meet once a year to review the progress achieved in the implementation of this Agreement. | The Joint Committee shall undertake any function assigned to it under the provisions of this Agreement. | The Contracting Parties shall take necessary measures involved in carrying out implementation of the decision of the Joint Committee or the Arbitration Panel.
