In the performance of their duties the Secretary-General and the staff shall not seek or receive instructions from any government or from any other authority external to the Organization. They shall refrain from any action which might reflect on their position as international officials responsible only to the Organization.

 1. Бош Котиб ва Котибият ходимлари ўз вазифаларини ижро этаётганда Ташкилот учун бегона бирорта ҳам ҳукумат ёки ҳокимиятдан кўрсатмалар талаб қилмасликлари ёки олмасликлари лозим. Улар ўзларининг фақат Ташкилот олдида жавобгар бўлган халқаро мансабдор сифатидаги обрўларига путур етказадиган ҳар қандай ҳатти-ҳаракатлардан сақланишлари лозим.
The paramount consideration in the employment of the staff and in the determination of the conditions of service shall be the necessity of securing the highest standards of efficiency, competence, and integrity. Due regard shall be paid to the importance of recruiting the staff on as wide a geographical basis as possible.

 3. Хизматга қабул қилиш ва хизмат шартларини белгилашда, асосан, ишчанлик, билимдонлик, ҳалолликни юксак даражада бўлишини таъминлаш заруриятидан келиб чиқиш керак. Ходимларни мумкин қадар кенгроқ жуғрофий асосда танлашнинг муҳимлигига кўпроқ эътибор бериш керак.
The General Assembly may make recommendations with a view to determining the details of the application of paragraphs 1 and 2 of this Article or may propose conventions to the Members of the United Nations for this purpose.

 3. Бош Ассамблея ушбу модданинг 1- ва 2- бандларини тадбиқ этиш ҳолатларини аниқламоқ учун тавсиялар бериши, шунингдек, Ташкилот Аъзоларига шу мақсадда Конвенциялар таклиф этиши мумкин.
Nothing in the present Charter shall invalidate or preclude action, in relation to any state which during the Second World War has been an enemy of any signatory to the present Charter, taken or authorized as a result of that war by the Governments having responsibility for such action.

Any alteration of the present Charter recommended by a two-thirds vote of the conference shall take effect when ratified in accordance with their respective constitutional processes by two thirds of the Members of the United Nations including all the permanent members of the Security Council.

 2. Since, O Lord, you near me once again,
To ask how everything below is doing now,
And usually receive me without pain,
You see me too among the vile crowd.

Малоикалардан, эй тангрим, яна 
Сўроқлаб турибсан: «Оламда не гап?» 
Авваллар мени ёт тутмасдинг. Мана, 
Ҳузурингга келдим мен ҳам шу сабаб. 
 

He might appreciate life a little more: he might,
If you hadn't lent him a gleam of Heavenly light:
He calls it Reason, but only uses it
To be more a beast than any beast as yet.

У балки тузукроқ яшарди букун, 
Сен солмаган бўлсанг кўнглига учқун. 
Ўша учқунни у ақл деб атар, 
Куни у туфайли ҳайвондан баттар. 
21. They are dead, not alive; and they do not know when they will be resurrected. 21Ўликлардир, тирик эмаслар ва қачон қайта тирилтирилишларини билмаслар.
25. So let them carry their loads complete on the Day of Resurrection, and some of the loads of those they misguided without knowledge. Evil is what they carry. 25Қиёмат куни ўз гуноҳларини тўлалигича ва жаҳолат ила йўлдан адаштирган кишиларнинг гуноҳларидан кўтаришлари учундир. Огоҳ бўлинг! Улар кўтарган нарса қандоқ ҳам ёмон!
27. Then, on the Day of Resurrection, He will disgrace them, and say, “Where are My associates for whose sake you used to dispute?” Those who were given knowledge will say, “Today shame and misery are upon the disbelievers.” 27Сўнгра қиёмат кунида У зот уларни хор қиладир ва: «Сизлар улар ҳақида тортишиб юрган Менинг «шерикларим» қани?» дер. Илм берилганлар: «Бугунги кунда хорлик ва ёмонлик кофирларгадир», дерлар.

38. And they swear by God with their most solemn oaths, “God will not resurrect anyone who dies.” Yes indeed, it is a promise binding on Him, but most people do not know.

38Улар жон­жаҳдлари билан: «Аллоҳ ўлганларни қайта тирилтирмас», деб Аллоҳ номи ила қасам ичдилар. Йўқ! Бу, У зотнинг зиммасидаги ҳақ ваъдадир. Лекин одамларнинг кўплари билмаслар. 

76. And God cites the example of two men: one of them dumb, unable to do anything, and is a burden on his master; whichever way he directs him, he achieves nothing good. Is he equal to him who commands justice, and is on a straight path?

83. They recognize God’s blessing, but then deny it, as most of them are ungrateful. 82Агар юз ўгириб кетсалар, бас, сенинг зиммангда очиқ­ойдин етказиб қўйиш, холос. 83Улар Аллоҳнинг неъматини танирлар, кейин эса, инкор қилурлар. Уларнинг кўплари кофирлардир.
92. And do not be like her who unravels her yarn, breaking it into pieces, after she has spun it strongly. Nor use your oaths as means of deception among you, because one community is more prosperous than another. God is testing you thereby. On the Day of Resurrection, He will make clear to you everything you had disputed about. 92Тўқигани кучли бўлгандан сўнг уни сўкиб юборган хотинга ўхшаб, бир уммат бошқа умматдан зиёдроқ бўлгани учун қасамларингизни орангизга алдов воситаси қилиб олманг. Албатта, бу билан сизни Аллоҳ синамоқда, холос. Албатта, У қиёмат куни нима ҳақида ихтилоф қилганингизни баён қилиб берадир.
112. And God cites the example of a town that was secure and peaceful, with its livelihood coming to it abundantly from every direction. But then it turned unappreciative of God’s blessings, so God made it taste the robe of hunger and fear, because of what they used to craft. 112Аллоҳ бир шаҳарни зарбул масал қилади: у омонлик ва хотиржамликда эди. Ризқи ҳар макондан сероб ҳолда келиб турарди. Сўнг у Аллоҳнинг неъматларига куфр келтирди. Бас, Аллоҳ унга қилган ишлари учун очлик ва хавф кийимини тоттирди.
124. The Sabbath was decreed only for those who differed about it. Your Lord will judge between them on the Day of Resurrection regarding their differences. 124Шанба фақат у тўғрисида ихтилоф қилганлар зиммасига юкланди, холос. Албатта, Роббинг қиёмат кунида улар орасида ихтилоф қилган нарсалари ҳақида ҳукм чиқарур.

1. Glory to Him who journeyed His servant by night, from the Sacred Mosque, to the Farthest Mosque, whose precincts We have blessed, in order to show him of Our wonders. He is the Listener, the Beholder.

3. The descendants of those We carried with Noah. He was an appreciative servant. 3(Эй) Нуҳ билан бирга кўтарганларимизнинг зурриётлари! Албатта, у ўта шукрли банда эди. (Нуҳ (а.с.) ўта шукрли банда эди. Унга иймон келтирганлар ҳам ўта шукрли бандалар эдилар. Сизлар ҳам шукрли бўлинглар.)
13. For every person We have attached his fate to his neck. And on the Day of Resurrection, We will bring out for him a book which he will find spread open. 13Биз ҳар бир инсоннинг амалини бўйнига боғлаб қўйганмиз ва қиёмат куни унга китоб чиқарамизки, унга очилган ҳолда рўбарў бўлур.
19. But whoever desires the Hereafter, and pursues it as it should be pursued, while he is a believer; these—their effort will be appreciated. 19Ким охиратни истаса ва унга эришиш учун мўмин бўлган ҳолида керакли ҳаракатини қилса, бас, ана ўшаларнинг ҳаракатлари мақбулдир.
