142. The ignorant among the people will say, “What has turned them away from the direction of prayer they once followed?” Say, “To Allah belong the East and the West. He guides whom He wills to a straight path.” 142Одамларданэси пастлари: «Буларни қиблаларидан нима юз ўгиртирди экан?» дейдилар. «Машриқу мағриб Аллоҳники, кимни хоҳласа, ўшани тўғри йўлга бошлайди», деб айт.
143. Thus We made you a moderate community, that you may be witnesses to humanity, and that the Messenger may be a witness to you. We only established the direction of prayer, which you once followed, that We may distinguish those who follow the Messenger from those who turn on their heels. It is indeed difficult, except for those whom Allah has guided. But Allah would never let your faith go to waste. Allah is Kind towards the people, Merciful. 143Шунингдек, сизларни одамлар устидан гувоҳ бўлишингиз ва Пайғамбар сизларнинг устингиздан гувоҳ бўлиши учун ўрта миллат қилдик. 144. We have seen your face turned towards the heaven. So We will turn you towards a direction that will satisfy you. So turn your face towards the Sacred Mosque. And wherever you may be, turn your faces towards it. Those who were given the Book know that it is the Truth from their Lord; and Allah is not unaware of what they do. 144Гоҳо юзингни осмонга тез­тезбурилганини кўрамиз. Бас, албатта, сени ўзинг рози бўлган қиблага қаратамиз. Юзингни Масжидул Ҳаром томон бур. Қаерда бўлсангиз ҳам, юзингизни у томон бурингиз. 145. Even if you were to bring to those who were given the Book every proof, they would not follow your direction, nor are you to follow their direction, nor do they follow the direction of one another. And if you were to follow their desires, after the knowledge that has come to you, you would be in that case one of the wrongdoers. 145Агар китоб берилганларга барча ҳужжатларни келтирсанг ҳам, сенинг қиблангга эргашмаслар. Сен ҳам уларнинг қибласига эргашувчи эмассан. Ва улар бир­бирларининг қибласига эргашувчи эмаслар. 148. To every community is a direction towards which it turns. Therefore, race towards goodness. Wherever you may be, Allah will bring you all together. 222. And they ask you about menstruation: say, “It is harmful, so keep away from women during menstruation. And do not approach them until they have become pure. Once they have become pure, approach them in the way Allah has directed you.” Allah loves the repentant, and He loves those who keep clean.” 222Сендан ҳайз ҳақида сўрарлар. Сен:«У кўнгилсиз нарсадир. Ҳайз чоғида аёллардан четда бўлинг. Уларга пок бўлмагунларича яқинлашманглар. Агар пок бўлсалар, уларга Аллоҳ амр қилган жойдан келинг. 253. These messengers: We gave some advantage over others. To some of them Allah spoke directly, and some He raised in rank. We gave Jesus son of Mary the clear miracles, and We strengthened him with the Holy Spirit. Had Allah willed, those who succeeded them would not have fought one another, after the clear signs had come to them; but they disputed; some of them believed, and some of them disbelieved. Had Allah willed, they would not have fought one another; but Allah does whatever He desires. 253Ўшалар Пайғамбарлар. Уларнинг баъзиларини баъзиларидан фазллик қилдик. Улардан Аллоҳ гаплашгани бор ва баъзиларининг даражасини кўтарган. Ва Ийсо ибн Марямга ойдин (мўъжиза)ларни бердик ва уни муқаддас руҳ билан қўлладик. 115. Whoever makes a breach with the Messenger, after the guidance has become clear to him, and follows other than the path of the believers, We will direct him in the direction he has chosen, and commit him to Hell—what a terrible destination! 115Ким ўзига ҳидоят равшан бўлгандан кейин Пайғамбарга хилоф қилса ва мўминларнинг йўлидан бошқа йўлга юрса, кетган томонга қўйиб қўямиз ва жаҳаннамга киритамиз. 164. Some messengers We have already told you about, while some messengers We have not told you about. And Allah spoke to Moses directly. 164Ва Биз сенга бундан олдин қиссаларини айтиб берган ва қиссаларини айтиб бермаган Пайғамбарларни юбордик. Ва Аллоҳ Мусо ила ўзига хос гаплашди.

Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Convention, a benefit under this Convention shall not be granted in respect of an item of income or capital if it is reasonable to conclude, having regard to all relevant facts and circumstances, that obtaining that benefit was one of the principal purposes of any arrangement or transaction that resulted directly or indirectly in that benefit, unless it is established that granting that benefit in these circumstances would be in accordance with the object and purpose of the relevant provisions of this Convention.» Ушбу Конвенциянинг бошқа қоидаларидан қатъи назар, агар барча тегишли фактлар ва шартларни ҳисобга олган ҳолда, ҳар қандай келишув ёки битимнинг асосий мақсадларидан бири мазкур Конвенция доирасида имтиёз олиш бўлиб ва бевосита ёки билвосита бундай имтиёзни олинишига олиб келган деб хулоса қилишга асос бўлса, бундай даромад ва фойда предметига нисбатан ушбу имтиёзлар тақдим қилинмайди, башарти бундай шартларда ушбу имтиёзларнинг берилиши мазкур Конвенция тегишли қоидаларининг объекти ва мақсадига мувофиқ деб топилмаса.».

In respect of the territories referred to in Article 35 of the Constitution of the International Labour Organisation as amended by the Constitution of the International Labour Organisation Instrument of Amendment 1946, other than the territories referred to in paragraphs 4 an, 5 of the said Article as so amended, each Member of the Organisation which ratifies this Convention shall communicate to the Director-General of the International Labour Office as soon as possible after ratification a declaration stating: 1. Any Member may, at any time at which the Convention is subject to denunciation in accordance with the provisions of Article 34, communicate to the Director-General a declaration modifying in any other respect the terms of any former declaration and stating the present position in respect of such territories as it may specify. 4. 1. Where the subject matter of this Convention is within the self-governing powers of any non-metropolitan territory, the Member responsible for the international relations of that territory may, in agreement with the Government of the territory, communicate to the Director-General of the International Labour Office a declaration accepting on behalf of the territory the obligations of this Convention. 1. Declarations communicated to the Director-General of the International Labour Office in accordance with the preceding paragraphs of this Article shall indicate whether the provisions of the Convention will be applied in the territory concerned without modification or subject to modifications; when the declaration indicates that the provisions of the Convention will be applied subject to modifications it shall give details of the said modifications. 3.
