12. You get one-half of what your wives leave behind, if they had no children. If they had children, you get one-fourth of what they leave. After fulfilling any bequest and paying off debts. They get one-fourth of what you leave behind, if you have no children. If you have children, they get one-eighth of what you leave. After fulfilling any bequest and paying off debts. If a man or woman leaves neither parents nor children, but has a brother or sister, each of them gets one-sixth. If there are more siblings, they share one-third. After fulfilling any bequest and paying off debts, without any prejudice. This is a will from Allah. 87. Allah—there is no god except He. He will gather you to the Day of Resurrection, in which there is no doubt. And who speaks more truly than Allah? 87Аллоҳдан ўзга ибодатга сазовор зот йўқ. У сизларни қоим бўлишида ҳеч шубҳа йўқ қиёмат куни, албатта, жамлар. Ким Аллоҳдан кўра ростгўйроқ?!.
157. And for their saying, “We have killed the Messiah, Jesus, the son of Mary, the Messenger of Allah.” In fact, they did not kill him, nor did they crucify him, but it appeared to them as if they did. Indeed, those who differ about him are in doubt about it. They have no knowledge of it, except the following of assumptions. Certainly, they did not kill him. 157«Биз Аллоҳнинг Расули Масиҳ Ийсо ибн Марямни ўлдирдик», деганлари учун (уларни лаънатладик). 94. O you who believe! Allah will test you with something of the game your hands and spears obtain, that Allah may know who fears Him at heart. Whoever commits aggression after that will have a painful punishment. 94Эй иймон келтирганлар! Аллоҳ ундан ким ғойибона қўрқишини билиш учун сизларни қўлларингиз ва найзаларингиз етадиган овларда бир оз синаб кўради. Бундан кейин ким тажовуз қилса, унга аламли азоб бор.
106. O you who believe! When death approaches one of you, let two reliable persons from among you act as witnesses to the making of a bequest, or two persons from another people if you are travelling in the land and the event of death approaches you. Engage them after the prayer. If you have doubts, let them swear by Allah: “We will not sell our testimony for any price, even if he was a near relative, and we will not conceal Allah’s testimony, for then we would be sinners.” 106Эй иймон келтирганлар! Бирортангизга ўлим келганда–васият қилар чоғида ўзингиздан бўлган икки адолатли киши, агар ер юзида сафардалик чоғингизда ўлим мусибати етса, ўзгалардан икки киши ўртангизда гувоҳ бўлсин. Агар шубҳа қилсангиз, гувоҳларни намоздан кейин тутасиз ва улар: «Гарчи қариндошимиз учун бўлса ҳам, қасамни озгина қийматга сотмаймиз ва Аллоҳ учун гувоҳлигимизни яширмаймиз. Зотан, у ҳолда, албатта, гуноҳкорлардан бўлиб қоламиз», деб Аллоҳ номи ила қасам ичадилар.
Intending to conclude a Convention for the elimination of double taxation with respect to taxes on income and on capital without creating opportunities for non-taxation or reduced taxation through tax evasion or avoidance (including through treaty-shopping arrangements aimed at obtaining reliefs provided in this Convention for the indirect benefit of residents of third States), солиқларни тўлашдан қочиш ва бош тортиш йўли билан солиққа тортилмаслик ҳамда солиқ солинишини камайтириш имкониятини (жумладан, учинчи давлатлар резидентларининг билвосита манфаатлари учун мазкур Конвенция томонидан такдим этиладиган имтиёзлар берилишига йўл очадиган имкониятларни) яратмаслик учун даромад ва мол-мулк солиқларига нисбатан иккиёқлама солиқ солишни бартараф қилиш тўғрисида Конвенция тузиш мақсадида,
Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Convention, a benefit under this Convention shall not be granted in respect of an item of income or capital if it is reasonable to conclude, having regard to all relevant facts and circumstances, that obtaining that benefit was one of the principal purposes of any arrangement or transaction that resulted directly or indirectly in that benefit, unless it is established that granting that benefit in these circumstances would be in accordance with the object and purpose of the relevant provisions of this Convention.» Ушбу Конвенциянинг бошқа қоидаларидан қатъи назар, агар барча тегишли фактлар ва шартларни ҳисобга олган ҳолда, ҳар қандай келишув ёки битимнинг асосий мақсадларидан бири мазкур Конвенция доирасида имтиёз олиш бўлиб ва бевосита ёки билвосита бундай имтиёзни олинишига олиб келган деб хулоса қилишга асос бўлса, бундай даромад ва фойда предметига нисбатан ушбу имтиёзлар тақдим қилинмайди, башарти бундай шартларда ушбу имтиёзларнинг берилиши мазкур Конвенция тегишли қоидаларининг объекти ва мақсадига мувофиқ деб топилмаса.».

103. No vision can grasp Him, but His grasp is over all vision. He is the Subtle, the Expert. 103Кўзлар Уни идрок эта олмас, У кўзларни идрок этар. У латиф ва хабардор зотдир.
114. “Shall I seek a judge other than Allah, when He is the One who revealed to you the Book, explained in detail?” Those to whom We gave the Book know that it is the truth revealed from your Lord.
