107. Do they feel secure that a covering of God’s punishment will not come upon them, or that the Hour will not come upon them suddenly, while they are unaware? 107Улар ўзларига Аллоҳдан қамраб олувчи азоб келишидан ёки сезмай турганларида қиёмат ногаҳон келиб қолишидан омондамилар?!
109. We did not send before you except men, whom We inspired, from the people of the towns. Have they not roamed the earth and seen the consequences for those before them? The Home of the Hereafter is better for those who are righteous. Do you not understand? 109Биз сендан илгари ҳам фақат шаҳар аҳлидан эр кишиларга ваҳий юбориб, Пайғамбар этганмиз. Ер юзида юриб, ўзларидан олдингиларнинг оқибати нима бўлганига назар солмайдиларми? Албатта, охират диёри тақво қиладиганлар учун яхшироқдир. Ақл юритмайдиларми?!
6. And they urge you to hasten evil before good, though examples have passed away before them. Your Lord is full of forgiveness towards the people for their wrongdoings, yet your Lord is severe in retribution. 6Улар сендан яхшиликдан аввал ёмонлик келтиришни талаб қилурлар. 33. Is He who is watchful over the deeds of every soul? Yet they ascribe associates to God. Say, “Name them! Or are you informing Him of something on earth He does not know, or is it a show of words?” In fact, the scheming of those who disbelieve is made to appear good to them, and they are averted from the path. Whomever God misguides has no guide. 33Ҳар бир жоннинг қилган касби устидан турувчи зот ким? Аллоҳга ширк келтирдилар. Сен:«Уларнинг номларини айтинг. Ёки Унга ер юзида У билмайдиган нарсанинг хабарини берасизларми? Балки, юзаки гапдир», дегин. Йўқ, куфр келтирганларга макрлари зийнатлаб кўрсатилди ва улар йўлдан тўсилдилар. Аллоҳ кимни залолатга кетказса, унга ҳеч бир ҳидоятчи бўлмас.
41. Do they not see how We deal with the earth, diminishing it at its edges? God judges; and nothing can hold back His judgment. And He is quick to settle accounts. 41Биз ерга келиб, унинг атрофидан қисқартириб бораётганимизни кўрмайдиларми?! Ҳукмни Аллоҳ қиладир. Унинг ҳукмини таъқиб қилгувчи йўқ. У ҳисоби тез зотдир.
9. Has not the story reached you, of those before you, the people of Noah, and Aad, and Thamood—and those after them? None knows them except God. Their messengers came to them with the clear proofs, but they tried to silence them, and said, “We reject what you are sent with, and we are in serious doubt regarding what you are calling us to.” 9Сизга ўзингиздан олдин ўтган Нуҳ, Од, Самуд қавмларининг ва улардан кейингиларнинг, Аллоҳдан ўзга ҳеч ким билмайдиганларнинг, хабари келмадими? Уларга Пайғамбарлари очиқ­ойдин ҳужжатлар билан келдилар. Улар эса, қўлларини оғизларига қўйиб: «Биз сиз бизни чақираётган нарсада шубҳалантирувчи шакдадирмиз!» дедилар.
11. Their messengers said to them, “We are only humans like you, but God favors whomever He wills from among His servants. We cannot possibly show you any proof, except by leave of God. In God let the faithful put their trust.” 11Пайғамбарлари уларга: «Биз сизга ўхшаш башардан ўзга ҳеч нарса эмасмиз. Лекин Аллоҳ Ўз бандаларидан кимни хоҳласа, ўшанга (Пайғамбарлик) инъом қилур. Биз ўзимизча сизга бирор ҳужжат келтира олмаймиз, илло Аллоҳнинг изни ила. Мўминлар фақат Аллоҳгагина таваккал қилсинлар.
24. Do you not see how God presents a parable? A good word is like a good tree—its root is firm, and its branches are in the sky. 24Аллоҳ яхши сўзга қандай мисол келтирганини кўрмайсанми? У худди бир яхши дарахтга ўхшайдир. Унинг асли собит турадир. Шохлари эса, осмонда.
43. Their necks outstretched, their heads upraised, their gaze unblinking, their hearts void. 43Улар бошларини кўтарган ҳолда югурурлар. Кўзлари ўзларига қайтмайдир. Кўнгиллари эса, бўм­бўш бўлур.
20. And in it We created livelihoods for you, and for those for whom you are not the providers. 20Ва унда сизлар учун маош воситаларини ва сиз ризқини бера олмайдиган кимсаларни қилиб қўйдик.
40. “Except for Your sincere servants among them.” 40Магар, улардан танланган бандаларингни (адаштира олмайман)», деди.

We the peoples of the United Nations determined to save succeeding generations from the scourge of war, which twice in our lifetime has brought untold sorrow to mankind, and to reaffirm faith in fundamental human rights, in the dignity and worth of the human person, in the equal rights of men and women and of nations large and small, and to establish conditions under which justice and respect for the obligations arising from treaties and other sources of international law can be maintained, and to promote social progress and better standards of life in larger freedom,

All Members shall refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any state, or in any other manner inconsistent with the Purposes of the United Nations.

 4. Nothing contained in the present Charter shall authorize the United Nations to intervene in matters which are essentially within the domestic jurisdiction of any state or shall require the Members to submit such matters to settlement under the present Charter; but this principle shall not prejudice the application of enforcement measures under Chapter Vll.

 7. Ушбу Низом Бирлашган Миллатлар ташкилотига ҳар қандай давлатнинг аслида ички ваколатига кирадиган ишларига аралашиш учун асло ҳуқуқ бермайди ва Бирлашган Миллатлар Ташкилотининг Аъзоларидан бундай ишларни ушбу Низом доирасида ҳал этишга киритишни талаб этмайди; аммо ушбу принцип ВИИ бобга асосланиб, мажбурий чоралар қўлланишига дахлдор эмас.
The United Nations shall place no restrictions on the eligibility of men and women to participate in any capacity and under conditions of equality in its principal and subsidiary organs.

While the Security Council is exercising in respect of any dispute or situation the functions assigned to it in the present Charter, the General Assembly shall not make any recommendation with regard to that dispute or situation unless the Security Council so requests.

 1. Хавфсизлик Кенгаши бирон низо ёки вазият бўйича ушбу Низомда ўзига юкланган вазифаларни бажараётганида, агар Хавфсизлик кенгашининг ўзи сўрамаса, Бош Ассамблея шу низо ёки вазиятга таалуқли ҳеч қандай тавсия бера олмайди.
The non-permanent members of the Security Council shall be elected for a term of two years. In the first election of the non-permanent members after the increase of the membership of the Security Council from eleven to fifteen, two of the four additional members shall be chosen for a term of one year. A retiring member shall not be eligible for immediate re-election.

 2. Хавфсизлик Кенгашининг муваққат аъзолари икки йиллик муддатга сайланади. Муваққат аъзолари сони ўн биттадан ўн бештагача кўпайгач, тўртта қўшимча аъзолардан иккитаси бир йил муддатга сайланади. Хавфсизлик Кенгашининг чиқиб кетаётган аъзоси дарҳол қайта сайлана олмайди.
Any Member of the United Nations which is not a member of the Security Council or any state which is not a Member of the United Nations, if it is a party to a dispute under consideration by the Security Council, shall be invited to participate, without vote, in the discussion relating to the dispute. The Security Council shall lay down such conditions as it deems just for the participation of a state which is not a Member of the United Nations.

 Ташкилотнинг Хавфсизлик Кенгаши аъзолигида турмаган ҳар қандай аъзоси ёки Ташкилотнинг аъзолигида турмаган ҳар қандай давлат, Хавфсизлик Кенгаши кўриб чиқадиган низода қатнашувчи томон бўлса, улар шу низога таалуқли муҳокамада овоз бериш ҳуқуқидан фойдаланмай қатнашиш учун таклиф этилади. Хавфсизлик Кенгаши Ташкилот Аъзоси бўлмаган давлатнинг қатнашуви учун қандай шароитни адолатли деб топса, ўшандай шароитни вужудга келтиради.
Nothing in the present Charter shall impair the inherent right of individual or collective self-defence if an armed attack occurs against a Member of the United Nations, until the Security Council has taken measures necessary to maintain international peace and security. Measures taken by Members in the exercise of this right of self-defence shall be immediately reported to the Security Council and shall not in any way affect the authority and responsibility of the Security Council under the present Charter to take at any time such action as it deems necessary in order to maintain or restore international peace and security.

 Ушбу Низом Ташкилот Аъзосига қуролли ҳужум қилинган тақдирда, Хавфсизлик Кенгаши халқаро тинчлик ва хавфсизликни сақлаш учун зарур чоралар кўрмагунча, унинг алоҳида ёки биргаликда ўз-ўзини мудофаа қилишдан иборат ажралмас ҳуқуқига алсо монелик қилмайди. Ташкилот Аъзоларининг ўз-ўзини мудофаа қилиш ҳуқуқини амалга оширишда кўрган чоралари Хавфсизлик Кенгашига дарҳол маълум қилиниши ва унинг мазкур Низомга мувофиқ ҳамма вақт халқаро тинчлик ва хавфсизликни сақлаш ёки тиклаш учун қандай чорани зарур топса, уни амалга оширишда Хавфсизлик Кенгашига берилган ваколатларга ва унинг масъулиятига ҳеч бир дахл қилмаслиги керак.
