If such a conference has not been held before the tenth annual session of the General Assembly following the coming into force of the present Charter, the proposal to call such a conference shall be placed on the agenda of that session of the General Assembly, and the conference shall be held if so decided by a majority vote of the members of the General Assembly and by a vote of any seven members of the Security Council.

The present Charter shall be ratified by the signatory states in accordance with their respective constitutional processes.

 1. Ушбу Низомни имзолаган давлатлар уни ўзларининг конституциявий тартиботларига мувофиқ ратификация қилишлари керак.
The present Charter shall come into force upon the deposit of ratifications by the Republic of China, France, the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and the United States of America, and by a majority of the other signatory states. A protocol of the ratifications deposited shall thereupon be drawn up by the Government of the United States of America which shall communicate copies thereof to all the signatory states.

 3. Ушбу Низом Хитой Халқ Республикаси, Франция, Совет Социалистик Республикалар Иттифоқи, Буюк Британия ва Шимолий Ирландия Қўшма Қироллиги ва Америcа Қўшма Штатлари ва Низомни имзолаган бошқа кўпчилик давлатлар ратификация ёрлиқларини сақлашга топширгандан кейин кучга киради. Сўнгра Америcа Қўшма Штатлари ҳукумати ратификация ёрлиқларини сақлашга топширилганлиги ҳақида протоcол тузади, бу протоколнинг нусхалари Низомни имзолаган барча давлатларга юборилади.
The present Charter, of which the Chinese, French, Russian, English, and Spanish texts are equally authentic, shall remain deposited in the archives of the Government of the United States of America. Duly certified copies thereof shall be transmitted by that Government to the Governments of the other signatory states.

12. And He regulated for you the night and the day; and the sun, and the moon, and the stars are disposed by His command. Surely in that are signs for people who ponder. 12У сизга кечанию кундузни, қуёшнию ойни хизматкор қилди. Юлдузлар Унинг амри ила хизматкордир. Албатта, бунда ақл юритгувчи қавмлар учун оят­ белгилар бордир.
16. And landmarks. And by the stars they guide themselves. 16Ва аломатлар ҳамда юлдузлар ила улар йўл топурлар.

38. And they swear by God with their most solemn oaths, “God will not resurrect anyone who dies.” Yes indeed, it is a promise binding on Him, but most people do not know.

56. And they allocate, to something they do not know, a share of what We have provided for them. By God, you will be questioned about what you have been inventing.

56Ва улар ўзлари (моҳиятини) билмаган нарсага Биз уларга берган ризқдан насиба ажратурлар. Аллоҳга қасамки, ўзингиз уйдирган ёлғон нарса ҳақида, албатта, сўралурсиз.

61. If God were to hold mankind for their injustices, He would not leave upon it a single creature, but He postpones them until an appointed time. Then, when their time arrives, they will not delay it by one hour, nor will they advance it.

61 Агар Аллоҳ одамларни қилган зулмларига биноан тутганида, ер юзида битта ҳам жонзотни қўймас эди. Лекин уларни белгиланган ажалига қўйиб қўюр. Қачонки, ажаллари келса уни бир соат орқага ҳам, олдинга ҳам сура олмаслар.

63. By God, We sent messengers to communities before you, but Satan made their deeds appear alluring to them. He is their master today, and they will have a painful punishment.

63Аллоҳга қасамки, Биз сендан олдинги умматларга ҳам (Пайғамбар) юборганмиз. Бас, шайтон уларга амалларини зийнатлаб кўрсатди. У бугун уларнинг дўстидир. Уларга аламли азоб бўлур.
92. And do not be like her who unravels her yarn, breaking it into pieces, after she has spun it strongly. Nor use your oaths as means of deception among you, because one community is more prosperous than another. God is testing you thereby. On the Day of Resurrection, He will make clear to you everything you had disputed about. 92Тўқигани кучли бўлгандан сўнг уни сўкиб юборган хотинга ўхшаб, бир уммат бошқа умматдан зиёдроқ бўлгани учун қасамларингизни орангизга алдов воситаси қилиб олманг. Албатта, бу билан сизни Аллоҳ синамоқда, холос. Албатта, У қиёмат куни нима ҳақида ихтилоф қилганингизни баён қилиб берадир.
115. He has forbidden you carrion, and blood, and the flesh of swine, and anything consecrated to other than God. But if anyone is compelled by necessity, without being deliberate or malicious, then God is Forgiving and Merciful. 115Сизларга фақат ўлимтикни, қонни, чўчқа гўштини ва Аллоҳдан ўзгага атаб сўйилган нарсаларнигина ҳаром қилди. Ким золим ва ҳаддан ошувчи бўлмаган ҳолида мажбур бўлиб қолса, албатта, Аллоҳ мағфиратли ва раҳмлидир.
116. And do not say of falsehood asserted by your tongues, “This is lawful, and this is unlawful,” in order to invent lies and attribute them to God. Those who invent lies and attribute them to God will not succeed. 116Аллоҳга нисбатан ёлғон тўқиш учун тилларингиз васф қилган ёлғонни гапириб: «Бу ҳалол, бу ҳаром», деяверманглар. Албатта, Аллоҳга нисбатан ёлғон тўқувчилар нажот топмаслар.
127. So be patient. Your patience is solely from God. And do not grieve over them, and do not be stressed by their schemes. 127Сабр қил, сенинг сабринг фақат Аллоҳ ила бўлур. Улар(ҳоли)га хафа бўлма. Улар қилаётган макрдан сиқилма.

1. Glory to Him who journeyed His servant by night, from the Sacred Mosque, to the Farthest Mosque, whose precincts We have blessed, in order to show him of Our wonders. He is the Listener, the Beholder.
