The Joint Committee shall meet within 30 days after the date of receipt of the request of either Contracting Party to consider any matter for which it has not been possible to find a satisfactory solution through consultations in accordance with paragraph 1 of this Article. If the consultations shall not be held within 60 days from the date of receipt of the request for consultations or if the Joint Committee cannot resolve the dispute within 45 days or if the Arbitration Panel cannot be established within 60 days after the date of receipt of request for establishment of the Arbitration Panel, then complaining Contracting Party shall have the right to withdraw the equivalent preferential treatment. This Agreement is concluded for an indefinite period. Each Contracting Party may terminate this Agreement by notifying the other Contracting Party in writing through diplomatic channels. In this case, this Agreement shall be terminated after the 6 (six) months following the date of receipt by the other Contracting Party of the notification of termination. Annex II shall be applied for determining the origin of products eligible for preferential concessions under the Preferential Trade Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “this Agreement”) between the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Türkiye (hereinafter referred to as "Uzbekistan” and “Türkiye” or “the Contracting Parties” where appropriate). Ўзбекистон Республикаси билан Туркия Республикаси (бундан буён матнда «Ўзбекистон» ва «Туркия» ёки «Аҳдлашувчи томонлар» деб юритилади) ўртасида имтиёзли савдо Битими (бундан буён матнда «мазкур Битим» деб юритилади) бўйича имтиёзларга эга бўлган маҳсулотларнинг келиб чиқишини аниқлаш учун II илова қўлланилади.
(a) “chapters” and “headings” means the chapters and the headings (four-digit codes) used in the nomenclature which makes up the Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System (hereinafter referred to as HS); (а) «боблар» ва «сарлавҳалар» Товарларни тавсифлаш ва кодлаштиришнинг уйғунлаштирилган тизимини ташкил этувчи номенклатурасида ишлатиладиган боблар ва сарлавҳаларни (тўрт рақамли кодлар) англатади (бундан буён «УТ» деб аталади);

Originating products, sent for exhibition outside the Contracting Parties and sold after the exhibition for importation in a Contracting Party shall benefit on importation from the provisions of this Agreement provided it is shown to the satisfaction of the customs authorities that: 1. For these goods, the free trade regime is provided after the conclusion of an agreement on their implementation or transfer between the residents of the Contracting parties to the Agreement in accordance with article 3 of these Rules, unless otherwise provided by the national legislation of the Contracting parties to the Agreement. 28. Likewise, human beings, animals, and livestock come in various colors. From among His servants, the learned fear God.
