154. Then after the setback, He sent down security upon you. Slumber overcame some of you, while others cared only for themselves, thinking of Allah thoughts that were untrue—thoughts of ignorance—saying, “Is anything up to us?” Say, “Everything is up to Allah.” They conceal within themselves what they do not reveal to you. And they say, “If it was up to us, none of us would have been killed here.” Say, “Even if you Had stayed in your homes, those destined to be killed would have marched into their death beds.” Allah thus tests what is in your minds, and purifies what is in your hearts. Allah knows what the hearts contain. 154Сўнгра, ғамдан кейин, сиздан бир тоифангизни қамраб олган мудроқни омонлик қилиб туширди. Бошқа тоифа эса, ўзи билан овора бўлиб, Аллоҳ ҳақида ноҳақ, жоҳилият гумонини қилиб: «Бизнинг қўлимизда нима иш бор эди», дейишди. Сен:«Ишнинг барчаси Аллоҳдандир», деб айт! 191. Those who remember Allah while standing, and sitting, and on their sides; and they reflect upon the creation of the heavens and the earth: “Our Lord, You did not create this in vain, glory to You, so protect us from the punishment of the Fire.” 191Аллоҳни тик турган, ўтирган ва ёнбошлаган ҳолларида эслайдиган, осмонлару ернинг яратилишини тафаккур қиладиганлар: «Роббимиз, буни бекорга яратганинг йўқ, Ўзинг поксан, бизни ўт азобидан сақлагин.

24. And all married women, except those you rightfully possess. This is Allah’s decree, binding upon you. Permitted for you are those that lie outside these limits, provided you seek them in legal marriage, with gifts from your property, seeking wedlock, not prostitution. If you wish to enjoy them, then give them their dowry—a legal obligation. You commit no error by agreeing to any change to the dowry. Allah is All-Knowing, Most Wise.

24Қўлингизга мулк бўлиб тушганлардан бошқа эрли аёллар ҳам (ҳаром қилинди). Бу сизларга Аллоҳнинг ёзганидир. 83. When some news of security or alarm comes their way, they broadcast it. But had they referred it to the Messenger, and to those in authority among them, those who can draw conclusions from it would have comprehended it. Were it not for Allah’s blessing and mercy upon you, you would have followed the Devil, except for a few. 83Қачонки уларга эминлик ёки ҳақ тўғрисида бир иш–хабар етса, уни таратадилар. Агар уни Пайғамбарга ва ўзларидан бўлган ишбошиларга ҳавола қилганларида эди, улардан иш негизини биладиганлари уни англаб етар эдилар. Аллоҳнинг фазли ва марҳамати бўлмаганда, озгинангиздан бошқангиз шайтонга эргашиб кетар эдингиз.
162. But those among them firmly rooted in knowledge, and the believers, believe in what was revealed to you, and in what was revealed before you; and the observers of prayers, and the givers of charity, and the believers in Allah and the Last Day—upon these We will bestow an immense reward. 162Лекин улардан илмда мустаҳкам бўлганлари ва мўминлари сенга нозил бўлган нарсага ва сендан олдин нозил бўлган нарсага иймон келтирарлар. Хусусан, намозни қоим қилувчилар, закот берувчилар, Аллоҳга ва охират кунига иймон келтирувчилар ҳам. Ана ўшаларга, албатта, улуғ ажр берамиз.
3. Prohibited for you are carrion, blood, the flesh of swine, and animals dedicated to other than Allah; also the flesh of animals strangled, killed violently, killed by a fall, gored to death, mangled by wild animals—except what you rescue, and animals sacrificed on altars; and the practice of drawing lots. For it is immoral. Today, those who disbelieve have despaired of your religion, so do not fear them, but fear Me. Today I have perfected your religion for you, and have completed My favor upon you, and have approved Islam as a religion for you. But whoever is compelled by hunger, with no intent of wrongdoing—Allah is Forgiving and Merciful. 3Сизларга ўлимтик, қон, чўчқа гўшти, Аллоҳдан бошқанинг номи ила сўйилган, бўғилиб ўлган, уриб ўлдирилган, йиқилиб ўлган, сузиб ўлдирилган, йиртқич еган ҳайвонлар ҳаром қилинди. Магар, (ўлмай туриб) сўйиб олсангиз, ҳалол. Ва бутларга сўйилган ҳайвонлар ҳам, чўплар ила фол очишингиз ҳам ҳаром қилинди. Бундай қилмоғингиз фосиқликдир. Бугунги кунда куфр келтирганлар динингизга зарар етказишдан умид уздилар. Улардан қўрқманглар, Мендан қўрқинглар. Бугунги кунда Мен сизнинг динингизни мукаммал қилиб бердим. Сизга неъматимни батамом қилдим. Ва сизга Исломни дин деб рози бўлдим. Кимки гуноҳга моил бўлмаган ҳолида очликдан музтар бўлса, албатта, Аллоҳ мағфиратли ва раҳмли зотдир.

6. O you who believe! When you rise to pray, wash your faces and your hands and arms to the elbows, and wipe your heads, and your feet to the ankles. If you had intercourse, then purify yourselves. If you are ill, or travelling, or one of you returns from the toilet, or you had contact with women, and could not find water, then use some clean sand and wipe your faces and hands with it. Allah does not intend to burden you, but He intends to purify you, and to complete His blessing upon you, that you may be thankful.

6Эй иймон келтирганлар! Намозга турмоқчи бўлсаларингиз, юзларингизни ва қўлларингизни чиғаноқлари ила ювинглар. Бошларингизга масҳ тортинглар. Ва оёқларингизни тўпиқлари ила ювинглар. Агар жунуб бўлсаларингиз, покланинглар. Агар бемор ёки сафарда бўлсаларингиз ёхуд бирорталарингиз таҳоратхонадан келса ёки аёлларга яқинлик қилса­ю, сув топа олмасаларингиз, бас, покиза тупроқ ила таяммум қилинглар. Ундан юзингизга ва қўлларингизга масҳ тортинглар. Аллоҳ сизларга қийинчилик туғдиришни истамас Аммо сизларни поклашни ва сизларга ўз неъматини батамом қилиб беришни истайдир. Шоядки шукр қилсангизлар.

7. And Remember Allah’s blessings upon you, and His covenant which He covenanted with you; when you said, “We hear and we obey.” And remain conscious of Allah, for Allah knows what the hearts contain.

7Аллоҳнинг сизга берган неъматини ва сиздан олган аҳдини эсланг. Ўзингиз: «Эшитдик ва итоат қилдик», дегансиз­а?! Ва Аллоҳга тақво қилинг. Албатта, Аллоҳ кўкраклардаги нарсани ҳам билгувчи зотдир.

11. O you who believe! Remember Allah's blessings upon you; when certain people intended to extend their hands against you, and He restrained their hands from you. So reverence Allah, and in Allah let the believers put their trust.

11Эй иймон келтирганлар! Аллоҳнинг сизга берган неъматини эсланг. Бир қавм сизга қўл узатмоқчи бўлганида, У уларнинг қўлларини сиздан қайтарган эди. Ва Аллоҳга тақво қилинг. Мўминлар Аллоҳга таваккал қилсинлар.

20. When Moses said to his people, “O my people, remember Allah’s blessings upon you, when He placed prophets among you, and made you kings, and gave you what He never gave any other people.” 20Мусо ўз қавмига: «Эй қавмим, Аллоҳнинг сизга берган неъматларини эсланг. Ахир, У сиздан Пайғамбарлар юборди, подшоҳлар чиқарди ва оламларда бирортага бермаган нарсаларни берди­ку.

52. You will see those in whose hearts is sickness racing towards them. They say, “We fear the wheel of fate may turn against us.” But perhaps Allah will bring about victory, or some event of His making; thereupon they will regret what they concealed within themselves.

52Қалбларида касаллик борларнинг, замон айланиб бизга мусибат етишидан қўрқамиз, деб улар томон шошилганини кўрасан. Шоядки, Аллоҳ фатҳу нусрат берса ёки Ўз томонидан бирон иш ато қилсаю ўзларича сирлашган нарсаларига надомат қилсалар.

54. O you who believe! Whoever of you goes back on his religion—Allah will bring a people whom He loves and who love Him, kind towards the believers, stern with the disbelievers. They strive in the way of Allah, and do not fear the blame of the critic. That is the grace of Allah; He bestows it upon whomever He wills. Allah is Embracing and Knowing.

54Эй иймон келтирганлар! Сизлардан ким динидан қайтса, Аллоҳ албатта Ўзи севадиган ва улар ҳам Аллоҳни севадиган қавмни келтиради. Улар мўминларга хокисор, кофирларга қаттиққўл, Аллоҳнинг йўлида жиҳод қиларлар ва маломатчининг маломатидан қўрқмаслар. Бу Аллоҳнинг фазли бўлиб, хоҳлаган одамига беради. Аллоҳ фазли­карами кенг ва билувчи зотдир.

80. You will see many of them befriending those who disbelieve. Terrible is what their souls prompts them to do. The wrath of Allah fell upon them, and in the torment they will remain.

80Улардан кўпларининг куфр келтирганларни валий­дўст тутганини кўрасан. Уларга нафслари тақдим қилган нарса қандай ҳам ёмон бўлди. Аллоҳ уларга ғазаб қилди. Ва улар азобда боқий қолувчилардир.
104. And when it is said to them, “Come to what Allah has revealed, and to the Messenger,” they say, “Sufficient for us is what we found our forefathers upon.” Even if their forefathers knew nothing, and were not guided? 104Уларга: «Аллоҳ нозил қилган нарсага, Пайғамбарга келинглар», дейилса, «Бизга ота­боболаримизни нимани устида топган бўлсак, ўша етарли», дерлар. Агар ота­боболари ҳеч нарсага ақли етмайдиган ва ҳидоятга эришмаган бўлсалар ҳам­а?!

110. When Allah will say, “O Jesus son of Mary, recall My favor upon you and upon your mother, how I supported you with the Holy Spirit. You spoke to the people from the crib, and in maturity. How I taught you the Scripture and wisdom, and the Torah and the Gospel. And recall that you molded from clay the shape of a bird, by My leave, and then you breathed into it, and it became a bird, by My leave. And you healed the blind and the leprous, by My leave; and you revived the dead, by My leave. And recall that I restrained the Children of Israel from you when you brought them the clear miracles. But those who disbelieved among them said, `This is nothing but obvious sorcery.'“

110Аллоҳ: «Эй Ийсо ибн Марям, сенга ва волидангга берган неъматимни эсла. Сени муқаддас руҳ билан қўллаганимни, одамларга бешикда ҳам, катталигингда ҳам гапирганингни эсла. Сенга китобни, ҳикматни, Тавротни ва Инжилни ўргатганимни эсла. Менинг изним ила лойдан қуш шаклини ясаганингда ва унга пуфлаганингда, Менинг изним ила қуш бўлганини, Менинг изним ила туғма кўрни ва песни тузатганингни эсла. Менинг изним ила ўликларни чиқарганингни эсла. Бани Исроилга аниқ мўъжизалар келтирганингда, улардан куфр келтирганлари: «Бу очиқ сеҳрдан ўзга ҳеч нарса эмас», деганида, сени улардан қутқарганимини эсла», деганини ёд эт!

3. Every Member for which a declaration made under paragraph 1 of this Article is in force shall indicate each year in its annual report upon the application of this Convention the position of its law and practice in regard to the provisions of Part II of this Convention and the extent to which effect has been given, or is proposed to be given, to the said provisions. 3. Ташкилотнинг ҳар бир аъзоси, унга нисбатан ушбу модданинг 1-бандига мувофиқ тайёрланган декларацияси кучда бўлса, ҳар йили, ушбу Конвенциянинг қўлланиши тўғрисидаги ўзининг ҳар йилги маърузаларида мазкур Конвенция II Бўлими қоидаларига нисбатан ўз қонунчилиги ва амалиётининг ҳолатини ва ушбу қоидалар қай даражада қўлланилаётгани ёки уларни қўллаш кўзда тутилаётганини кўрсатади.
In this Convention the term legal provisions includes, in addition to laws and regulations, arbitration awards and collective agreements upon which the force of law is conferred and which are enforceable by labour inspectors. 2. Each Member shall indicate in its first annual report upon the application of this Convention submitted under Article 22 of the Constitution of the International Labour Organisation any areas in respect of which it proposes to have recourse to the provisions of the present Article and shall give the reasons for which it proposes to have recourse thereto; no Member shall, after the date of its first annual report, have recourse to the provisions of the present Article except in respect of areas so indicated. 2. 1. This Convention shall be binding only upon those Members of the International Labour Organisation whose ratifications have been registered with the Director-General. 1. 2.
