The competent authorities of the States of the Parties, after receipt of the relevant documents required by the legislation of the States of the Parties, within 3 (three) working days (not taking into account the day of receiving the documents) consider them, and in case of approval, issue a confirmation for visa issuance. 47. Say, “Have you considered? if Allah's punishment descended on you suddenly or gradually, would any be destroyed except the wrongdoing people?” 47Уларга: «Аайтинг­чи, агар сизга Аллоҳнинг азоби бирданига ёки очиқчасига келса, золим қавмларгина ҳалок қилинадилар­ку!» деб айт.

Reconsideration of the application for registration and issuance of a license to bank shall be made within fifteen days from the date of receipt of the application with all necessary documents. An application filed after the expiry of the period specified in the decision on refusal to register and issue a license to bank shall be considered newly-submitted. In the reconsideration of the application for registration and issuance of a license, the denial of registration and licensing on new grounds not mentioned in the notice of refusal in the registration of bank and the issuance of a license shall not be permitted.
