93. Those who believe and do righteous deeds will not be blamed for what they may have eaten, provided they obey, and believe, and do good deeds, then maintain piety and faith, then remain righteous and charitable. Allah loves the charitable. 93Иймон келтирганлар учун, агар тақво қилиб, иймон келтириб, яхши амалларни қилган бўлсалар, сўнгра тақво қилиб, иймон келтирсалар, кейин тақво қилиб эҳсон қилсалар, еб­ичганларида гуноҳ йўқдир. Зотан, Аллоҳ эҳсон қилувчиларни севадир.

95. O you who believe! do not kill game while you are in pilgrim sanctity. Whoever of you kills any intentionally, its penalty shall be a domestic animal comparable to what he killed, as determined by two honest persons among you—an offering delivered to the Kaabah. Or he may atone by feeding the needy, or its equivalent in fasting, so that he may taste the consequences of his conduct. Allah forgives what is past. But whoever repeats, Allah will take revenge on him. Allah is Almighty, Avenger.

95Эй иймон келтирганлар! Эҳромдалик ҳолингизда овни ўлдирманг. Сиздан ким уни қасддан ўлдирса, жазоси сиздан икки одил киши ҳукмига мувофиқ чорва ҳайвонларидан у(ов)га тенг келадиганини ҳадий қилиб Каъбага етказишдир. Ёхуд унинг каффорати мискинларга таом бериш ёки шу баробарида, ўз қилмишининг ёмон оқибатини татиб кўрсин учун, рўза тутишдир. Ўтганларини Аллоҳ авф қилди. Ким қайтарса, Аллоҳ ундан интиқом оладир. Зотан, Аллоҳ азиз, интиқом эгасидир.

108. That makes it more likely that they will give true testimony, fearing that their oaths might be contradicted by subsequent oaths. So fear Allah, and listen. Allah does not guide the disobedient people.

108Ана шундай қилмоқлик, гувоҳликни ҳаққоний адо этишларига ёки қасамларидан сўнг раддия қасам бўлишидан қўрқишларига яқинроқдир. Аллоҳга тақво қилинглар ва қулоқ осинглар. Аллоҳ фосиқ қавмларни ҳидоят қилмас.

110. When Allah will say, “O Jesus son of Mary, recall My favor upon you and upon your mother, how I supported you with the Holy Spirit. You spoke to the people from the crib, and in maturity. How I taught you the Scripture and wisdom, and the Torah and the Gospel. And recall that you molded from clay the shape of a bird, by My leave, and then you breathed into it, and it became a bird, by My leave. And you healed the blind and the leprous, by My leave; and you revived the dead, by My leave. And recall that I restrained the Children of Israel from you when you brought them the clear miracles. But those who disbelieved among them said, `This is nothing but obvious sorcery.'“

110Аллоҳ: «Эй Ийсо ибн Марям, сенга ва волидангга берган неъматимни эсла. Сени муқаддас руҳ билан қўллаганимни, одамларга бешикда ҳам, катталигингда ҳам гапирганингни эсла. Сенга китобни, ҳикматни, Тавротни ва Инжилни ўргатганимни эсла. Менинг изним ила лойдан қуш шаклини ясаганингда ва унга пуфлаганингда, Менинг изним ила қуш бўлганини, Менинг изним ила туғма кўрни ва песни тузатганингни эсла. Менинг изним ила ўликларни чиқарганингни эсла. Бани Исроилга аниқ мўъжизалар келтирганингда, улардан куфр келтирганлари: «Бу очиқ сеҳрдан ўзга ҳеч нарса эмас», деганида, сени улардан қутқарганимини эсла», деганини ёд эт!

116. And Allah will say, “O Jesus son of Mary, did you say to the people, `Take me and my mother as gods rather than Allah?'“ He will say, “Glory be to You! It is not for me to say what I have no right to. Had I said it, You would have known it. You know what is in my soul, and I do not know what is in Your soul. You are the Knower of the hidden. 116Аллоҳ: «Эй Ийсо ибн Марям, сен одамларга, Аллоҳни қўйиб, мени ва онамни илоҳ қилиб олинглар, дедингми?» деганини, у эса: «Эй пок Зот, ҳаққим йўқ нарсани мен айта олмайман­ку. Агар айтган бўлганимда, батаҳқиқ, Сен уни билар эдинг. Сен менинг дилимдагини биласан, мен Сендаги ҳеч нарсани билмайман. Албатта, Сен Ўзинг ғайбларни энг яхши билгувчи зотсан.
118. If You punish them, they are Your servants; but if You forgive them, You are the Mighty and Wise.” 118Агар уларни азоблайдиган бўлсанг, бас, албатта, улар Сенинг бандаларинг. Агар уларни мағфират қиладиган бўлсанг, бас, албатта, Сенинг Ўзинг азиз­ғолиб ва ҳикматли зотсан», деганини эсла.
4. When a revenue claim of a Contracting State is a claim in respect of which that State may, under its law, take measures of conservancy with a view to ensure its collection, that revenue claim shall, at the request of the competent authority of that State, be accepted for purposes of taking measures of conservancy by the competent authority of the other Contracting State. That other State shall take measures of conservancy in respect of that revenue claim in accordance with the provisions of its laws as if the revenue claim were a revenue claim of that other State even if, at the time when such measures are applied, the revenue claim is not enforceable in the first-mentioned State or is owed by a person who has a right to prevent its collection. 4. Агар Аҳдлашувчи Давлатнинг солиқ даъвоси уни ундириш учун ушбу Давлат қонунчилигига мувофиқ ундиришни таъминлаш чораларини кўришни тақозо қиладиган мажбурият ҳисобланса, бундай солиқ даъвоси ушбу Давлат ваколатли органининг сўровномаси билан бошқа Ахдлашувчи Давлат ваколатли органи томонидан таъминлаш чораларини кўриш мақсадида қабул қилиниши лозим. 6. Proceedings with respect to the existence, validity or the amount of a revenue claim of a Contracting State shall not be brought before the courts or administrative bodies of the other Contracting State. 6. Аҳдлашувчи Давлатлардан бирига тааллуқли солиқ даъвосининг мавжудлиги, ҳақиқийлиги ёки унинг миқдори бўйича тартиботлар бошқа Аҳдлашувчи Давлатнинг суд ёҳуд маъмурий органлари муҳокамасига олиб чиқилмайди.

In order to enable inspectors to take such steps they shall be empowered, subject to any right of appeal to a judicial or administrative authority which may be provided by law, to make or to have made orders requiring: 2. 3. Each Member having recourse to the provisions of the present Article shall indicate in subsequent annual reports any areas in respect of which it renounces the right to have recourse to the provisions of the present Article. 3. Each Member which has ratified this Convention and which does not, within the year following the expiration of the period of ten years mentioned in the preceding paragraph, exercise the right of denunciation provided for in this Article, will be bound for another period of ten years and, thereafter, may denounce this Convention at the expiration of each period of ten years under the terms provided for in this Article. 2. This Arrangement does not affect the right of the Parties to prohibit the entry into the territory of the Parties or to limit their stay of citizens of other Parties whose presence in their territory is considered unacceptable. The Parties retain the right to temporarily, partially or completely suspend the operation of this Arrangement for reasons of national security, public order and public health. 1. Praise be to Allah, Who created the heavens and the earth, and made the darkness and the light. Yet those who disbelieve ascribe equals to their Lord.

13. To Him belongs whatever rests in the night and the day. He is the Hearing, the Knowing. 13Кечада ва кундузда сокин бўлганлар Уникидир. У эшитгувчи ва билгувчи зотдир.
32. The life of this world is nothing but game and distraction, but the Home of the Hereafter is better for those who are righteous. Do you not understand? 32Бу дунё ҳаёти ўйин­кулгудан ўзга ҳеч нарса эмас. Тақво қилувчилар учун охират ҳовлиси яхшироқдир. Ақл юритмайсизларми?
