The Security Council shall be so organized as to be able to function continuously. Each member of the Security Council shall for this purpose be represented at all times at the seat of the Organization.

 1. Хавфсизлик Кенгаши узлуксиз ишлай оладиган тарзда тузилади. Бунинг учун Хавфсизлик Кенгашининг ҳар бир аъзоси Бирлашган Миллатлар Ташкилоти жойлашган жойда доимо ўз вакилига эга бўлиши керак.
The parties to any dispute, the continuance of which is likely to endanger the maintenance of international peace and security, shall, first of all, seek a solution by negotiation, enquiry, mediation, conciliation, arbitration, judicial settlement, resort to regional agencies or arrangements, or other peaceful means of their own choice.

 1. Ҳар қандай низода қатнашувчи томонлар, бу низонинг давом этиши халқаро тинчлик ва хавфсизликнинг сақланишига таҳдид соладиган бўлса, аввало, низонинг музокаралар юритиш, текшириш, воситачилик, ярашиш, арбитраж, суд йўли билан ҳал этиш ёки минтақавий органлар ё битимларга мурожаат қилиш ёки ўз хоҳишларига кўра, бошқа тинчлик воситалари билан бартараф қилишга интилишлари лозим.
The Security Council may investigate any dispute, or any situation which might lead to international friction or give rise to a dispute, in order to determine whether the continuance of the dispute or situation is likely to endanger the maintenance of international peace and security.

 Хавфсизлик Кенггаши халқаро ихтилофга сабаб бўлиши ёки низо чиқариши мумкин бўлган ҳар қандай келишмовчилик ёки вазиятни, уларнинг давом этиши халқаро тинчлик ва хавфсизликнинг сақланишига таҳдид сола олиши эҳтимолини аниқлаш мақсадида, текширишга вакил қилинади.
If the Security Council deems that the continuance of the dispute is in fact likely to endanger the maintenance of international peace and security, it shall decide whether to take action under Article 36 or to recommend such terms of settlement as it may consider appropriate.

 2. Агар Хавфсизлик Кенгаши шу низонинг давом этиши халқаро тинчлик ва хавфсизликнинг сақланишига ҳақиқатан таҳдид қилиши мумкин, деб ҳисобласа, у 36-модда асосида иш кўрош керакми ёки низони бартараф қилишнинг ўзи маъқул топган шартларни тавсия этиш кераклигини ҳал қилади.
Such agreement or agreements shall govern the numbers and types of forces, their degree of readiness and general location, and the nature of the facilities and assistance to be provided.

The Trusteeship Council shall formulate a questionnaire on the political, economic, social, and educational advancement of the inhabitants of each trust territory, and the administering authority for each trust territory within the competence of the General Assembly shall make an annual report to the General Assembly upon the basis of such questionnaire.

 Васийлик Кенгаши ҳар бир васийлик ҳудуди аҳолисининг сиёсий, иқтисодий ва ижтимоий тараққиётига, шунингдек, маориф тараққиётига доир анкета ишлаб чиқади. The Secretary-General shall act in that capacity in all meetings of the General Assembly, of the Security Council, of the Economic and Social Council, and of the Trusteeship Council, and shall perform such other functions as are entrusted to him by these organs. The Secretary-General shall make an annual report to the General Assembly on the work of the Organization.

If such a conference has not been held before the tenth annual session of the General Assembly following the coming into force of the present Charter, the proposal to call such a conference shall be placed on the agenda of that session of the General Assembly, and the conference shall be held if so decided by a majority vote of the members of the General Assembly and by a vote of any seven members of the Security Council.

 3. Агар шундай Конференция ушбу Низом кучга кирган кундан бошлаб ҳисоблаганда Бош Ассамблеянинг ўнинчи йиллик сессиясигача бўлиб ўтмаса, шундай Конференция чақириш тўғрисидаги таклиф Бош Ассамблеянинг шу сессияси кун тартибига киритилади ва Бош Ассамблея Аъзоларининг оддий кўпчилиги овози билан ва Хавфсизлик Кенгашининг исталган етти аъзоси овози билан Конференция чақирилади.
18. And if you tried to enumerate the favors of God, you will not be able to count them. God is Forgiving and Merciful. 18Агар Аллоҳнинг неъматларини санасангизлар, саноғига ета олмайсизлар. Албатта, Аллоҳ ўта мағфиратли ва раҳмли зотдир.
6. Then We gave you back your turn against them, and supplied you with wealth and children, and made you more numerous. 6Сўнгра сизга улар устидан ғалабани қайтардик ва сизга молу дунё ва фарзандлар ила мадад бердик. Ва сизларнинг нафарингизни кўп қилиб қўйдик.
12. We have made the night and the day two wonders. We erased the wonder of the night, and made the wonder of the day revealing, that you may seek bounty from your Lord, and know the number of years, and the calculation. We have explained all things in detail. 12Кеча ва кундузни икки оят­аломат қилдик. Кеча аломатини маҳв этдик. Кундуз аломатини кўрсатувчи қилдикки, токи Роббингиздан фазл талаб қилсангиз ва йиллар ададини ҳамда ҳисобини билсангиз. Ва ҳар бир нарсани батафсил баён қилганмиз.

And the book will be placed, and you will see the sinners fearful of its contents. And they will say, “Woe to us! What is with this book that leaves nothing, small or big, but it has enumerated it?” They will find everything they had done present. Your Lord does not wrong anyone. 49Ва китоб қўйилди. Over the past year, fish farms have implemented several measures to develop the industry. In particular, 7 hatcheries specializing in fry production were put into operation. Reproductive reservoirs for breeding 14 million fish were operated on 270 hectares. The number of farms for breeding cold-water fish was increased to 24, and their capacity was increased to 6,000 tons. In this direction, 5 new projects were implemented last year, and 1.2 thousand tons of new capacity were put into operation.

By amending and adopting a number of new legislative documents, we have created a solid legal framework in the energy sector based on market principles. In this area, we have abandoned administrative-command mechanisms and monopoly, and implemented an open, transparent, modern management system. We have created conducive opportunities for the access of the private sector and foreign companies.
