Over the past year, Uzbekistan and the United States have come together to solve common problems and promote security and prosperity for the peoples of our countries. 

Ўтган йил давомида Ўзбекистон ва Америка Қўшма Штатлари умумий муаммоларни ҳал қилиш, халқларимиз хавфсизлиги ва фаровонлигини таъминлаш мақсадида бирлашди.

In this season of reflection and renewal, the United States reaffirms its commitment to the people of Uzbekistan. 

Ушбу уйғониш ва янгиланиш мавсумида Қўшма Штатлар Ўзбекистон халқига содиқлигини яна бир бор тасдиқлайди.

As we celebrate new beginnings, I look forward to further strengthening the strategic partnership between our countries and the friendship between our peoples, as we pursue achieving a shared future of greater peace and understanding.

In these days, when our hearts are filled with the light of joy and kindness, we, above all, thank the Almighty for celebrating Eid al-Adha together with our people in peace and tranquility.

Taking this opportunity, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to our dear compatriots, who make a worthy contribution with their selfless work to ensuring the free and prosperous lives of people and the honor and dignity of every person. Фурсатдан фойдаланиб, ўзининг фидокорона ва олижаноб меҳнати билан ҳаётимизни янада эркин ва фаровон қилиш, инсон қадрини улуғлашдек эзгу ишларга муносиб ҳисса қўшаётган барча азиз юртдошларимизга чин дилдан самимий миннатдорчилик билдираман.

Thanks to all the opportunities created for our country's Muslims, 15,000 of our compatriots are making the holy pilgrimage to Makkah during Eid al-Adha. We congratulate them all on this great holiday and ask the Almighty to accept their prayers for the prosperity of our Homeland, the welfare of our people, and the happiness of our families in these blessed days.

Уларнинг барчасини бугунги улуғ айём билан қутлаб, Ватанимиз равнақи, эл-юртимиз тинчлиги ва фаровонлиги, оилаларимиз, фарзандларимизнинг бахту иқболини тилаб қилаётган дуолари ижобат бўлишини Аллоҳ таолодан сўраб қоламиз.
We will undoubtedly continue to focus on fulfilling the hopes and aspirations of our multinational and multi-confessional people, preserving and developing the traditions and values of all the nations and peoples whose representatives call this beautiful country their native land. Ҳеч шубҳасиз, кўп миллатли ва кўп конфессияли халқимизнинг эзгу орзу-интилишларини рўёбга чиқариш, гўзал юртимизни ягона Ватан деб биладиган барча миллат ва элат вакилларининг урф-одат ва анъаналарини сақлаш ҳамда ривожлантиришга биз бундан буён ҳам алоҳида аҳамият қаратамиз.

I once again congratulate you, dear compatriots, and all our people on the Eid al-Adha holiday and wish you to enjoy it with contentment among family, friends, and relatives.

Сиз, азиз юртдошларимни, бутун халқимизни Қурбон ҳайити билан яна бир бор муборакбод этиб, байрамни оила, дўстлар ва яқинлар билан бирга файзли ва мазмунли ўтказишингизни тилайман.
23. We sent Noah to his people. He said, “O my people, worship God, you have no deity other than Him. Will you not take heed?” 23Батаҳқиқ, Биз Нуҳни қавмига юбордик. Бас, у: «Эй қавмим, Аллоҳга ибодат қилинг. Сиз учун Ундан ўзга ҳеч бир илоҳ йўқдир. Наҳотки қўрқмасангиз?!» деди.
24. But the notables of his people, who disbelieved, said, “This is nothing but a human like you, who wants to gain superiority over you. Had God willed, He would have sent down angels. We never heard of this from our forefathers of old. 24Бас, унинг қавмидан куфр келтирган зодагонлари: «Бу сизга ўхшаш башар, холос, сиздан афзал бўлиб олмоқчи. Агар Аллоҳ хоҳласа, фаришталарни туширар эди. Аввалги ота­боболаримизда буни эшитган эмасмиз.
28. Then, when you and those with you are settled in the Ark, say, “Praise be to God, who has saved us from the wrongdoing people.” 28Бас, сен ўзинг билан бирга бўлганлар ила кемага жойлашиб олгач: «Бизни золим қавмлардан қутқарган Аллоҳга ҳамдлар бўлсин», дегин.
33. But the dignitaries of his people, those who disbelieved and denied the meeting of the Hereafter, and We had indulged them in the present life, said, “This is nothing but a human like you; he eats what you eat, and he drinks what you drink. 33Унинг қавмидан куфр келтирган, охиратга рўбарў бўлишини ёлғонга чиқарган ва Биз уларни ҳаёти дунёда маишатпараст қилиб қўйган зодагонлари: «Бу сизга ўхшаган башар, холос. Сиз еган нарсадан ейди, сиз ичган нарсадан ичади.
41. Then the Blast struck them, justifiably, and We turned them into scum. So away with the wicked people. 41Бас, уларни ҳақ ила қичқириқ олди. Бас, Биз уларни хасу чўпга айлантирдик. Даф бўлсин золим қавмлар!
44. Then We sent Our messengers in succession. Every time a messenger came to his community, they called him a liar. So We made them follow one another, and made them history. So away with a people who do not believe. 44Сўнгра Пайғамбарларимизни кетма­кет юбордик. Ҳар қачон бир умматга ўз Пайғамбари келса, уни ёлғончи қилдилар. Бас, Биз ҳам уларни баъзилари ортидан баъзиларини (ҳалокатга) эргаштиравердик ва уларни гапу сўзга айлантирдик. Бас, даф бўлсин иймон келтирмайдиган қавмлар!
46. To Pharaoh and his nobles, but they turned arrogant. They were oppressive people. 46Фиръавн ва унинг аъёнларига. Бас, улар мутакаббирлик қилдилар ва ўзини юқори қўйган қавм бўлдилар.
47. They said, “Are we to believe in two mortals like us, and their people are our slaves?” 47Бас, улар: «Ўзимизга ўхшаган икки башарга иймон келтирамизми?! Ҳолбуки, уларнинг қавми бизга қуллик қилгувчи бўлиб турибди­ку?!« дедилар. (Яъни, қандай қилиб ўзимизга ўхшаган, қўлимизда қул бўлиб турган Бани Исроил қавмининг икки одамига Пайғамбар деб иймон келтирамиз, дедилар.)
94. My Lord, do not place me among the wicked people.” 94Эй Роббим, мени золим қавмлар ичида қилмагин», деб айт.

35. God is the Light of the heavens and the earth. The allegory of His light is that of a pillar on which is a lamp. The lamp is within a glass. The glass is like a brilliant planet, fueled by a blessed tree, an olive tree, neither eastern nor western. Its oil would almost illuminate, even if no fire has touched it. Light upon Light. God guides to His light whomever He wills. God thus cites the parables for the people. God is cognizant of everything. 35Аллоҳ осмонлар ва ернинг нуридир. Унинг нурининг мисоли худди бир токча, унинг ичига чироқ қўйилган, чироқ эса, шиша ичида, шиша эса, гўё дурдан бўлган бир юлдуз бўлиб, шарқий ҳам, ғарбий ҳам бўлмаган муборак зайтун дарахтидан ёқилур. Унинг мойи ўзига олов тегмаса ҳам, ёритиб юборай дейдир. (Бу) нур устига нурдир. Аллоҳ хоҳлаган одамни Ўз нурига ҳидоят қилур. Аллоҳ одамларга мисолларни келтирур. Аллоҳ ҳар бир нарсани ўта билгувчидир.
