210. Are they waiting for Allah Himself to come to them in the shadows of the clouds, together with the angels, and thus the matter is settled? All things are returned to Allah. 210Улар Аллоҳ ва фаришталар сояли булутларда келиши ҳамда ишнинг тугашидан бошқага интизор бўлмаяптилар шекилли?! Ва барча ишлар Аллоҳга қайтажак.
78. Wherever you may be, death will catch up with you, even if you were in fortified towers. When a good fortune comes their way, they say, “This is from Allah.” But when a misfortune befalls them, they say, “This is from you.” Say, “All is from Allah.” So what is the matter with these people, that they hardly understand a thing? 78Қаерда бўлсангиз ҳам, ҳаттоки мустаҳкам қалъаларда бўлсангиз ҳам, ўлим сизни топадир. Агар уларга яхшилик етса, бу Аллоҳдан, дерлар. Ёмонлик етганда эса, бу сендан дерлар. «Ҳаммаси Аллоҳдан», деб айт! Анави қавмларга нима бўлдики, гапни тушунай демайдилар?!
88. What is the matter with you, divided into two factions regarding the hypocrites, when Allah Himself has overwhelmed them on account of what they did? Do you want to guide those whom Allah has led astray? Whomever Allah leads astray—you will never find for him a way. 88Сизга нима бўлдики, мунофиқлар ҳақида иккига бўлинасизлар, ҳолбуки, Аллоҳ уларни расво қилиб қўйди­ку? Аллоҳ адаштирган кимсаларни ҳидоят қилмоқчи бўласизларми? Аллоҳ кимни адаштирган бўлса, унга йўл топа олмассан.
97. While the angels are removing the souls of those who have wronged themselves, they will say, “What was the matter with you?” They will say, “We were oppressed in the land.” They will say, “Was Allah’s earth not vast enough for you to emigrate in it?” These—their refuge is Hell. What a wretched retreat! 97Ўзига зулм қилувчи ҳолида жони олинаётганларга фаришталар: «Нима қилаётган эдинглар?» дерлар. Улар: «Ер юзида бечора эдик», дерлар. Алар: «Аллоҳнинг ери кенг эди­ку, ҳижрат қилсангиз бўлмасмиди?!» дерлар. Ана ўшаларнинг жойи жаҳаннамдир. У қандай ҳам ёмон жой!

129. You will not be able to treat women with equal fairness, no matter how much you desire it. But do not be so biased as to leave another suspended. If you make amends, and act righteously—Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.

129Агар роса ҳаракат қилсангиз ҳам, хотинлар ўртасида адолатли бўла олмайсизлар. Бир йўла мойил бўлиб кетиб, (баъзисини) муаллақга ўхшатиб қўйманг. Агар ислоҳ ва тақво қилсангиз, албатта. Аллоҳ мағфиратли ва раҳмли зотдир.

Desiring to further develop their economic relationship and to enhance their co-operation in tax matters, ўзаро иқтисодий алоқаларни янада ривожлантириш ва солиқ масалаларида ҳамкорликни кенгайтириш истагида,
(a) to secure the enforcement of the legal provisions relating to conditions of work and the protection of workers while engaged in their work, such as provisions relating to hours, wages, safety, health and welfare, the employment of children and young persons, and other connected matters, in so far as such provisions are enforceable by labour inspectors; а) меҳнат шароитларига ва иш жараёнида меҳнаткашлар хавфсизлигини таъминлашга доир қонун-қоидалар, яъни иш вақти, иш ҳақи, меҳнат хавфсизлиги, соғликни сақлаш, фаровонликни таъминлаш, болалар ва ўсмирларни ишга ёллаш ва бошқа шу каби масалалар соҳасига доир қонун-қоидалар, қанчалик меҳнат инспекторлари томонидан қўлланилиши таъминланса, шу даражада бу қонун-қоидаларнинг татбиқ қилинишини муҳофаза қилиш;
(i) to interrogate, alone or in the presence of witnesses, the employer or the staff of the undertaking on any matters concerning the application of the legal provisions; i) яккама-якка ёки гувоҳлар иштирокида, иш берувчилар ёки корхона персоналига қонун-қоидалар қўлланилишига доир ҳар қандай савол бериш;
1. Where the subject matter of this Convention is within the self-governing powers of any non-metropolitan territory, the Member responsible for the international relations of that territory may, in agreement with the Government of the territory, communicate to the Director-General of the International Labour Office a declaration accepting on behalf of the territory the obligations of this Convention. 1. Ушбу Конвенцияда назарда тутилган масалалар ҳар қандай метрополиядан ташқаридаги автоном ҳокимиятларга тегишли бўлганда, шундай ҳудуднинг халқаро муносабатлари учун жавобгар бўлган Ташкилот аъзоси, шу ҳудуднинг ҳукумати билан келишиб, Халқаро Меҳнат Бюросининг Бош директорига шу ҳудуд номидан мазкур Конвенция мажбуриятларини қабул қилиш тўғрисидаги декларацияни юбориши мумкин.
8. And they say, “Why was an angel not sent down to him.” Had We sent down an angel, the matter would have been settled, and they would not have been reprieved. 8Улар: «Агар унга фаришта туширилса эди», дедилар. Агар фаришта туширсак, иш битди ҳисоб. Сўнгра уларга қараб турилмас.
58. Say, “If I possessed what you seek me to hasten, the matter between you and me would have been settled. Allah is well aware of the unjust.” 58Сен:«Агар сиз шошилтираётган нарса менинг ҳузуримда бўлса эди, мен билан сизнинг орангизда иш аллақачон битган бўлар эди. Аллоҳ золимларни яхши билгувчидир», деб айт.
132. And they said, “No matter what sign you bring us, to bewitch us with, we will not believe in you.” 132Улар: «Ҳар қанча оят келтириб бизни сеҳрламоқчи бўлсанг ҳам, биз сенга иймон келтиргувчи эмасмиз», дедилар.
42. Recall when you were on the nearer bank, and they were on the further bank, and the caravan was below you. Had you planned for this meeting, you would have disagreed on the timing, but Allah was to carry out a predetermined matter, so that those who perish would perish by clear evidence, and those who survive would survive by clear evidence. Allah is Hearing and Knowing. 42Ўшанда сизлар (водийнинг Мадинага) яқин тарафида, улар узоқ тарафида, отлиқлар эса, сиздан пастда эди. Агар ваъдалашиб олганингизда ҳам, келишилган жой ва вақтда хилоф қилардингиз. Лекин Аллоҳ қилиниш керак бўлган ишни ҳал этиш учун, ҳалок бўладиган одам очиқ­ойдин ҳужжат билан ҳалок, бўлиши учун, яшаши керак бўлган одам очиқ­ойдин ҳужжат билан яшаши учун (тўқнашдингиз). Ва, албатта, Аллоҳ эшитгувчи ва билгувчи зотдир.
43. Allah made them appear in your dream as few. Had He made them appear as many, you would have lost heart, and disputed in the matter. But Allah saved the situation. He knows what the hearts contain. 43Ўшанда Аллоҳ тушингда уларни сенга оз кўрсатди. Агар уларни сенга кўп кўрсатганида, тушкунликка учрар эдингизлар ва бу ишда ораларингизда низо чиқар эди. Лекин Аллоҳ сақлади. Албатта, У дилингиздаги нарсани билгувчи зотдир.
44. When you met, He made them appear as few in your eyes, and made you appear fewer in their eyes, so that Allah may conclude a predetermined matter. To Allah all matters revert. 44Ўшанда, тўқнашганингизда уларни сизнинг кўзингизга оз қилиб кўрсатганини, сизни уларнинг кўзига оз қилиб кўрсатганини эсланг. Буни Аллоҳ қилиниши керак бўлган ишни ҳал этиш учун қилди. Ва барча ишлар Аллоҳга қайтарилур.
